Yelp
After being here a couple of times, I can say that this spot is my favorite hot pot I've tried so far in Miami/Broward county.
They have both individual and big/sharing pots available. For the big pots, you can choose either just 1 section, 2 sections, or even 9 (for those who really don't like their food touching haha).
SOUP BASE
The mala soup base is actually spicy, so make sure you can handle spice.
The beef tallow is the fatty spicy soup base, that's even spicier than mala but has a richer flavor
Pork bone is your classic savory base.
I personally recommend getting half and half of a spicy one and non spicy so you get the best of both worlds.
INGREDIENTS
They have everything here! From seafood (crab, mussels, shrimp, fish...) to all your Asian veges (snow pea tips, bok choy, dandelion, taro, lotus root..) to all your classic meats (lamb, beef, pork, etc.). I've found the offerings consistently fresh after visiting at different times.
They also have a conveyer belt for things like mushroom, fried been curd, noodles, etc!
Do note that they'll sometimes replace certain bins with what they have in stock and so the labels might not always be 100% correct, so read up on your veges beforehand haha. This is common in my experience with different hot pot spots since you don't want unfresh offerings just for the sake of it.
