I had a wonderful stay at Media One Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. The hotel itself has a stylish and vibrant atmosphere, with a great balance between comfort and modern design.||A very special thank you goes to Valentina at the reception – she was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. Her warm smile and helpful attitude made check-in and my whole experience much more enjoyable. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect, and I truly appreciated her thoughtful approach.||Overall, Media One Hotel is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for great service, comfort, and a lively ambiance. Highly recommended!

Initially, we booked our stay at Media One Hotel for one week. We found the room to be larger than expected and super well insulated from noise, the pool very clean and the inside restaurants excellent for all tastes and budgets. So we decided to extend our stay by another extra few days at this hotel, instead of moving to the next one. The best moments for us have been the breakfasts: you can order from a menu book and this makes the experience so personalised! The entire breakfast team is super kind and professional in attitude, from welcoming us to the last sip of the excellent coffee, so we loved each morning in the breakfast space. A special thanks for Miss Aziza who treated us with the utmost attention and always with a great smiling attitude. 100% recommended hotel for the quality of personnel and room size!

I always love staying at Media One Hotel in Dubai! The staff are friendly and accommodating, there are a good choice of outlets, restaurants/bars- the Italian restaurant is especially great. The hotel is well placed, and the rooms are very clean. Thank you, keep up the awesome service!

I enjoyed my stay at Media One Hotel! The room was amazing, Stylish hotel, great facilities, great location and a welcoming atmosphere. Every staff member was friendly and attentive, especially Atif, Ashu, Shahul, Puja, Joy, Aye, Valentina, Nivaa, Rita, Sandeep, Vamshi, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Highly recommended here and I can’t wait to return!

I used to stay here in the past and thought I’d picked a little gem for the money versus other hotels. However, whilst the communal areas were still okay in the downstairs, the rooms are now a little tired and smelled very musty. The pool is also okay to swim in, but the surrounding areas are very tired. The breakfast was pretty disappointing. Serving cold food (that was meant to be hot) and the standard of food wasn’t that you would expect in Dubai overall. This hotel is fine for a cheap couple of days, but now the money does reflect the standard, where it never used to! It’s a shame as many fond memories here and unlikely to revisit.

I spent two weeks here on vacation, and it was fantastic. All the staff are extremely friendly and professional, from Emily at reception to the lifeguard at the Coco Lounge, and all the ladies at breakfast, specially Dwi, that made my day everyday. The hotel is super clean, and the breakfast offers a wide variety. I will definitely miss it.
