Me and All Hotel Flims, by Hyatt

Everything you need and more! I can highly recommend booking the king bed with valley view room as it has a very large balcony with amazing views of the valley. The hotel has a large spa, great gym, cinema, bar, ping pong table and a shuffleboard. The shopping center that is connected to the hotel has a coop grocery store, a skate park and various shops and restaurants and direct access to the cable cars. Everything is kept in great shape and the price is very reasonable when going in the shoulder season. Breakfast is 20chf and worth every penny... great selection with amazing produce. All the staff members were outstanding as well. Will definitely come back when I get a chance to fully take advantage of all the amenities!

Pricey & Stingy Unfortunately, this hotel takes a very stingy approach, which leaves a bad impression on guests. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that charges extra just to use the gym. The spa also comes with an additional fee. A small but telling detail is that there are sweets at the reception, but instead of offering them as a courtesy, guests must ask the receptionist to weigh them and pay for them. Also, the light sensors next to the bed trigger at slightest movement and keep you awake. It seems like you can’t even turn them off. These inconveniences cost the hotel very little to address but highlight a purely transactional mindset rather than a focus on genuine hospitality. Given the high room rates, these small improvements would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience. I strongly urge management to rethink its approach.

We had a wonderful stay at the Me and All Hotel Flims. It was perfectly located, staff were gracious and helpful, and we greatly enjoyed the spacious studio room and the relaxing spa. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing! Fantastic location right next to the ski lifts. You also have a supermarket and pharmacy in the same building. Very modern rooms. Really nice :)

Nathalie and the hotel manager Mr Ingold were so kind and helpful. We have a little baby and our airline lost our luggage and they went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely recommend!

As the Me and All, for me, is still one of the best choices when it comes to a stay in Flims Laax Falera, and the pricing is now more reasonable than it was at the time of my original review, I revise my rating from one to five stars. ///Original review from December 2024/// What happened? From one week to the other, since The Hide became Me and All, prices for a single room went up minimum 50% out of the blue? And this is just the early booking without breakfast standard members (!) rate. Breakfast included makes another CHF 56 at this rate. Standard rate b&b even nearly doubled. Just wow! Now the former Hide seems to have changed from an accessible place for different kinds of people (which was def one of the Hide factors imho) to one of the most expensive and thus most exclusive hotels in Flims, if not THE. How can this be justified? What - content and service wise - changed since last week to raise prices like this? Also, with the original Hide website obviously not intended to be the first access point any longer, the cozy Hide feeling was exchanged for an anonymous corporate interface. A great branding taken down, at least on the access level. So sorry to see this.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hide Hotel. The decor and ambience were lovely, and all of the staff were super kind and friendly. We booked through Mr&MrsSmith and so received a complimentary bottle of wine in the room upon arrival. We also asked to see a different room as had been hoping for a better view of the mountains than our originally allocated room offered, and the team were very kind and accommodating and let us choose between two rooms. They were also great with our additional asks to accommodate our travel needs with an 8 month old - and the breakfast was great. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location - lifts, coop, bar and restaurants all in one. 2 bedroom Studio is perfect for a family.
