me and all hotel düsseldorf (Dusseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"This "young" hotel in the heart of Japantown has proved a great success. The staff are relaxed and professional, the rooms upmarket and well designed and the lobby boasts a co-working area and table tennis table. The lounge on the eleventh floor serves burgers, sandwiches, etc. with a great view, and holds a weekly "After Work Party"." - Tablet Hotels

I regret staying at this hotel — truly. I have traveled a lot, but I have never experienced anything like this. The room was not clean, The toilet brush was lying in the middle of the bathroom floor. and the overall condition was disappointing. Even though the hotel later apologized by email, they did not offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience. What frustrates me most: A temporary authorization of €242 is still blocked on my credit card more than two weeks later, even though I was told it should be released within 10–14 days. Only the €247 charge was correctly processed, but the pre-authorization remains frozen. This has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Paying this amount for 1 night should give me a much better service! I communicated the issues during my stay, but I didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously. I sincerely regret choosing this hotel and cannot recommend it. I hope they improve their service, cleanliness, and payment handling for future guests.

Big, comfortable bed and very spacious room (King size bed room). ||||While we didn't hear any noise from the room next door, the soundproofing of the corridor wall isn't ideal, as we could clearly hear conversations when people walked past. We were also unfortunate to have door slammers staying in the rooms adjacent to ours, and their slamming could be heard clearly from our room.||||Recommended to bring your own:||- shampoo if you're fussy, as they provide a hair and body (2-in-1) soap in the shower.||- bedroom slippers if you mind walking barefoot on harder flooring (especially during the colder months)||||Breakfast at 11th floor is yummy. Plan ahead and allow extra time in case you need to wait for a table when they're at capacity. The staff working the breakfast shift are very polite and hardworking, so be kind and patient with them.

This place is not terrible. I would say it has a lot of potential to be great and an alternative to the Motel One takeover of whole markets. But it can serve as prime example of how just a few bad decisions by local managers can ruin everything for you:|Is that too strong as a verdict? Well, if a Hotel does not give you a good night sleep it certainly disappoints!||But let's look at the details: |The rooms are quite odd to begin with. The classic hotel room layout has a variation here: The bath is not of the corridor side of the room, but on the window side (the layout showed this is true for most rooms). The means you sleep away from the windows. And it means one window is blocked by the shower. No idea why you would do this. The architect had a bad day, also when he forgot that a good hotel needs a switch that kills all light next to the bed. Here you have to go up again and kill all the lights manually. |Surprise: you cannot kill all light! The curtains are not really blocking out the lights from the street below. That means there's always light in the room. For me, this was the main problem. I could not get a decent rest and was quite tired in the morning.|The interior of the room otherwise is very tasteful and appealing. Only the shower had had some little malfunction, nevermind.||Breakfast also has strengths and weaknesses. The dining room has fantastic views and great design and you immediately feel good among the other mostly young guests and a good spirit. But then you realize that the scrambled eggs are made not from eggs but some high processed egg-like glibber. ||It's always the same here: there's a good basis and a lot of potential. The overall design is inprired by the Little Tokyo location and really quite good for a hotel of this category. But then there's always some terrible decision by management that ruins everything.||The best manifestation of this problem is the Christmas decoration I had to endure when entering the lobby in December. The Japan-themed hall had a cheap inflatable Santa ruining all spirits. The soulless plastic monster would look tacky in a corner bodega and was like a cry for help of the receptionists who had to endure not only its sight but. the loud whirring of the fan that kept this thing erect.||Merry Christmas, I'm happy to come back once the Hyatt poeple find some professionals to properly run this place!

⚠️ A Hotel with Nice Reception but a Shockingly Poor Restaurant – Guests Deserve Better I want to be fair and honest. Some room-related issues did occur during my stay, but the reception staff genuinely tried to help, and I truly appreciated their attitude. They did their best, and I treated them with full understanding. However, what happened with the restaurant is something I simply cannot stay silent about. Breakfast Disaster – Completely Unacceptable At 9:40 AM, while breakfast was still supposed to be ongoing, we were told “there is no food left.” At the same moment, the staff themselves had hidden plates behind a flower pot and were eating from them, while telling guests there was nothing available. This is not just unprofessional — it is disrespectful. Evening Chaos – Zero Management In the evening, there was an event in the same area, but the organization was absurd. Large tables were occupied by one person, yet when we arrived as a small group, we were told that no tables were available. And the “solution”? We were offered to sit at the bar counter — where you obviously cannot have a normal dinner. This clearly showed zero management and absolutely no care for guest comfort. Overall Summary Reception – helpful, polite, and tried to solve problems. Restaurant – a complete failure with poor organization, no respect for guests, and unprofessional behavior. My advice: Even if you choose to stay at this hotel, do NOT dine here. Go anywhere else — you will have a much better experience.

I liked the hotel, I liked the rooms, the restaurant tho kinda sucked. Breakfast was overpriced for so little choices. I've seen more choices for far less than 25€/breakfast. Whoever told me their breakfast was worth it on this comment platform was ignorant or lying. The view from up there was nice however. But overall the rooms were nice, clean and staff was friendly. Id come back here again.

When staying in Düsseldorf, the Me and All hotel is our favourite place to stay. The location is great, the breakfast always super tasty, and the rooms are comfy, especially the beds. Big compliments to Sara at the reception who helped us out when we had an issue with our room. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us. Thanks for the great service!

I was very impressed with the hotel and the room. New construction and plenty of outlets. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was super pleasant and good (front desk, lounge, breakfast). If you are there as a tourist, it is perfect.||If you need more than short sessions on Wifi, the Wifi is probably good enough. I was working and needed to connect for long times. I kept getting disconnected and getting back to their 'portal' to login again was challenging. The only way I found to be reliable was to restart the laptop and/or the phone. (Note that I am Globalist with Hyatt, and Ambassador with Marriott, so quite experienced with hotel wifi). The Wifi experience at this property is one of the worst I have experienced - and I don't stay in budget hotels.||In looking for a hotel in Dusselldorf, I filtered for hotels with parking. This property has 2 locations part of the same building. The underground location is extremely small, and equipped with an automated car mover system. The other location, street level, seems to be used only by employees. In summary, do not count on parking in the hotel parking lot. They will direct you to a public parking structure located on Kreuzstrasse. While I could find a spot on the upper floors every day, the spots are extremely narrow. Select a small car while renting...

Yelp
My husband and I stayed at Me and All hotel for only one night and wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy this hotel. It's a cute and trendy hotel located in Little Tokyo, which was walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. Their lobby provided a full coffee shop, barber shop, and a mini store to buy snacks and some toiletries. The bathrooms in the lobby were very clean. I loved how they had the fancy Toto toilets just like in Japan. We received one drink coupon each and we used them for a couple of glasses of house wine at the trendy rooftop bar during cocktail hour. The bar is all indoor, no outside access. Check in and check out processes were fast and easy. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We loved that there was a huge sliding door that divides the bathroom, but opens up completely to make the room even more spacious. The two single beds stuck together were pretty comfortable though the pillows could use a little more fluff. The shower did not have a curtain or a door to block it from the rest of the bathroom. But because of how spacious it was, we didn't have a problem with water splashing out. I would have appreciated more ledges to put toiletries on. The room provided complimentary still and sparkling water bottles and some toiletries including hand soap. Hair dryer was readily available. There was no available iron/ironing board inside. Our only complaint was that the AC never got cold no matter what we did we the settings, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable with the heat. There was also no room phone to call the front desk. Overall besides the AC problem, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again if ever we come back to Dusseldorf!
