Fantastic restaurant. The food was excellent, service was great and the atmosphere nice and cozy. They also have a nice garden, that would probably be great for the summer. You can really feel they care about the food and their customers. Would definitely recommend going here when in Taormina.

Absolutly top restaurant in Taormina center. First part of restaurant looks like magic hidden garden - adorable. Food at a high European level. Calamari perfect. Tartare definitely pleasantly surprising in taste - I will come back to eat it again. Large selection of Sicilian wines, served in glasses of thin glass, which additionally makes testing wines more pleasant. I definitely recommend and save it in my favorites for the future.

We had dinner at Medousa Bistrot by chance, upon returning from a week of sailing among the Eolian Islands, where we experienced various restaurants. The food at Medousa was literally the best we had during our trip: remarkable taste and excellent service. We will certainly return when back in Sicily.

Spectacular! The ambience was spot on awesome, alfresco amid the trees and vines, soft lighting, easy jazz music. It felt very elegant. The servers were excellent and willing to accommodate my gluten-free diet by whipping up some GF pasta with one of the best marinara sauces I’ve ever tasted.The presentation of the food was also very elegant. I had tuna tataki as my secondo and it was also deliciously prepared and accompanied by a slaw, of sorts, of lightly pickled peppers, cucumber, carrot and onion. My only regret was that we found this gem only on our last night in Taormina so we were unable to dine there a second time. Highly recommend!!

Easily our favorite restaurant in Taormina, and now one of my favorite in the world. The ambiance is impeccable, on a patio garden with ancient stone walls and verdant plant growth creating a magical environment that feels far away from the tourist crush below. The food is also top level, with cocktails and wines to match. We had calamari and vegetables, tempura style, with angry sauce, ravioli, tuna tataki, which was very special, amberjack in brown fish stock and caponato, and a few others. Everything was “top shelf” - should be up for a Michelin listing. Service was attentive and friendly. They even made a special sauce and had gluten free pasta options for my poor wife’s dietary needs. I will return each time I’m in Taormina!

An amazing place, beautiful atmosphere and a wonderful dining experience - especially for me, a celiac, they served homemade gluten free bread, which I appreciate a lot. Thank you for going the extra mile 🤍 I also enjoyed a gluten free pasta 🤍
