Where to start !|Positive clean hotel good location no noise when door closed ||Food : horrific on night 1 the food was stone cold little choice and what theirs was was terrible we ended up eating out when paid for all inclusive i complained to jet 2 rep who said he eats their and thinks its lovely sorry but myself and other guests who complained and we are PAYING guests but our experience is less important than his ! I heard another guest tell hotel cant eat the breakfast and evening meal they paid for and asked for a sandwich and they wanted to charge her 3 euros for them ! | |Rooms: rooms are small not well maintained the seats on balcony but broken air con either freezing or nothing | Broken tiles on floor in bathroom laminte floor seen better days uncomfortable pillows we had 2 rooms and tv in other room not working had to ask them to fix it ||Pool: V cold one side doesnt get much sun not much room about the pool but people doubling sunbeds on top of each other so others have no sunbeds and cant lie next to them in 1 day i counted no less than 10 guests doing this meaning 10 less for other paying guests hotel not monitoring it ||Lifts : the lifts drop past the floor level so be careful when going in and out lift otherwise you may have a nasty fall . ||On morning of going home our safe decided to have an error leaving our passports locked in side font get me wrong reception staff are lovely and came up and fixed the issue but this hotel reminds me of faulty towers to be honest would not return ||I did ask on night 1 for a move to another hotel but wait for it i had to tell jet 2 what hotels and guess what every single one was full except 1 as long as we all shared the same room and given i paid for 2 rooms thats not acceptable yet the same list of hotels had availability on theirs own website but ill take that up with jet 2 !

The RUIDOR is in a fabulous location for getting out and about in Benidorm. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and helpful. The lady of reception greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to help us. The room was very good, compact but everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel entertainment was fantastic and Shari the entertainment staff was outstanding. One of our party has Autism, Shari was very accommodating with his over enthusiasm. I'd give 10 stars to this hotel and staff without a second thought.

Check In||Very Simple arrived early room wasn't ready but allocated our all inclusive+ bands put our cases in store room and chilled till our room was ready which didn't take long .||Room|Room was nicely decorated we had been allocated high west facing room which had been requested . This had a side view of the pool and overlooked the busy strip does get noisy at times but didn't bother us ideal.|Twin room beds were comfy got a decent sleep |Shower also no issues very decent also got dove soap and shower gel included albeit we had taken our own . Very nice no issues ||Pool Area |Given it was end of March wasn't over busy did take a dip in once which was refreshing fine once you were in .|No issue with sunbeds again state it was March though weather was very decent .|Sun terrace where we could usually be found is elevated overlooking the pool leads into the bar/entertainment area .|Few televisions dotted about should you want to watch anything.|Bar itself well laid out in a good position for day and night .|We had chosen AI+ which was good decent selection of drinks staff always cheerful and helpful on many occasions bring your drinks out to you.||Food|just your typical AI nothing to rave about but nothing to moan about always something decent to eat be it breakfast , lunch or dinner no issues always laugh when i read nothing to eat .||Entertainment|Well your in the centre of Benidorm right next to Talk of the Coast who have various acts on but in the hotel was Ok had singers on and then led to karaoke. |Were lucky we met loads of lovely people so craic was good when we stayed in .|The position of the hotel gives you the luxury of jumping out for a bit and then back to hotel AI+ lasted till 1am more than enough .||Summary |would i go back yes stayed in various Benidorm hotels all which i've enjoyed |plus points for here in my view is position in the heart of it and 5 mins from the beach .|Caution is at night noise level we were ready for it knew what to expect so was ok.|Staff are excellent look after you well .||Big cheers

Food was excellent |Entertainment very poor. Some nights like a bad karaoke turn|House keeping hit and miss. Do you get towels or a bath mat!!|Sheets only changed once in a 9 night stay. |A 10 tog quilt on the bed why ? Just a sheet and throw would have been enough, with a blanket in the wardrobe if needed.|Location is great a short walk to the beach and plenty of entertainment close by.

Room is amazing and location is perfect if that’s where you want to be but on the second day, we went down for breakfast for about half an hour and went back to my room to find it had been cleaned. The cleaner had been through all of my clothes, ripped open my money bag which was in a hoodie pocket and moved all of my things around. She had also taken a phone charger and my carry on plane bag from the room. We spoke to reception and they really didn’t take it seriously and just kept grinning at us.

Emailed hotel asking for low floor with pool view didnt happen. Rooms very basic no drawers in room. Bathroom needed updating. Maid service was good. Entertainment was good. Food is poor, not hot at all. Couldnt really have a meal there was meat but no vegetables on a couple of nights.Snack bar food was much better hotter and edible.Be aware all inclusive drinks stop at a certain time we were not aware of this.

Just stayed here and this is an honest review of our experience.|Check in - gave us keys and a bit of paper never mentioned times for check out, meal times or anything |Room - small but adequate loud on balcony but it’s right on the strip so as expected can’t really hear anything once door is closed but can imagine on a lower floor it’s not as quiet. Cleaners didn’t really do much in the rooms just made the bed and gave toilet roll.|Snack bar food was horrible but staff on there always lovely and smiley.|Didn’t have breakfast but had dinner and we thought food was better than expected plenty of choice. |Pool - people hogging two beds each, towels being left for hours with nobody on them. We saw two couples left at 11am came back at 4pm, needs to be monitored or people need to stop being selfish. Okay hotel wouldn’t come back

Been to the Riudor 3 times this year and going back for Christmas thourghly enjoyable stay food lovely room kept very clean all communal areas spotless all staff very friendly as are the people we meet shari does a great job keeping us entertained but it would be really nice if when we return we could get a corner room ending in a 6 we request it every time never got it yet but fingers crossed for our 10day stay at Christmas
