⚠️ A Hotel with Nice Reception but a Shockingly Poor Restaurant – Guests Deserve Better
I want to be fair and honest.
Some room-related issues did occur during my stay, but the reception staff genuinely tried to help, and I truly appreciated their attitude. They did their best, and I treated them with full understanding.
However, what happened with the restaurant is something I simply cannot stay silent about.
Breakfast Disaster – Completely Unacceptable
At 9:40 AM, while breakfast was still supposed to be ongoing, we were told “there is no food left.”
At the same moment, the staff themselves had hidden plates behind a flower pot and were eating from them, while telling guests there was nothing available.
This is not just unprofessional — it is disrespectful.
Evening Chaos – Zero Management
In the evening, there was an event in the same area, but the organization was absurd.
Large tables were occupied by one person, yet when we arrived as a small group, we were told that no tables were available.
And the “solution”?
We were offered to sit at the bar counter — where you obviously cannot have a normal dinner.
This clearly showed zero management and absolutely no care for guest comfort.
Overall Summary
Reception – helpful, polite, and tried to solve problems.
Restaurant – a complete failure with poor organization, no respect for guests, and unprofessional behavior.
My advice:
Even if you choose to stay at this hotel, do NOT dine here. Go anywhere else — you will have a much better experience.
