Me and All Hotel Hanover, by Hyatt

I stayed at this hotel and was charged a €50 deposit at check-in, which was never refunded. Despite weeks of follow-up and providing evidence from my bank, the hotel kept deflecting responsibility, insisting the amount was only "authorized" — but my bank confirmed it was actually charged. No refund was ever received. The hotel’s customer service has been dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to resolve the issue. I’ve spent over a month trying to get back my own money — with no result. Be very cautious with card payments and deposits here. I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of accountability and professionalism.

Good stay Reviewed Dec 21, 2023 via mobile Pleasant stay. Friendly staff. English spoken. Room was clean. Easy Uber to and from train station. Our room, #522, was a bit small and could use more lighting but overall pleasant. Layout with sink in bedroom area and glass doors to toilet and shower are peculiar. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are tiny. The bathroom is part of the room. There is no counter space at all. Worst of all is the staff. Very unfriendly. We booked two rooms and they only let us check in to one room and then charged us for the second room!!! What??? Completely unprofessional and not up to Hyatt standards. Read the other reviews. There are problems with cleanliness and everyone seems to hate the rooms. Seriously, pick a different hotel!

I had a decent stay at this hotel. The overall experience was good, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Cleanliness could definitely be better, as some spots didn’t feel as tidy as expected. The hotel would also benefit from offering more facilities for guests. Additionally, the soundproofing needs attention—I could hear a lot of noise from the room above, which made it difficult to fully relax. With a few upgrades, this place could be much more comfortable and enjoyable.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, cute lobby. Evening popcorn snack and sangria which was nice. Good walkable location and easy access to transit. tiny room with integrated bathroom, no space for luggage, and very loud early with cleaning and surrounding rooms showers and phones buzzing.

Easy to get to the hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast. The room is so dark there is no possibility to read in the evening. Small room without desk to sit to. Free drinks in the fridge and free coffee but not replaced with another if drank what was served first.

I arrived right at the check-in time of 3pm and there were 8-10 people waiting in line to check-in with only 1 person working at the front desk. At every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at usually more people come to help when there is a large group especially during prime check in time, but not in this case. So, I had to wait for about 30 minutes just to check-in.||Overall, I find the concept of the hotel is just not my style or in general good for business travel. The design is self described as a “neighborhood living room” which I’d say is an accurate description. But, the room was missing some basic essentials like a hand towel hangar. With the sink right in the main room, this was a bit annoying. Also instead of a closet there was just a bar with a few hangars over the nightstand.||Apart from the long check-in the rest of the stay was fine and the breakfast was pretty good.

I middling hotel with clean but very small rooms. There is a desk but no chair. Combined with noisy common areas that are trying to be a funky bar (unlike in a CitizenM hotel, which have the 'funky business' concept nailed) it makes it very difficult to do work calls.
