Amazing Hotel and Exceptional Service! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the food was delicious—especially the breakfast! But what truly stood out was the outstanding service. After we checked out, we realized our daughter had left her favorite plush toy (Squawkatoo) behind. It was very special to her, and we were so worried. Thankfully, the hotel staff and especially our amazing concierge Sabrina—were incredible. They quickly found the toy and arranged to have it shipped to us at our next hotel in Rome. That level of care and attention meant so much to us. We can’t recommend this hotel enough, not only for the comfort and quality, but for the exceptional people who work there. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

Nice hotel easy walk to most attractions and the train station. Great breakfast. Rooms a spacious with all the amenities you need. Only let down was our checkout experience, initially not the hotels fault (it was our agent) however the hotel accidentally changed my overseas credit card 3 times and then refunded it 3 times (we had 3 rooms) but refused to take responsibility for the international card fees associated with their error and told me to call my bank.

My Wife and I had a absolutely tremendous stay at ME Milan, ALL staff from reception to concierge to room service were magnificent, especially Emma at front check in desk, she was unbelievably helpful from start to finish. As it was our anniversary Emma surprised us both with balloons and champagne which was totally unexpected and so very appreciated. Cannot recommend enough, rooftop radio bar and restuarant was lovely. Facilities are great , location is great and walking distance to everything. We will definitely return and look forward to staying at ME Milan again in the future. THANKYOU.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. This year was the 2nd time that we stayed in this hotel. I would say that only four seasons in Madrid beats it. Everything and everybody is great and genuinely want you to have a good time. This time a forgot my expensive medicine in the minibar fridge. Housekeeper founded and brought to the front desk. They took the effort to make sure I got it back. Most of the hotels would just trew it out. If you are in Milan you gotta check this place. Roof top bar is a highlight

I got bed bug bites during my stay at this hotel. They said it could have been mosquitos however they were not when I went to medic for treatment. Not the best start to my honeymoon. The reason for two stars is because staff was personable and friendly during the stay. They said they would throughly deep clean the room. I know things like this are out of their control, however, I want to write this review to inform others in case this also happens to you.

i recently stayed in this hotel , and unfortunately, my experience was terrible. I was robbed during my stay, and what's worse, it seemed like the staff was involved. When I reported the theft, their response was dismissive, and it felt like they were all in on it. They kept avoiding my calls and making excuses about my missing ring. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to the lack of security and the unprofessionalism of the staff. Their manager jane and the two receptionist which everyone knows that they are best friends are 3 huge theifs in this hotel!

We arrived on 31 March for a short holiday in Milan. |The hotel was fabulous in every aspect, perfect in fact. Walking in and seeing the stunning décor. The amazing artworks. The flowers. The furniture. The colours. The ambience.|The bedroom was fantastic, so spacious, especially for a city centre hotel. A huge comfortable bed, a super bathroom which had loads of space for my toiletries.|The food was excellent. Breakfast had all you could want. We had a great meal in STK - a steak of course. The restaurant too had its own vibe, a cool place to dine.|But most of all was the rapport with all the staff. Every member of staff was so efficient, helpful, thoughtful, friendly, considerate and brilliant. Need I say more?

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Although it is advertised as a 5-star hotel, but my experience was far from that. The towels and bed sheets were visibly dirty, which is completely unacceptable. In addition, the electric kettle was burned and clearly not safe to use. To make matters worse, one of the staff members at the entrance was rude and unhelpful, which further added to my negative experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I regret wasting my time and money here.
