We drove past randomly and thought that we should just try getting a seat, since it was on our list of restaurants to try. So glad that we did! We ordered the meat platter for 2 and a few drinks. The food was so good! We had stuffed chicken wings before, but the one here is something that you'll remember. The meats were, of course, superb. The beef brisket practically melts in your mouth and the lamb chops were done perfectly. The wait staff definitely added to the positive experience. They are super friendly, prompt, and always smiling. We'll be back for sure! Meat platter for 2, a cocktail, and 2 beers added up to about $163 after tax. Not the cheapest dinner, but definitely worth it.

I came with a few friends to celebrate a birthday. All I knew about Meatsmith is that they had the same owner as Burnt Ends. Having dined there in the previously, I had my expectations all fired up. The outlet, tucked in an unassuming corner along Campbell Street was surrounded by vegetable wholesalers and textile markets. But what caught our eyes were the pillars painted in blue and white “MEAT” “SMITH”! Okay, now to the good stuff. This outlet was placed in Little India for a good reason. They had woven the heritage of Indian cuisine into the dishes, presented with a twist on an Australian Mixed Grill. The 4 of us decided with the Premium platter for 2. The platter consisted of a starter, appetiser, main and a dessert. It was truly a culinary masterpiece we had. Such simple dishes, but displayed and presented with tremendous skill and understanding of flavour. I’ll definitely come back again, when I’m craving for some good Indian fusion! Swipe for descriptions and pictures of the dishes!

Quaint place at the corner of the street. Food here is excellent! Very very good. We ordered pork cheek skewers and potatoes for sides - both were tasty! Tried the tandoori chicken, lamb ribs, pork ribs and chicken wrap for mains. All were extremely delicious; the meat was tender and came off the bones easily. They also serve water and a whole menu of alcoholic drinks. The only downside is the price. Rather expensive food here, but the great quality of the food is not to be missed.

Friday evening. We were seated on the second floor, air-con and quiet environment. This is during Singapore restaurant week and we ordered the curated 4-course dinner set each. Starters: Masala Paneer, Pimento Chutney & Lamb Kofta , Mint Raita Both dishes are great. The paneer was the right amount of firmness when paired with the sweet chutney was delightful. Was surprised that I liked the lamb kofta. It was not tough or gamey, seasoned well to have it individually and the sauce complements and gave it another dimension. The pickle added some texture to the dish as well. Appetiser: Argentinean Red Prawn (Grilled Red Prawn| Corn & Pimento Relish | Lime Aioli) Nicely presented, great dish with a combination of textures from the prawn, corn and some tanginess from the lime aioli. Mains: Beef Hanger Steak (Wood fired grilled steak |Madras Butter |Turmeric Citrus Salad |Chickpea Relish) Ordered medium rare, came as such. The surface was grilled about right and had a good lightly charred and was seasoned well (salt?). The steak was lightly dressed with chickpea relish that was delish. Then the sides… a non assuming salad. NO! The tumeric citrus sauce was refreshing and the greens were fresh and crunchy. The salad kept the dish light. Dessert: Burnt caramel banana tart with chocolate ice cream (didn’t catch the actual name oops) Well balanced. From tart to filling ratio, the firmness of the filling, the sweetness of the filling. The team really balanced each aspect well and gave it a really good end to the meal. Pleasantly surprised by how each sauce and dish are distinctly flavoured and yet still able complement each other and level it up. The team did a really good job in pairing and curating each dish and overall together for this course meal. Highly recommended, looking forward to the next visit already.

Went here for friend’s birthday. For 7 pax, we ordered the meat platter one each. The tandoori stuffed buffalo wings, pork belly and beef brisket is a win for me. For anyone who doesn’t like overpowering spice flavour, I don’t reckon y’all to come here for dinner. 😅

Fantastic meal - everything was delicious from start to finish. The paneer is a delight, with the chutney adding sweetness and balance to the mild cheese. The brisket is soooo tender with excellent crispy bits. And the dessert - the panacotta was not too sweet but still creamy, with depth and nuttiness coming from the pistachio icecream. A stunning way to end the meal. Overall, highly recommend - service was good too; and acceptably friendly. If I had to nitpick anything, it would be that the gap between starters and mains seemed a little long but only just.

Food is definitely 5/5. Very interesting flavors! Every dish is on point. Came back today, had the same meat platter. Awesome as usual. Ordered a few extras. Steak was lovely!! But cauliflower wasn’t really our favourite. Other dishes still deserve 5 stars!

We were seated outside along the aisle. Nice place to sit, eat and relax and watch the vibrant weekend crowd What we ordered: 1. Masala Pork Ribs (tasty but masala was overpowering for us) 2. Beef Brisket (tasty) 3. Butter Naan (average, not crispy type) 4. Stuffed tandoori wings 5. 2 glass of Lager (nice) Attentive and friendly service from staff make our day! Total cost $153

Yelp
Wow...really really really good. Best brisket I can remember, even in Austin Texas, this was better. Also tried the cheeseburger which was amazing. The Briani was not the best but Singapore has me spoiled.

Yelp
Protip: - Highly recommend the Ribs and Roasted Cauliflower. - With the Burpple app, you can get a BOGO main entree. - Each physical location of Meatsmith has a unique flavor. I originally heard about Meatsmith from a close friend who fanatically loves Meatsmith, particularly the Little India location. So after the 3rd annoying time he brought it up, I decided to finally give it a try. NOW, I'm fanatically tell you about it now.. hahaha.. Typically, when trying out a new restaurant, I ask the waiter what's the most popular and order those. They recommended the Ribs and Roasted Cauliflower. Oh man, it definitely hit the spot. For the ribs, they were literally tender fall off the bone, the way real ribs are intended. For Roasted Cauliflower, never was really a fan before, but after trying this for the first time it opened my world and now i'm try to figure out how can i make this at home. Once you try it, you'll know why. The ambience is more of an informal bar type setting. It's great for casual eating with friends but not so much a date spot. The only spot available for us was the bar stools overlooking the street. While Meatsmith does have multiple restaurants, each location has a unique focus on the local flavor.

Yelp
Meh, I have had better sums it up. Meat was done well. $30 plus for 3 small lamb chops. Good if you are here for beer and tapas, not good if you are looking to eat. The platter for one was tasty but underwhelming.

Yelp
Fantastic eatery with unique flavors; spicy and different probably the best experience we had from Singapore. Well prepared with top-motivated kitchen and staff. Experimental kitchen; so innovative and exciting, that we had to visit the restaurant three times. We had Coconut Chutney Pork Ribs, Date Glazzed Beef Rib, Bambay Butter Naan, Gren Mango Slaw and Gun Powder Potatoes also do not mis the nice and cosy bar on the upper floor.
