Love the setting, the ambiance, and the music. We had an issue with the waiter (he forgot to order our food, then the kitchen closed, and when we asked him he said it was coming.... for 40 minutes before we finally asked above him). Thankfully, the owner, Juan Guerra, has a knack for customer service and covered the bill for us. That gesture will undoubtedly have me returning again and again. I can't even count the number of times subpar service has been shrugged off in Santo Domingo. This is the first time a place showed genuine care and interest for me as a patron, and I will definitely be back. Plus, the location is stunning.
