ME Milan Il Duca

Hidden gem of Milan. I loved everything about this hotel. It’s clean, the rooms were wonderfully designed (and spacious). The staff also go above and beyond - everybody was so helpful and kind. Breakfast on the rooftop is a must to start the day - although dining at any part of the day is an awesome experience while you look over the beautiful city of Milan. This was the perfect way to start our winter holiday.

We’re writing this from bed on our last night at ME Milan Il Duca, and our stay has been nothing short of exceptional. Every single touchpoint, valet, front desk, concierge, restaurant team, and housekeeping, reflected genuine warmth and professionalism. Being in the hospitality world ourselves, we notice the small things, and this property gets them all right. The concierge team went above and beyond, tailoring each restaurant to our preferences, from the noise level to the ambiance and vibe and every recommendation was spot on. The hotel isn’t in the middle of the city’s hustle and bustle, but that’s what makes it perfect. Everything worth seeing or doing is just 8–18 minutes away, which, as New Yorkers, feels like a quick trip to grab milk. It’s close to everything while still offering peace, privacy, and understated luxury. Valet parking was seamless (€60 for medium cars, €70 for large), and the team handled everything flawlessly. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, thoughtful, modern, and quietly exceptional in every way. We’re looking forward to coming back and stay at this property because of its people!!!

The hotel is beautiful and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is also located very conveniently near a Metro entrance and trolly stop. It was a wonderful place to come home to after a long day of exploring. We could relax and recharge for the next busy day. We would definitely stay at the Duca again!!!

Amazing Hotel and Exceptional Service! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the food was delicious—especially the breakfast! But what truly stood out was the outstanding service. After we checked out, we realized our daughter had left her favorite plush toy (Squawkatoo) behind. It was very special to her, and we were so worried. Thankfully, the hotel staff and especially our amazing concierge Sabrina—were incredible. They quickly found the toy and arranged to have it shipped to us at our next hotel in Rome. That level of care and attention meant so much to us. We can’t recommend this hotel enough, not only for the comfort and quality, but for the exceptional people who work there. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

Few minutes since I have arrived to released that how beautiful this boutique with , I come here for 5 nights because i heard about roof top and its exceed my expectation . Well designed hotel , perfect service form young talented girls and boys. Love it and will be my favourite hotel in my favourite city Milano. Thanks for everyone .

My Wife and I had a absolutely tremendous stay at ME Milan, ALL staff from reception to concierge to room service were magnificent, especially Emma at front check in desk, she was unbelievably helpful from start to finish. As it was our anniversary Emma surprised us both with balloons and champagne which was totally unexpected and so very appreciated. Cannot recommend enough, rooftop radio bar and restuarant was lovely. Facilities are great , location is great and walking distance to everything. We will definitely return and look forward to staying at ME Milan again in the future. THANKYOU.

Nice hotel easy walk to most attractions and the train station. Great breakfast. Rooms a spacious with all the amenities you need. Only let down was our checkout experience, initially not the hotels fault (it was our agent) however the hotel accidentally changed my overseas credit card 3 times and then refunded it 3 times (we had 3 rooms) but refused to take responsibility for the international card fees associated with their error and told me to call my bank.

Poor room, poor service, poor value for money I stayed there from June 3 2024 to June 5 2024, I have booked one additional night by mistake, no refund what so ever. I entered the room, very poor AC despite many maintenance trials without any use. The bathroom has defects. Never again!
