ME Milan Il Duca

We arrived on 31 March for a short holiday in Milan. |The hotel was fabulous in every aspect, perfect in fact. Walking in and seeing the stunning décor. The amazing artworks. The flowers. The furniture. The colours. The ambience.|The bedroom was fantastic, so spacious, especially for a city centre hotel. A huge comfortable bed, a super bathroom which had loads of space for my toiletries.|The food was excellent. Breakfast had all you could want. We had a great meal in STK - a steak of course. The restaurant too had its own vibe, a cool place to dine.|But most of all was the rapport with all the staff. Every member of staff was so efficient, helpful, thoughtful, friendly, considerate and brilliant. Need I say more?

We are often in Milano but first (and last)time in this hotel. We get robbed the first day,our things missing from our luggages,not one bag but two. After reported that we are missing things from our bags we had meeting with their manager who were ignorant and just saying that this robbery didnt apear in their hotel,like we are checked in on Mars. Later we saw that we are not the only ones who reported robbery in this hotel. At the end they didnt do nothing to make us better after that kind of experience. We regret even coming near to this hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, even though there was a minor misunderstanding. I had booked a room through an application, but upon arrival, the room was different from what I expected due to the app. Despite this, the hotel graciously upgraded my room, which I deeply appreciated. The room amenities, especially the high-quality body creams, were excellent and added a touch of luxury. However, housekeeping services could use some improvement to enhance the overall experience. Overall, it was a good stay, and I appreciate the staff’s efforts.

Outstanding luxury hotel well worth it, well designed with top notch staff dedicated to customer service. From the doormen with luggage assistance to the check in and check out, wonderful in room dining with perfectly cooked al dente pasta and risotto, and the spacious rooms including the bathrooms. Alana was wonderful along with entire staff! I’d highly recommend staying here while you visit Milan, just a few Metro stops from the Duomo.

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Although it is advertised as a 5-star hotel, but my experience was far from that. The towels and bed sheets were visibly dirty, which is completely unacceptable. In addition, the electric kettle was burned and clearly not safe to use. To make matters worse, one of the staff members at the entrance was rude and unhelpful, which further added to my negative experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I regret wasting my time and money here.

Very nice and modern hotel, i recomend! |Nice breakfast at top with niceview! and at evenings u can relax at bar with modern music too! 1 min close metro station! The only minus was lack of city view even when we booked it showed as city view .. but anyway hotel worth staying

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed by the bed. It was so stiff that I struggled to get comfortable all night, resulting in a restless, sleepless experience. The discomfort not only ruined my sleep but also affected my overall impression of the stay. I hope the hotel addresses this issue soon, as a good night’s sleep is essential for a pleasant visit.
