Me and All Hotel Hanover, by Hyatt

Excellent location, next to the train station making commute within Hannover easy. Quiet place with historic monuments nearby. Breakfast was decent. Very expensive. The room though well maintained was a let down. Super small as my friend put in. Washbasin in the middle of the room and a queen bed. That ends the room. No chair!!

I expected this hotel to be similar to the Moxy or H2. It has a similar setup with small rooms and a comfortable bar/restaurant in the lobby. Unfortunately though, no food was available in the lounge because the adjoining restaurant was open. The restaurant; however, was booked so no food was available even though there was a menu board right next to my chair in the lounge indicating that food is available. Hopefully this hotel can work on having food available in the lounge for hungry guests.

Location was excellent for the station.||Hotel created an excellent ambience in the evening.||Staff were welcoming and very helpful. They all spoke excellent English which was really helpful.||I used the gym every morning which was clean, well set out with everything I needed and included fresh water and towels.||My room was really nice and a really good size for one person.||The hotel would be my first choice when I return again.||The only surprise to my bill when I checked out was the daily city tax charge, which is unfortunately unavoidable.

Good stay Reviewed Dec 21, 2023 via mobile Pleasant stay. Friendly staff. English spoken. Room was clean. Easy Uber to and from train station. Our room, #522, was a bit small and could use more lighting but overall pleasant. Layout with sink in bedroom area and glass doors to toilet and shower are peculiar. Really like the location of the hotel, as it is positioned near to the ubahn station, it is very close to the city center, so even a nice evening walk is possible. The staff is really friendly and the hotel is very clean. I like the design, it impresses you already at the entrance.

I stayed at this hotel and was charged a €50 deposit at check-in, which was never refunded. Despite weeks of follow-up and providing evidence from my bank, the hotel kept deflecting responsibility, insisting the amount was only "authorized" — but my bank confirmed it was actually charged. No refund was ever received.||The hotel’s customer service has been dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to resolve the issue. I’ve spent over a month trying to get back my own money — with no result.||Be very cautious with card payments and deposits here. I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of accountability and professionalism.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are tiny. The bathroom is part of the room. There is no counter space at all. Worst of all is the staff. Very unfriendly. We booked two rooms and they only let us check in to one room and then charged us for the second room!!! What??? Completely unprofessional and not up to Hyatt standards. Read the other reviews. There are problems with cleanliness and everyone seems to hate the rooms. Seriously, pick a different hotel!

I had a decent stay at this hotel. The overall experience was good, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Cleanliness could definitely be better, as some spots didn’t feel as tidy as expected. The hotel would also benefit from offering more facilities for guests. Additionally, the soundproofing needs attention—I could hear a lot of noise from the room above, which made it difficult to fully relax. With a few upgrades, this place could be much more comfortable and enjoyable.
