Updated Dec 29. The hotel manager Ingo responded to my concern, and I am glad everything is working fine now. Hotel Review – 1 Star This is one of the most difficult reviews I’ve had to write. I currently hold IHG and Hilton Diamond, Marriott Bonvoy Titanium, and Hyatt Globalist status. Among all major loyalty programs, Hyatt is my favorite, which makes giving this hotel a one-star review especially disappointing. I made my booking in early March. After a few changes, I finally confirmed the reservation in April using the advance payment option for one studio and one king room. The hotel charged my card correctly, and I requested an invoice copy. At that time, everything was accurate. Later, I gifted the king room to a colleague, leaving only one room under my stay. It took the hotel nearly one month to send me the invoice copy, and this is where the issue began. The booking reference suddenly showed two studio rooms, which is incorrect. I believe someone at the hotel modified the reservation because they could not locate the original two-room configuration. I was never informed of any modification. The hotel now insists that I booked two studios but only paid for one room. This is simply not possible, as the reservation was made with advance payment. My strongest proof is the original invoice, which clearly shows I was charged for one studio and one king room. It is evident that another room was added later without my knowledge or consent. I genuinely like this hotel. Its location is excellent—very convenient, close to shopping, and offering ski-in/ski-out access. However, I am not new to hotels or loyalty programs, and I cannot accept responsibility for an error that was clearly not mine. Unfortunately, despite the quality of the property itself, the handling of this situation leaves me no choice but to give this stay a one-star rating.

We stayed in an apartment which was exceptionally spacious, well resourced and fabulously located. The quality of the kitchenette equipment was impressive, as was the design and finish of the apartment in general. |As a family, the stay exceeded our expectations in every way - the staff couldn’t do enough to help and we found that everything that we needed was easily accessible. There is a shop within the hotel complex, the free bus service runs from outside of the hotel, the mountain gondola is located at the back of the hotel and a range of shops and eateries are within walking distance. |We had an excellent stay and look forward to returning. We were grateful to the contentious and hardworking team of staff who went out of their way to make our stay special.

Beautiful hotel, but air quality needs improvement The Hyatt in Flims is a beautiful property with stylish interiors and a great location. However, during my stay, the entire floor had a noticeable vaporizer-like smell. I suspect it’s because of the wall-to-wall carpet (hard carpet flooring), which seems to trap odors. This made the air feel stuffy and affected the overall comfort of the room. I would strongly recommend adding high-quality air purifiers, such as Dyson models, or doing a deep carpet cleaning to refresh the air. Also, the minibar selection could be improved — only two sparkling waters and one Coca-Cola felt quite limited. A still water option and a few more drink choices would be appreciated. Overall, it’s a beautiful place, but the air quality issue is something I hope the management addresses soon.

Absolutely wonderful hotel in one of the most beautiful places I've ever been! The views from our room were incredible, and we loved the convience of having a Nespresso and kitchen in the room. The spa was an absolute highlight as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Really nice hotel in a very convenient position in Flims.|Rooms are quite big, very clean and furnished with nice taste. Dogs are also welcome and everyone is really nice and friendly. |Breakfast is also really good: nothing special, but everything fresh and local.|The main restaurant is also ok for a quick dinner.

A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the Swiss Alps||Me and All Hotel Flims, by Hyatt, was a great experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel is in a beautiful, peaceful area and has a stylish, modern vibe. We especially loved the bar area with table tennis—a fun touch! Highly recommend for a relaxed yet high-quality stay in the Alps. We came by motorcycles, and the hotel was very accommodating for that as well.

Great service, cozy and spacious room with a beautiful view! Breakfast is great! Staff is very friendly, special thanks to Momo from the restaurant!
