Meat In A Box

Meat in the Box features some of the best takeout food in Falls Church. Everything on the menu rocks, it's rather healthy, and that green hot sauce is amazing! The folks who work there are incredibly nice, and often remember you after going a few times. The name may be a but odd, but everything is clean. It almost feels like the Apple store of kabob places.

Love this place! The hubby has been trying to lose weight and it has been tough, with all the junk food restaurants everywhere. But then we found Meat in a Box. This restaurant just screams healthy meat recipes. You can eat good proteins here and not be afraid of too much fat or oil, here is where my husband can eat with me and just let loose without being afraid of eating junk. If you ever come here try the grilled salmon as well as the lamb dinners. My personal favorite is the falafel, which is served with a bowl of fried veggies. Truly delicious. Another great thing about Meat in a Box is the service. We once asked for someone out of the menu and they cooked it up no problem. They said that you could ask for anything as long as they had the ingredients which I think is great service. They are consistent in their serving time even in the fullest of hours and their food has yet to disappoint me. As I said, love Meat in A Box and I hope this review helps show you why.

Meat in the Box was a pleasant surprise! Both my fiancé and I ordered salads (chopped and mixed green) with combo meat (beef and chicken) as well as an order of the spinach and feta pies. I loved the seasoning on the beef and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Finally a place that doesn't overcook their chicken! Meat in the Box's was nice and moist. Their staff was super friendly and helpful and I appreciated the upbeat music they were playing. Meat in the Box will now be one of my regular neighborhood favorites.

Got delivery. The kabob meat was deliciously well seasoned. The wings were flavorful even before dipping in there home made Buffalo sauce. The rice was plain and I was hoping something with a little more flavor.

Great food, great service!! I've been going here for a couple years now. Every time I'm welcomed like an old friend. Bread is made fresh onsite and you can't go wrong with the hummus or the beef!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Just ordered from this place and picked it up... Totally flavorless, dry, and I was really disappointed. Even the pita bread wasn't good. The felafel tasted like potatoes (if anything) and the yogurt sauce, meat and chicken were bland and blah. Not worth the money :-/

Awesome Persian food! The beef and chicken kabobs are great. This is a great local alternative to the chain of Moby Dick's. Also conveniently right next to Smashburger in case you're with someone looking for more traditional american food.

The food is great, the service has been great everytime I'm there. I love the chicken, the fish is really good too. I don't think $8 is much for great food, I would pay more...sorry, some things you just can't be cheap about.
