Meadowlark North Fork

I highly recommend Meadowlark for your next wedding or event. My husband and I could not have asked for a more perfect day to share our love. Not only are the grounds stunning and the wine amazing, the team goes above and beyond. Lauren and Jennifer are more than just coordinators. They truly helped bring our vision to life and took all our stress away throughout the planning process and day of. I felt confident from day one that we chose the right place for our wedding knowing we had Jennifer and Lauren because their attention to detail and ability to handle any hiccups along the way. Creating a special moment in life requires special people to coordinate the event.

My husband and I had a very small wedding with just 20 guests, and finding a venue that not only fit our vision but also embraced the intimacy of our day felt nearly impossible, until we found Meadowlark North Fork. From the very first conversation with Lauren and Jennifer, I knew this was the place. Even before touring the venue, they made me feel completely at ease. They were kind, responsive, supportive, and most importantly genuine. Throughout the entire planning process, they were an incredible blessing to us. They went above and beyond, helping us with vendor recommendations, reviewing contracts, and always offering honest, thoughtful advice. All while making planning FUN. I truly felt like they had our best interest at heart every step of the way. That kind of support is invaluable during what can be a very stressful time.Even though our wedding was very small, they treated it with so much care and importance. It never felt like “less than” in their eyes. That meant the world to us.As for the venue itself, it’s absolutely stunning. The wine bar and the perch are beautifully designed with a simple yet elegant aesthetic, and the surrounding grounds are serene and timeless. It was everything I dreamed of.  In the end, while the space is breathtaking, it was Jennifer and Lauren who made our decision so easy. They are the reason we chose Meadowlark, and we are forever grateful. If you're considering this venue, do it. We can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for EVERYTHING Lauren & Jennifer! <3

This charming winery and wine bar is set inside a beautifully modern yet minimalistic house. During the summer, they offer inviting outdoor seating by the lawn, creating the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. Their seasonal wine flight, served creatively in lab-style test tubes, is both unique and enjoyable--a fun twist on the traditional experience. I highly recommend stopping by for a flight and taking some time to unwind in this lovely setting.

Truly cannot recommend Meadowlark for your next event enough! Not only is the property so beautiful and unique, but Lauren and her team were incredible. She is a true pro in the event coordinating business, and helped make our day seamless despite last minute rain in the forecast. My husband and I were fortunate enough to host our wedding reception at Meadowlark this fall. A little older than the average newlyweds, and with extremely busy careers, we made the absolute best choice and have zero regrets. As wine lovers who live in NY, we thought a winery on Long Island would be close enough to home and most inclusive of our close friends and family. I knew I didn't want to host a reception at a stuffy catering hall that churns out cookie cutter weddings like a factory. Meadowlark is unique in every way-- gorgeous and classy, and there's even a wine cellar for the after party. Literally every corner of the property is perfect for wedding photos. We visited on July 4th and had the best time and were immediately sold. No other winery on LI comes close. Take my word for it, because I've visited them all. Location and aesthetics aside, Jennifer was outstanding in every way. We didn't hire a planner or day of coordinator and she filled both roles seamlessly. Over the past six or so months, Jennifer got to know us personally and brought all of my random Pinterest posts to life while sparing me the need to make a ton of minute decisions. From the serpentine table layout, linens, catering choices and coordination of vendors, she was meticulous and it showed. The trust my husband and I have for her was invaluable to us, especially considering our busy lives. Jennifer's vendor recommendations were also spot on. No exaggeration, every vendor who's worked with Meadowlark raved about Jennifer as if they'd known her their whole lives. The day of was perfect. Nothing was overlooked or felt stressful; we fully trusted Jennifer's coordination and management of everything and she really delivered. While Meadowlark is a stunning property and I'd choose it over and over again if I could, Jennifer is truly what makes it an exceptional wedding venue.

Meadowlark was a nice, laid back winery. Definitely worth a visit. The tasting room is very modern but inviting, they have couches as well as tables for you to sit at, however the outside is stunning. They have beautiful gardens to enjoy while you sip your wine. Just watch out for bees! There were quite a few, but that should be expected when there’s such wonderful flowers. The wine was pretty good and fairly unique. The red blend in particular was nice. It was $30 for a seasonal flight which was on the higher end of flights from what I’ve seen in the area. But they serve them in fun little test tubes and give you a little booklet to understand the wines as well as the winery. I do feel their explanations could be made clearer for those who don’t understand wine-making terminology. We’re not sure if they offer table service, no one came to serve us (we ordered from the bar) however we did see staff bringing water or wine out for some people sitting far off in the garden. So possibly it comes with reservations? Either way, it was a wonderful stop in our North Fork itinerary, we would definitely come here again!

Meadowlark was the most perfect venue for our wedding! The vineyard is gorgeous, but what really made the experience amazing was Meadowlark’s planners, Jennifer and Lauren. A vineyard wedding can be intimidating, but these ladies were so knowledgeable about what we needed, had amazing contacts and vendor suggestions, were always quick to respond, but most importantly, were beyond fun to work with. The planning process felt easy and stress-free thanks to their organization, and our wedding day ran flawlessly because of them. We couldn’t recommend Meadowlark—and Jennifer and Lauren—more highly! I would do anything to go back to that beautiful day!

Look no further - Meadowlark is the best wedding venue on the North Fork, hands down. We stumbled into the newly renovated venue last summer (2023) for a wine tasting, and I immediately fell in love with the aesthetic and vibe of the venue. Everything at the venue is so thoughtfully done, from the landscaping and gardens, to the modern rustic event spaces of the tasting room, perch, and cellar. When I thought of the aesthetic of our wedding, Meadowlark basically had it down. Conveniently, Lauren, the amazing and super cool venue manager, was on site that day and was able to give us a tour on the spot. We immediately connected with her and knew that it was the right venue (and right person) - we pretty much booked it right then and there. Lauren is so organized and has this "no BS" attitude while still bringing a sense of humor, warmth, kindness, and confidence to every situation that makes you feel totally taken care of in her hands. The night before our wedding, our planner ended up getting delayed due to weather, so Lauren took it into her own hands and ran our entire ceremony rehearsal. We had the most beautiful wedding day and couldn't have done it without Lauren and her team. We are endlessly grateful for their support and will be coming back in the years to come to share a glass of wine with people we now think of as friends. The outdoor area is a great place for families on Friday nights. We went there last year, had a great time so we went again with a bigger group. We packed up the car with all our gear, had beach chairs blankets all laid out ready to enjoy the evening. At 6:55 pm we went to order pizza for the family and they were SOLD OUT. This places advertises that it's goes from 6-8pm. It was a huge bummer, we had starving kids and had to leave because there was nothing to eat. I guess get there early but management should at least give a warning that food could run out. Major let down after all that effort.

Wonderful time at Meadowlark for a Macari wine club tasting. After tasting we went over to the little barn area for a glass and some cheese.

Wine is mediocre at best. Non the less it was the right size for our 40 person wedding. I developed a debilitating illness,( supplied neurologist note from Columbia Presbyterian) illness and called to cancel 6 months in advance - they kept my deposit at $5800 did not offer a bottle of wine, a credit or any sympathy.. couldn't even get owner on phone ! bad business and the wine isn't good either.

What a wonderful wedding!! Absolutely beautiful setting! Attentive staff! Delicious food! Fun for all!

I have been a member for many years and sponsored my sister in laws 50th birthday at Meadowlark. I cannot say enough about this place, it is magical. The venue is absolutely spectacular, the staff is very professional and friendly. I was dealing with John who was extremely nice and accommodating, felt like I knew him for years. He put us in touch with Nicole who put everything together and made it a truly memorable event.

We had our son and fiancé's engagement party at the Meadowlark and we could not have wished for a better venue. It has bright and airy accommodations, with a wine bar which opens up to a beautiful landscaped yard/seating area with vineyard as the back drop. The staff were friendly, and on top of everything, everyone who was there complimented the place as being "perfect".
