After going to the clinic for examination, come and have breakfast. I bought it after noon several times before. I wanted to continue ordering the famous Rice-meat dumplings sandwiches, but I found that we arrived too early and had to choose one of the breakfast varieties. The sandwich I finally bought with bacon and caramel onions was really delicious, and the thick cut bacon meat was so fragrant! The staff who was in charge of production also has a good attitude and is very handsome. I love all the food in their house so much

Second time here! I had the porchetta — the meat was so tender and juicy, it was really good :) Last time I tried the bacon slab, and it was amazing too! I just wish they served all-day breakfast 🥹 Also, the staff are super nice!!

I was so excited to try my first M&B sandwich! Despite my clinic being within walking distance of the shop, I've always missed the opening hours due to work. Fortunately, I had an opening and was able to try the famous porchetta sandwich and it did not disappoint - save for the juicy bits that fell on the floor that I wished I could have saved! Looking forward to trying other flavours :)

Great staff and great service. This trip I had the feature and thought it was just ok. They are known for the Porchetta, which is delicious on its own or with the added house made mustard. My personal favorite is the meatball it has a little heat of heat to it and can be a mess to eat but it is very tasty.

The first meal I had in Vancouver was at Meat & Bread. I tried their sandwiches. The grilled cheese and buffalo chicken were amazing! Every bite was filled with fresh ingredients and perfect seasoning. The meat was very tender and the bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was just the right combination. I especially like their unique sauces and combinations. It really makes people become regular customers! The environment in the store is also very comfortable, and the waiters are warm and friendly, making me feel at home. In short, this is definitely a place worth trying. If you like delicious sandwiches, don't miss Meat & Bread!

Came here on a Saturday late afternoon, around 3pm, to grab a sandwich to go. The service was friendly and quick. Ended up getting the Porchetta sandwich, with tax and tip it came to $15 and some change. The meat was a little dry, but when I warmed the sandwich up, it revitalized the meat. It's a pretty basic sandwich with a nice flavor.

I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and added blue cheese, but I wish I hadn’t—it made the sandwich way too salty. It was listed as an add-on on the menu, and the person helping me also recommended it, so I figured it would pair well. If I got it again, I’d skip the blue cheese. Otherwise, it was okay.

My wife and I split one full size roast squash and porchetta pizza for dinner. Ultimately, for me this pizza represented the tradeoff between a smaller pizza with fresh ingredients (this pizza) versus a large pizza with low quality ingredients (e.g. the pepperoni pizza from the Costco food kiosk): 1) The crust was crispy on the bottom without being hard, and still chewy on the inside. 2) This pizza is not tomato based, and only has a light dusting of parmesan cheese. The parmesan cheese appeared to be applied after the pizza was cooked in an oven. 3) This pizza is small; I measured and confirmed that the pizza is an oval shape 12" by 7". 4) The toppings were fresh, but also sparse. Next time, I think the correct portion serving is one full size pizza per person. A full size pizza split between two people is at best a light dinner. I am in no position to judge the service or atmosphere because I was in the restaurant for less than a few minutes just to get the pizza.
