Mecenas

Mecenas is a truly unique spot! To make all of their spirits in house is quite the endeavour, and it was an experience learning about how they were established and how they make them. Albeit some of the drinks may not have hit a bullseye, but again, every mix has been invented, competing against spirits that have been perfecting their recipes for hundreds of years. Congrats to Mecenas for trying something remarkable and knocking it out if the park doing so!

This is the best bar I’ve ever been to! Sebastian was so fun and kind and took the time to explain all the drinks to us. We met the genius behind the drinks, Santos, who explained he makes everything from scratch. Amazing cocktails, ambience and service!! Would go back and recommend to everyone

WOW WOW WOW!!! By far the most delicious food and incredible ambience. The cocktails are one of a kind and all made in house!! One of the owners, Alfredo, was so welcoming and friendly. We can’t wait to be back!!

Great cocktail bar with a cool vibe. Love the custom liquor selection behind the bar that they share with you. Absolutely try the tuna tartar tostada.

If you are a cocktail nerd, a bartender, or just someone who appreciates "from scratch" this is the place for you. They had some of the best cocktails in guadalajara and came recommend by some of the other bartenders we met throughout our trip. The service was also incredible and the bartenders were very knowledgeable about their house made distillates and infusions. The space is minimal but it works and creates a great vibe. 100% recommend. Will be going back on my next trip to guadalajara.

This place is absolutely beautiful. We stopped by on Thursday, July 3rd, and the guy serving us was fantastic—super friendly and full of great recommendations for both food and drinks. As a couple, food and drink are a big part of our travels, and this spot really delivered. The cocktails were some of the best we’ve had anywhere. The mezcal Negroni was unbeatable, and the fernet-based drink the bartender suggested totally blew us away. We hadn’t even planned to eat here, but we decided to order a little something—and we’re so glad we did. The burritos were incredible—so good, in fact, that we asked what else we should try. They pointed us to the chicken sandwich, which turned out to be just as delicious. We can’t wait to come back.

Insane! Vibes are immaculate and such a gem to be added to the Guadalajara artisanal bar scene, so refreshing to see in house liquors and infusions. Santos is the man and is incredible at his job. Let him guide you through the experience, and let’s not forget about the food 🔥. So fire so firme
