MedPlaya Hotel Flamingo Oasis

Spent five nights with my friend in this hotel. The hotel is really clean and the staff are lovely. The entertainment staff are great if you have children. The food was lovely and a variety each day. Yes some of the sunbeds were broken, but there was enough to obtain another and no rushing to put your towel down. This hotel suited us as it was away from the strip but within walking distance. The beach is about 10/15 minute walk.||My only criticism is the cocktails on the all-inclusive on not good, but we just drank something else instead ||This hotel is suitable for families couples and friends enjoy .

Had a short stay whilst in the area for work. Very happy overall with the stay. Rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable enough. Found that all meals in the restaurant offered a very good choice and enjoyed every meal.|Cannot comment on the entertainment or pool area as never used these. The staff work hard and were friendly. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Was booked in this hotel for 2 weeks.upon arriving in the taxi it looked very dated. Big reception area. Staff pleasant. We had the VIP room with access to the roof top bar and premium drinks we thought this is a good start. Carpets looked threadbare on the landing and dirty. The lifts were a nightmare to get up and down. The food was cold and little of it. Floors in the dining area had been coming up and repaired down its a dump . No sun beds the usual towels on on them. The roof top was also full hardly anywhere to sit. We asked the TUI rep the next if she could move us (unhelpfull no sympathy asked why we wanted to move I replied it's a dump) eventually we moved out but cost us £700. My advice if you want a nice relaxing holiday with nice food and no screaming kids don't go here.

We had 14 nights here in June 2025 and we have stayed in the Flamingo oasis on 3 holidays in the past. We have always found it to be clean and the staff very friendly. The rooms are of a good size and are cleaned on a daily basis. One night we were woken to the sound of water dripping rather badly it was coming out of the air conditioning. Reported it to the reception in the morning on the way out to town. On our return to our room about 2 hour's later it had all been repaired and cleaned. We were very impressed by the service. Good selection of foods in the restaurant, something for most people. No complaints and look forward to returning there in the near future. We thank you for helping to make our stay memorable.

The food has gone down hill terribly!!|We’ve stayed at this hotel twenty times over the years both as a couple in the club rooms but also with the grandkids in the standard rooms so know this hotel very well.|The choice of food gas massively diminished so has the quality.|Also mainly Luke warm if you were lucky and no microwave to heat things up like there was previously. |Unfortunately I will not be returning to the hotel again as had to source food outside the hotel which came at an extra cost !

Just got back from the flamingo oasis with my wife and 2 children and we had a fantastic time. On arrival there were staff greeting us with drinks while we were waiting to check in, which was fairly quick considering how many arrived. The room itself was a good size, clean and tidy, with a decent sized balcony. Kettle with tea and coffee and a mini fridge. Air conditioning. The restaurant food was good if not a little repetitive but there was always something there that we all liked to eat. The pool itself was nice with a hut serving drinks and some snacks like nuggets/toasties/burgers. The only downside to the pool area was the rat race every morning for a sun-bed and the fact people were hogging sun umbrellas and not actually using them. There should have been a better system in place for this. That said you could always get a sunbed although not in a prime location. The wait for the lifts was a nightmare at meal times and they could have done with air conditioning in them. The bars around the hotel all had a good selection of drinks for the adults and kids, and the staff were all very friendly. Plenty of entertainment for the kids during the day and in the evening, although the adult evening entertainment I thought was average at best most nights. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we would return again.

This is a fantastic hotel. We stayed here as a family from the 25th June for 7 days. On arrival the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was always clean and staff were constantly cleaning. The restaurant had plenty of choice and a different variety of foods each day. The pool is very spacious and there are plenty of sun beds. The only negative was the lifts got quite busy meaning you had to wait on occasions. Apart from that we cannot fault the hotel we had a fantastic holiday here.

I came with my wife and 2 girls for our first family holiday abroad and booked again for next year while there we were so impressed. Rooms are large, especially the bathrooms which are brilliant when trying to get everybody ready at once, we asked for a pool view on a lower floor and that's what we got so we were very happy. Found all staff to be really helpful and polite, can see how hard they work to keep everybody as happy as possible. Great drink choices, good quality of spirits used, snack bar food really nice and buffet food also very nice, may have found yourself having similar things from day to day but this was fine as it was always tasty. Everything is spotless every morning when you went to grab a sunbed in the mornings, cleaners working hard before letting anyone in to pool area. Kids loved the smaller pool, perfect size for them to play in without being worried they can get far away. If being fussy more parasols around the pool would be nice and the lifts can be a bit of a pain but overall amazing holiday and we can't wait to get back next year.
