Lovely place with incredible flavors and great prices! The owner is clearly passionate to share Portuguese flavors, the beautiful patio is packed with locals, and you can hear traditional fado music all around. Definitely stop by for an intimate and authentic taste of Lisboa

We needed a nice place to end our 4-day holiday in Lisbon. This was the perfect spot to enjoy some great drinks and tasty local bites, chat with the friendly owner and a few people at the bar. Great playlist too!

Lovely little bar. We sat outside and enjoyed happy hour. The wine was beautiful and the staff were friendly. It was also really cosy and authentic inside

Cute little shop. Worth a stop. Seemed like a very local place. Sangria was excellent.

Loved this place. Really cozy vibe. Nice food selection (a bit on the lighter side) and fantastic wine. Owner was very friendly as well. We had our baby with us and he didn’t mind at all.

Great place to get high quality canned sardines and a glass of wine. Attention: There are two places next to each other. Choose the left one for a nice Gastro Bar experience (and the right one for a more touristy place).

We stumbled upon this place by chance, and it turned out to be the most delightful surprise we've ever encountered. The food is beautifully simple, yet absolutely remarkable. Their Sangria is truly the best in town. We've found ourselves returning every day, and every penny we've spent here has been worth it. It feels like a little haven that we can't get enough of.

Amazing food, great service, perfect atmosphere. Do you want local Portuguese tapas in a beautiful outdoor location with local prices? €3 sangrias? This place is amazing, the bacalau was SO tasty!

Yelp
Fourth stop on our Lisbon Food Tour. Great little place with a view on the top of the hill in Alfalma. Mostly outdoor seating on a bit of a slant, but we still enjoyed the ambiance. First up was Chouriço assado, the local chorizo, which is tasty but sometimes a little chewy, but this was the best we had in Lisbon. Next up Queijo velho with olive oil and Rosemary, a cheese served in a jar of olive oil and rosemary. Didn't expect to like it but it had such a great Rosemary taste I just kept going back for more. And finally a Tiborna with goat cheese, honey, and walnuts, which could have been dessert and it was fabulous.

Yelp
Chaos. One girl was working and set up for complete failure. They are understaffed. Food was fine, I guess? It was close to our place but we never returned.

Yelp
The food here was pretty good and I would have to say actually above average. The prices were above average too. Especially for this area. The problem was the people were very rude. When we were walking up, we sat down to try and figure out the menu. Until we told the lady we are going to eat there she treated us very unkind. We had one drink and an appetizer and left because she was so rude. She was arguing with the other person there the entire time we were there. It certainly carried over into our meal. I would not recommend this place.

Yelp
This was our first meal in Portugal and it set a wonderful precedence. This restaurant is located in the heart of Alfama close to where we were staying and had fantastic opportunities for people watching. We arrived at an odd hour for a meal because we had just landed. Still, our server was very nice and helpful with questions we had about the menu. Our platter of conservas (canned fish) was served beautifully. Beyond that, it was absolutely delicious. The sides served with the fish went amazingly well with it and we couldn't help but eat it all so quickly. A couple of days later, we wanted to eat somewhere nearby that was rated pretty well. We followed our phone navigation... And ended up at this place! We laughed but didn't mind. Service was just as fantastic. We had a plate of Portuguese meats and cheeses. One of the cheeses was particularly stinky, but the rest of it was amazing. Overall, highly recommend this place and if we find ourselves in these parts again, we'd pay it another visit.

Yelp
Came here a couple of times as it was right next to our apartment. The house red wine was lovely, as was the tapas. Also tried the fish sharing boars which was delicious. Service was friendly and very reasonable prices. Sat outside on one evening and could enjoy the fado singers in the bar next door.

Yelp
A very friendly, authentic little bar / restaurant with great wine, draft beer and even a local IPA available (bottle). Indoor and outdoor seating. Great spot for having a drink, a bite and people watching.

Yelp
From first glance, I assumed this place would be a tourist trap. Not so! Absolutely charming spot with outdoor seating. I could have sat here all day in the square, enjoying the scenery, sipping a monaco (beer with berry syrup) or sangria (obviously I had to sample both), snacking on a EUR 2 salad or some toast with tomato and garlic on top (similar to bruschetta). Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend if you're in Lisbon and just need to sit for a few hours and people watch with some snacks and refreshments.
