Just got back from a 2 week stay at flamingo oasis and will leave my honest review.||We was a family of 3, 2 adults and 1 child (age 1) we also went with family who was 2 adults and 1 child (10)||Hotel room- hotel rooms are beautiful, beds are comfy, we had 2 large beds (like singles but bigger) we pushed them together, we had a travel cot and then 2 sofas/beds. We had a bath and a stand in shower. The room has a mini fridge (not stocked) a safe (42 euros for 2 weeks) a hairdryer although not powerful so if you've got thick hair take your own, the bathroom has dove body wash and shampoo. Couldn't complain if I tried at the room.||Hotel food- like all inclusive foods, they become repetitive but there's definitely something for everyone each meal, the kids section is mainly pizzas, pasta, burgers and hot dogs, they also have a hut open during the dinner time which served burgers, chips, chicken nuggets, hot dogs ect. |Snacks was ice creams and crisps.||If you was to eat out, please try the 4 kings, absolutely amazing food and really cheap, 1 chicken kebab, salad and chips and 1 large steak, chips, mushrooms and peppercorn sauce, 1 beer and 1 coke was around £30. We did try other places but found most places expensive and food wasn't nothing to rave about.||Hotel pool- the pool is really nice, its a large pool, had a walk in part and steps in other areas, they was also a baby pool with a little slide. sunbeds are not an issue you will always find a sunbed however parasols are very limited, think they was around 25/30 parasols but if you think of how many familys that stay there its not enough and when you've got children you'll need one and there really hard to get, unfortunately we was one of them family's that had to queue and run out and get one so our children had shade, if they got that issue sorted it was reduce the running for sunbeds, this first week wasn't too bad but the second week when more people arrived it was chaotic and we ended up spending more days away from round the pool due to this. ||Lifts- are an absolute nightmare at peak times.||Kids entertainment- Tui reps was always asking kids to join in, ours didn't go but I did see activities that other children was doing and it looked fun. The night entertainment was hit and miss, they did a kids mini disco for 30 minutes each night, however I highly recommend watching the greatest showman, it was amazing! ||Bar staff was ran off their feet but they was a couple of bar staff which come across rude, maybe due to not been communication barrier, but majority of them was polite.||Cleaners was nice and polite and work very hard. ||The strip... I really do advise people to avoid the strip (certain bars, please join through dark side of benidorm on Facebook to find out more but basically the bouncers just attack people causing bad injures)||There's also a LIDL across the road which is cheap, if I knew how cheap it was id of purchased alot of my toiletries across there.||All in all, it was nice but I personally wouldn't return back to benidorm but nothing to do with the hotel. Its just not my type of holiday.

The hotel has but also hasn’t changed a lot over the years, I came here growing up every summer, always loved it & came back in 2018, was still an amazing 10 days then. ||Now we came this year, our first time back in 7 years with our 2 year old daughter. The hotel itself is lovely, the facilities are clean and the pool is well maintained. The bar staff are fast serving when they’re fully staffed - the pool snack bar does start to queue up quite often especially when there’s only one worker behind the bar. ||The entertainment is very repetitive, it was kept indoors during our stay in June which was a sweatbox. The hotel puts on a 30 minute kids disco at half 8 but the man (Tom) who normally does it (was very good) left his job on our first night so we had the kids club team step in to take over for the week, they tried their best but you could tell they was thrown in the deep end with it. There was always singers on afterwards which sang the same old songs every night (they were good singers. Just got repetitive every night) although on the Saturday night we had ‘the greatest showman’ show on which we found very good. ||The food is ok, breakfast is your standard traditional options with meats/cheese etc. the dinner always had different options for us but people will struggle if they’re picky eaters. ||The entertainment team are fun and friendly, there’s always things for the kids/adults to get involved in throughout the day. we didn’t use the kids club but whenever we seen them around the pool area they all seemed to be enjoying. ||The building work - we didn’t hear a thing. We stayed pool facing in our room but was right next to where the works are being done and it didn’t effect our stay one bit.||Overall it is a good hotel, it has gone slightly downhill from years ago but it is still a nice place to go with the kids. I will most likely come back again if the price was right.

I, and my three other family members - one 12, one 19, and one 48 - stayed in the Flamingo Oasis Hotel from Tuesday to Friday this week. Overall, great stay and good experience. Staff were lovely and helpful when we were looking for directions or extra help due to my dad’s broken ankle. Today, we asked the Reception staff to get us a taxi and it was there in the matter of minutes. Food was nice but I can understand why people would say repetitive because the lunch was basically the same as dinner and it was all British food or a petty take at another international cuisine. However, breakfast was delicious with a nice environment and a range of different foods. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy with room service being top tier, however the walls were extremely thin and we could hear someone throwing up next door, but this is understandable when spending time in Benidorm, and they were very out dated. Pool is clean and the around the pool environment is lively and fun. Games room is nice just dated, with a computer you have to pay €1 to use - but I doubt children would care about the age of the games. All inclusive stops at 23:00, you’re not allowed to get more than 3 alcoholic drinks at once and the outside bar shuts at 17:00. Overall, great stay and would recommend.

A Good Hotel in a Good Location.|We arrived on 23rd June for a week booking a club room all inclusive. |When we arrived we had to queue for around 30 minutes to book in .. we hadn't realised that there was a separate check in for club (maybe this could be signposted) our receptionist was lovely..very informative and helpful the room was ready which was great.|The room was really spacious and modern. Slightly rough around the edges but nothing major. Two really nice loungers on the balcony. Really can't complain.|Loved the water machines on each floor and in the communal areas. Really convenient.|Food was good. Plenty of choice. A decent quality of food too.|Bars not bad .. named spirits. San Miguel.. mahou and Heineken available on club package also strongbow.|If I had one complaint it would be to have enough sunbeds on the roof terrace for the club guests as we were unable to get a bed up there all week due to people putting towels down.|Apart from that all was good.

Overall great stay! Staff were lovely in restaurant, couple of miserable rude bar men. No air con in room, reasons for low rating, food was amazing though great selection throughout the day and great selection of drinks, great facilities for kids, cleaners were brilliant place is spotless; Overall I would go back especially for the price point had an amazing time, just a couple of things that could of been better.

I came with my wife and 2 girls for our first family holiday abroad and booked again for next year while there we were so impressed. Rooms are large, especially the bathrooms which are brilliant when trying to get everybody ready at once, we asked for a pool view on a lower floor and that's what we got so we were very happy. Found all staff to be really helpful and polite, can see how hard they work to keep everybody as happy as possible. Great drink choices, good quality of spirits used, snack bar food really nice and buffet food also very nice, may have found yourself having similar things from day to day but this was fine as it was always tasty. Everything is spotless every morning when you went to grab a sunbed in the mornings, cleaners working hard before letting anyone in to pool area. Kids loved the smaller pool, perfect size for them to play in without being worried they can get far away. If being fussy more parasols around the pool would be nice and the lifts can be a bit of a pain but overall amazing holiday and we can't wait to get back next year.

Stopped here around 10 years ago and thought it was excellent. |Sorry to say the hotel is a little run down now needs some T.L.C the floorboards in the dining area are a mess trip hazard ! |All inclusive stops at 11pm so if you are going to pay might aswell go across the road and watch a live act .|Four out of six lift are too small. |My wife is going again in November with two friends for there birthdays and is talking about changing hotel. |It's got a four star rating sorry but I would only give it a three .

Fantastic family-friendly stay — already planning to return!||We recently stayed here as a family with a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old, and we had a wonderful experience.||The food selection was excellent every day, with plenty of fresh options. We especially loved that eggs were fried in front of you each morning, and at lunch and dinner you could enjoy freshly cooked fish or chicken right there on the spot.||The sofa beds were incredibly comfortable, just like proper beds — a big plus when traveling with kids.||Despite being in the part of the hotel closest to the nearby construction site, we had no issues with noise at all, which was a pleasant surprise.||The hotel was spotlessly clean, and we had a lovely, friendly cleaner looking after our room.||A big highlight for us was the helpful and attentive restaurant staff. On the day we arrived, we got to lunch just as it was finishing, but the staff made sure we had everything we needed before they started clearing — a really thoughtful touch.||Another lovely detail was when we received a bag of snacks for our journey back to the airport on checkout. It made us feel really well looked after, and it was so handy with small children.||The only small negative was the lack of snacks between breakfast (ending at 10:30) and the pool bar snacks at 12:30. This leaves a two-hour gap with no food options, which can be tricky with little ones, but once we knew, it was easy enough to plan around.||Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much that we’re already considering booking again for next year — just finalizing dates!||Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and welcoming stay.
