We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mediteran. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was always kind and helpful, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and welcoming. As senior travellers, we especially appreciated the peaceful location and easy access to the beach. The spa area was a highlight – very clean and relaxing. We felt very well taken care of and will gladly return next year!

Very comfy bed, I slept so well. Great buffet meals with lots of choice. I had a facial from Ana and it was the best that I have ever had. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. The restaurant staff were efficient, but could smile a bit more!!|Aspects of the hotel are a little outdated, but hey, this is Montenegro and things need to catch up a bit.

This hotel requires renovation, the aqua park seems to be not really safe. In addition, we couldn't get an iron for our clothes. Nevertheless, the beach was nice and food at the buffet was okay.

The hotel by itself was good, it had aqua park,pools, and a lit of great things. However the girl that was working in the reception was very rude. We arrived at 9:00 and we asked to check in more early, ‘cause normally its at 13:00. I mean she saw that we had tree kids with us, but she didnt even care. And the beach was too far

nice location, room service okay, excellent service on the beach, very good food, but I have a major complaint about the service in the restaurant...it was not possible to order a drink and pay for it (I didn't like the ones offered in the price). It was always a problem... :( I preferred to just drink water with my meals and go out for a drink outside the hotel.

Even though I reserved a full board service all bar drinks and seaside drinks were paid. Technically, you can’t find free water to drink except meal times. Everything is paid. Buffet food was good, but hot drinks are only available at breakfast. Staff is unhappy, you can barely see a smiling face. Beach is 8 minutes walk away, sea ground is stone. The hotel is on the main road, which is good and bad.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at Mediteran Hotel & Spa. The receptionist was unfriendly and unprofessional, showing no respect or courtesy towards tourists. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards expected from a hotel of this kind. The room was also not properly cleaned, and basic housekeeping standards were not met. Even more concerning, a cleaner entered the room without informing us, which is a serious breach of privacy and very unprofessional. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and makes immediate improvements in staff behavior and service quality.

I had a very disappointing experience with the morning receptionist during my stay. From the moment I arrived, she was extremely rude, unwelcoming, and completely lacking in basic hospitality. I’ve never encountered such behavior from front desk staff in any hotel before. Her attitude made it clear that guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Both morning receptionists showed a total disregard for customer service. If this is how guests are treated, I honestly don’t see why anyone would consider coming back. Management seriously needs to address this—either retrain the staff or consider replacing them, because they are damaging the hotel’s reputation.
