Elena has been coloring and cutting my hair at Medusa for 2+ years and she is very clearly a (good) witch. We’ve done everything from creative color to balayage to highlights to all types of haircuts and somehow it turns out perfect every time. At this point, I walk in with the vaguest idea of what I want and say “I trust you.” Bonus points for Elena being super cool and the salon for being a friendly and fun place to hang out for an afternoon. I got a partial balayage and trim done yesterday and I couldn’t be happier! Rochelle got me in last minute and was a heaven send. She was friendly, informative, and communicated clearly the process as she was doing it. The salon was clean, welcoming, and totally a cool vibe. I will definitely be back when my roots grow out.

I have had my hair done by Mari at Medusa Salon for many, many years. She is AWESOME. She gives my fine hair volume and sass with her magic. I don’t ever think of letting anyone else style my hair.

I stumbled into this salon in the Spring of 2022, began having my cuts and color done by Elena there and have never looked back. She’s not only an experienced professional who listens closely to what I want done, she is unfailingly reliable and genuinely pleasant to be around. The salon’s vibe is also fun, bright, deliberate and clean.

The people at this salon are wonderful! The salon is very clean and I appreciate that they take safety of their staff and their clients seriously while going through this pandemic. It makes me feel comfortable going to get a hair cut. On top of the fact that Danielle does a fantastic job in cutting my hair! I highly recommend this salon.

Danielle has been doing my hair for years and I recently had an appointment with her at Medusa Salon. The salon itself is extremely cute-has awesome decor, very clean etc. all of the staff were professional and friendly. Danielle did an amazing job as always with my cut and color! TLDR: Caroline Ramone at Medusa is AMAZING! 5 stars aren’t enough, and the prices are great for the expert service provided! I’ve been coming to Medusa and exclusively Caroline for the past 2 years - I don’t get my haircut anywhere else! I’ve always had really bad luck with hairstylists, but Caroline is so kind and patient. She actually listens during the consultation, and is able to translate reference images to what works with your features extremely well. I normally go for a shag and fringe and she is a MASTER at it! plus free bang trims! I can’t recommend her enough, and everyone at Medusa has always treated me with the utmost kindness and respect.
