My new favorite restaurant! Service and food were incredible. Waitress was so nice and helpful. Many options for the price. The spicy broth was incredible. I loved the dragon hot pot bowls and the conveyor belt. So much fun! Best hot pot place I’ve been to in the U.S. Plus a yummy desert and ice cream bar included. Good drink selection too.

Google
Beautiful place and good food. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. But the other younger girl who was busing the table was super rude. Like the worst wait staff I have ever seen. Otherwise I would rate this place five stars because everything else was perfect.

Mark

Google
I've been there three times, and all kinds of soup base are relatively rich, but fruit and seafood are not as diverse as lemongrass hot pot, which is relatively simple? Mini tern eggs are eaten a few not fresh, and the business hours are until 1 a.m. It is still a convenient place for people who often go to the casino to have fun.

Seafood here is very fresh and tasty as well as vegetable and broth. Service is very good . Spicy marinated beef was amazing, I love it. We will pick the big dragon pot next time for different experience.

Google
All the soup is tasty and a lot of food alot choice is very generous and all the employee very friendly and professionals. We have a wonderful time is all you can eat whatever you like. We are very happy. We found a good hotpot in Florida 👍

Google
Really enjoyed this hot pot! Tried the mushroom and the spicy beef soup bases, they both were flavorful with lots of spices inside. Loved the selection of veggies, meats, noodles, and the conveyor belt options. The sauce bar is perfect for creating great dipping sauces for extra flavor. They kept refilling our hot water as it ran low which was great, kept our soup going. Everyone was really friendly and we didn’t feel rushed at all.

Google
My favorite hot pot place in Miami. The staff is very welcoming! The buffet has everything you need and the broths are very flavory

If you are looking for a good and affordable hot pot experience, look no more. This place is awesome. We loved the selection, the service, and the atmosphere. We will be coming back here often 🥰

Yelp
The staff here was friendly. We were looking for a legit Chinese place and we're huge fans of hot pot. This place is authentic, tasty and has a decent amount of spice. My wife is from Guizhou and this place said it's close enough to food from home that she would come back. Kids love the decorations and the music playing and ice cream lol.

Yelp
I used to love the old hot pot place, Nine Spices. This place is pretty much the same, but with added floral decor everywhere. They still use the conveyor belt, but added a freezer for the meats, cold bar for seafood and other items, and ice cream/popsicles. They had a decent variety, but many were not popular with my group. The service was fine, but I can see it getting slow if they get super busy. This is a decent hot pot buffet, but pretty comparable to nearby competitors.

Yelp
We chose the #2 Mala Spicy Beef Tallow with three chilis next to it - SPICY AF!! the sichaun spice had a numbing effect on the tongue I almost didn't think I can manage it. I almost put some water in it to dilute it but I rolled with it and it was fantastic. I probably would choose a lower spicy base and just add the chili myself next time because it was no joke. What was nice is they do come around with more broth to refill your hot pot complimentary. They have all your staple hot pot items - my favorite is the wood ear mushrooms. I do appreciate the conveyor belt so you don't have to get up for noodles and dumplings (I loved the dumpling). If I was to compare to the lemongrass hot pot I'd say they're both very similar but due to the parking situation at lemongrass in davie I'd choose this one.

Yelp
We try to come here at least once a month. Super Clean, Broths are excellent and a great place to catch up with friends and family!

Yelp
i thought this place was pretty good! i had a few concerns regarding sanitation tbh bc the tongs were left touching the raw meat so anyone could've grabbed the tong and grazed the meat by accident and things like that but oh well this is a very sleek and modern restaurant, it was a nice experience to sit here. i got the pork broth and it wasn't bad, it was more on the bland side but i somewhat expected that. i have a low spice tolerance so this was one of the few options that were of my preference. i love all the different vegetable and meat options they had. some of the meat options were super unique, and there was a lot of variety overall. i would suggest only getting a bit at a time because i accidentally got too much and wasn't able to finish it all :( i would also make my sauce differently next time because it was not as yummy as i hoped, but that's my own fault. if you're a hotpot lover, i would definitely recommend checking this place out!

Suzanna B.

Yelp
Dinner was great. Hot pot offered standard meat, seafood, vegetable options and everything seemed fresh. The conveyor belt was fun and ambiance had nice decorations.

Alyssa A.

Yelp
We made reservations for our group of 11 for hot pot lunch, and we got seated in a wonderful side room at a large round table with plenty of space for our group. It's all-you-can-eat here, so make sure you come hungry! You start off by getting your base - the Tom Yum Coconut Chicken Soup Base was delicious! - and then you're own your own to grab everything else you want. So many different options of frozen meats, fresh meats and fish, veggies as well as a conveyor belt in the middle rotating different small items and noodles as well. Good fresh fruit options as well as some mini ice creams for dessert. Good service. They routinely came over to refill our drinks and soup base. I believe we paid about $40/person, so a pretty decent price for AYCE hot pot. A good choice for lunch or dinner.

Lisa T.

Yelp
Had hotpot for dinner here and when i was looking through the choices i noticed they didnt have the fatty beef and i was thinking why wouldnt a hot pot place have the thin fatty beef slices and was thinking ehh. When we finished eatting and paid already, we saw the thinly sliced beef was in a separate fridge neglected from everything else!!! Server didnt pay much attention to us. Everything else was fine though. From what we did get to eat, it was tasty

Kelin X.

Yelp
We got spicy mala and bone broth hot pot. Delicious and fresh veggies. The amount of vegetable selections are huge. After food desserts were mung beans and jelly, also fruits and popsicles. Fast service

Alexandra P.

Yelp
This is a wonderful Hot Pot joint! Now this was a messy adventure but we loved every minute. When we walked inside we sat at a booth and asked if we wanted our own individual small pots or a large pot. We opted for the small pots. When you sit down you are asked first for your broth and then your drink of choice. I got a #1 (spicy pork base) and my husband got #8 (tomato spicy chicken base) my husband's broth was actually my favorite but my broth was delicious as well. They have a conveyor belt with different noodles, veggies, and pork dumplings (get the dumplings they are AMAZING). While the buffet area has different selections of seafood, veggies, sauces and dips. On the side they have a freezer and it has fatty beef, beef, chicken & lamb. Staff at first were very good with coming around grabbing plates & filling up our broth but once a crowd came in it took a little while to get help to pay. Would recommend to visit. Will be coming back for the #8 next!

Joshua B.

Yelp
Whew this place was good. Right when you walk in just the smell of spices hit you in the face. The teddy bear bomb was adorable and delicious. I wish I lived closer I'd come here way too often!

Lauren W.

Yelp
A hidden gem for local hotpot. Great for a late night dinner on a chilly night! It's one price for all-you-can-eat, with meat bars, vegetable bars, seafood bars and a conveyer belt for noodles. You choose your soup base as soon as you sit down. Pictured on the left is the Spicy Tomato Soup Base (the best! A great combination of savory with a hint of sweet). Pictured on the right is Tom yum broth, and I've been told it's the best Tom yum broth in town. The broths really made our experience enjoyable and we definitely plan to be back soon. There is an array of meats to choose, from fatty, to lean, to spicy seasoned - all yummy! Service is self-serve, the waiters regularly monitor your water cups and broth levels and refill as needed. The only downside I wish could be improved on is the utensils we use to cook - we only have an Asian soup spoon and chopsticks. I wish we had a strainer spoon so I don't lose my food in my soup,

Cristina L.

Yelp
We came on a foodie adventure. The staff was friendly and great. The food was delicious. It's a must try. Ramen was great for the soul. Very flavorful broth, unlimited meat and seafood options. Beautiful ambience. We will be back. Very nice owner

Jesined C.

Yelp
WOW this is a hidden gem! It's located in the corner of a shopping center. The hot pot is so interactive, very nice to go on a double date. You pick the base you would like for the broth; we chose the coconut chicken broth and the spicy chongqing mala beef tallow soup. The coconut chicken broth was my favorite, very flavorful. You get to pick your veggies, spices and sauces to place in your hot pot. There is a variety of meats and seafood to choose from. We highly enjoyed our dinner. The fatty beef was my favorite, it really absorbs the flavor of the broth. I added garlic, cilantro and onions to give it a ton of flavor. Some vegetables I chose from were bok choy, broccoli, and cauliflower. There is a rotating belt where you can pick from a variety of vegetables and noodles to add into your broth. The best noodles imo are the egg noodles and soba noodles. The service was great, the staff come around and pick up all the extra plates as you're eating. Very attentive! They even refilled our broth so we can continue digging in. I highly recommend you check it out, you will not be disappointed.

Zoe M.

Yelp
Finally gave this place a try after craving hot pot for a while. The staff was friendly and consistently checking in on us to make sure we had water and to refill our broth. The interior was clean and well organized. We got the regular beef tallow and the mala spicy beef broth. The regular broth had a lot of flavor and the mala broth was so delicious. It wasn't too spicy for us (grew up eating mala), but if you haven't had it before or have low spice tolerance, maybe try something else. I really enjoyed the sauce bar (because it had all the traditional condiments) and the variety of fish balls, veggies, and meats. Everything seemed fresh and the conveyor belt had perfect portion sizes of noodles/veg/dumplings. There was also free dessert (ice cream, ice jelly)! AYCE for $31 a person for dinner you can't beat. Coming from two California asians, this was very good and we will definitely be back!

Yelp
Have never been to a Hot Pot before coming to Meet Hot Pot. It must be relatively new because everything was fairly clean. Beware though, if you have allergies, because cross contamination is inevitable. And, if they don't do a better job of cleaning around the buffet area and especially where the shaved frozen meat is, eventually they are going to have health issues. Love the concept though. We ordered the big pot for 2. It was more than enough. Came with 3 different kinds of soup. We had an extra spicy I think beef broth, a Tom Kah broth with lemongrass and a mushrooms broth. For me the mushroom broth was the best. The coolest thing is you get your raw ingredients from the buffet and there is plenty of meat, seafood and veggies. You bring them to the table and you cook them in your broth. Love the concept. Best of all, as your broth runs out they will refill it. There are also a lot of sauces and other garnishes you can add as well. Something just as cool is the conveyer belt which has all kids of other good stuff like corn, taro, noodles and mushrooms. The service was very good and they have beer, wine and sake. They only have plastic glasses, so if you want to pour your beer in a glass, ask for a wine glass, because other than that, they only have plastic cups. All and all, we had a great time and left full.

Yelp
Hot pot spot in Davie. (Try saying that five times fast) This all you can eat hot pot biz has beautiful decor inside and ample seating. They have a buffet area and a conveyor belt running throughout the restaurant. My family & I were seated right by the main buffet section with the veggies, some protein and sauce bar. I remember thinking that they didn't have a lot to choose from but totally missed some other buffet areas like the small freezer with the thinly sliced proteins plus a soup section that we only saw on our way out. Even though we missed that, we found enough to fill our broths with in that main area. You can choose between small pots for individual broths or a large pot which has the option of choosing one, two or three broths. We opted for the larger pot to share with two broths since this was my parents first time trying hot pot. They have a few broth selections to choose from and we got the vegetable and mix mushroom base, both pretty flavorful on their own. Service was good, coming by every so often to check in and refill our broth when it was running low. Other than the layout of the space being a little confusing, it was overall a great spot to get your soup fix.

Yelp
Attention all Hot Pot lovers , this message is for you !! The food here is delicious ! The Tom Yum soup is one of the best ones I've had . It is all you can eat for a whopping $31. 95 for each adult , which is moderately priced . They have a great assortment of meats both lean and fatty . Wonderful seafood selection as well . There is a conveyor belt with a great variety of noodles, dumplings, etc to choose from . The service is great the servers are very attentive . This place is so cute and aesthetically pleasing which is a bonus . The restaurant is very clean , so I feel like I can trust eating there .

Savanna H.

Yelp
I highly recommend this restaurant. The soup bases and personal choice of your own toppings was out of this world. The servers were constantly refilling the soup base and the refills seemed endless. Very intimate feel. My friend and I had an amazing experience overall. Im excited to be back.

Yelp
It was the one day of the year where it was cold in South Florida. We intended to get Indonesian food except we didn't feel adventurous and settled on hot pot as that warms the soul. We originally went to another hot pot place and it was packed. I Yelped, found this one, and called to confirm it wasn't packed. Affirmative. It wasn't packed, so off we went. This hot pot place has a conveyor belt, but the seats and tables were uncomfortable and they moved. It was a bit annoying. Not to mention that depending on where you sat, sometimes it was hard to get things. I'm specifically referring to the corn here. As for the broths, we tried a medium spicy one that nearly sent me into a heart attack, and that's me, who is half Mexican and loves spicy food. We eventually got used to it as it was quite flavorful, just terribly spicy. I'm afraid of trying their spiciest broth here honestly. That said, the food was affordable and tasty, but it packs a bunch. I felt the remains of the spice the next day. I wouldn't mind returning, but I would do a mild broth and probably ask to sit somewhere else. Still, the original hot pot place is my favorite, and well, I doubt I would return to Meet Hot Pot unless someone wanted to or if the original hot pot place was unable to take customers.

Sophia M.

Yelp
Best hot pot in United States! Everyone I've sent here also has always has great experience staff is super attentive! Music selection is my favorite restaurant in south FL.

Christopher E.

Yelp
Great Hot Pot spot. Food is good. Good prices for all you can eat. Clean and service was good.

Ariana M.

Yelp
Meet ChongQing Hot Pot offers an impressive all-you-can-eat experience for $31.95. The value is exceptional, especially with their huge $10 sake. You can choose from a wide array of meats, fish balls, vegetables, and sauces, and even select multiple soup bases for the table. The running conveyor belt adds a fun touch, featuring noodles and dumplings. Overall, it's a great spot for a satisfying, customizable hot pot meal.

Julia S.

Yelp
After being here a couple of times, I can say that this spot is my favorite hot pot I've tried so far in Miami/Broward county. They have both individual and big/sharing pots available. For the big pots, you can choose either just 1 section, 2 sections, or even 9 (for those who really don't like their food touching haha). SOUP BASE The mala soup base is actually spicy, so make sure you can handle spice. The beef tallow is the fatty spicy soup base, that's even spicier than mala but has a richer flavor Pork bone is your classic savory base. I personally recommend getting half and half of a spicy one and non spicy so you get the best of both worlds. INGREDIENTS They have everything here! From seafood (crab, mussels, shrimp, fish...) to all your Asian veges (snow pea tips, bok choy, dandelion, taro, lotus root..) to all your classic meats (lamb, beef, pork, etc.). I've found the offerings consistently fresh after visiting at different times. They also have a conveyer belt for things like mushroom, fried been curd, noodles, etc! Do note that they'll sometimes replace certain bins with what they have in stock and so the labels might not always be 100% correct, so read up on your veges beforehand haha. This is common in my experience with different hot pot spots since you don't want unfresh offerings just for the sake of it.

William C.

Yelp
The food was amazing! The food was always considered to be fresh and the service was super kind! You can tell they love their job!! And lastly the Ambiance was very stylish as it was Chinese themed!

Supawat J.

Yelp
Seafood here is very fresh and tasty as well as vegetable and broth. Service is very good . Spicy marinated beef was amazing, I love it. We will pick the big dragon pot next time for different experience.

Tangib R.

Yelp
We drive 40 mins+ to go to that place almost every weekend . It's not so pricey, we pay $70 or a little over it sometimes for the two of us. Great service, clean and nice view inside the restaurant. Their food is fresh and soup is really good.

Kimberly C.

Yelp
Went here a second time around the time it opened so it definitely was not busy and staff was highly attentive. Last time I was here, I was with a large group and I assumed that's why I didn't get a teddy bear broth but this time I went with my fiancé and it still was not offered. So perhaps it was just a temporary promo?? Okay, so I'll drop it. They do NOT have the teddy bear ice broth to melt in your soup haha. But I am giving it a poor rating because I found a questionable insect in their house spicy broth. Though, to not be such a sourpuss, I kept telling myself to not look into it further and that it may just be a very fibrous star anise or something. Part of me wanted to say something, but we were both starving and I found nothing wrong with the other broth so I proceeded to keep using the pork ribs broth. I also didn't like how some things were mislabeled. One tray said it was squid when it was actually spicy beef. Someone who cannot eat red meat may be misled thinking it's a spicy squid and that is a lawsuit waiting to happen. And another said it was seaweed when it was totally bean curd. And there were small bowls of what appears to be shrimp paste scattered around and I thought it was fish paste so I didn't know what it was until I cooked it in my broth. It was confusing. I'm happy to not have any food allergies but the mislabeling can be a big issue for someone else. Service was great but this experience was definitely much worse than the last. I dislike giving one stars, especially after the first experience was decent, but this last visit was definitely such let down.

Henry V L.

Yelp
Check in & write a review for a free soda! But you had to show them the review. Truthfully, I can say my experience was way more down than up that showing them the review wouldn't warrant that free drink. I rather just pay for the soda and write the review. But the low rating isn't for not getting the comped sodas... First off I want to say that the interior decor is immaculate! So beautiful. Also the convenience of grabbing items off the conveyer. A couple things I didn't like: - Additional 6$ to change broths (someone in my party didn't like how the broth looked at the beginning and didn't even touch it but couldn't get a switch without a charge) - They don't do anything for birthdays - Broth dissolves too rapidly. They were coming around constantly just to refill the broth. Aside from that, table felt clogged with dishes and no refills unless you asked. - Seating was a win/lose. You have to constantly get up and grab food because you are sitting in a booth. But standing up helps you digest, and also the booths are comfortable. But could get annoying having to get up like airplane style. - Lastly, they struggled to refill the fatty beef (the most popular item, but it wasn't even busy) . The cuts came out in small portions and they immediately went fast. It was only 9pm and they close at 1am how are they gonna last?!? (I don't think it had to do with anyone eating it fast but more like they wanted to save inventory). I never saw a tray of fatty beef for the last 15 minutes of our dine in. Pictured below is the fatty beef tray missing for 15 minutes and even after we left.

Thuy N.

Yelp
Came here for the first time bc of the good food reviews & left nauseous. The handles of the tongs were all inside of the food which we know, are touched by so many people. I decided to let it go because I am sure not every place I go to is completely sanitary until at the end of our meal, my friend decides to go to the bathroom & she saw roaches. It left us feeling sick to our stomachs. I would rather just save my money & go elsewhere.

Marla S.

Yelp
Wow! Delicious meal. We happened upon Meet Hot Pot by accident and we were so happy we did. Our server spoke English and was able to help us understand how the restaurant was different from the others hot pots we dine at. MHP is traditional Chinese and the items were different. He taught us how to make a great soup and then we explored on our own!

Idsia R.

Yelp
This was simply amazing from the soup base to the all you can eat add ons, meats , seafood, vegetables etc.. Service could be better but hey it was delicious and worth it. Recommended you won't regret it.

Zhenyu Z.

Yelp
Good place to fulfill your hotpot fix. They have a variety of meats, seafood and veggies.

Chris R.

Yelp
Such great hot pot. Had the Tom yum broth and it was the best I have ever had! Wonderful selection of meats and veggies and all the expected ingredients. The sauce bar is the best I have ever seen!!! So. Many. Delicious. Options. Friendly staff and great atmosphere!! This is a perfect place to experience hot pot for the first time or the thousandth. Trust me. Give it a shot!!

Brian Z.

Yelp
We went here and it is very clean and there are so many things to eat! We chose the mala spicy soup base and the coconut chicken one

Jonathan C.

Yelp
Hi, are you hungry? Then why aren't you at Meet Hot Pot. Quality ingredients, full sauce bar, and the conveyer belt of food that won't stop until you drop. Such a great experience. Shout out to the servers. Make you feel welcomed and at home. Try the ice jelly dessert!

Yadira R.

Yelp
Last time I came to this location was before COVID and I believe since then it has changed name, however it still the same concept. I came on a Friday night and didn't have to wait to be seated. We choose the big pot to share table instead of the individual one. You choose your flavor soup and then you can go crazy adding as much food as your heart desires. It was about $30 a person. I made my own spicy dip it add to my pot and added all the seafood and fish balls available, you can add noodles, veggies and meats. Definitely and option for everyone. The service is limited, we had to ask for refills for water. I would recommend.

Katelyn C.

Yelp
Salutations! I came here last time to hang out with a few family friends. This time I went to celebrate my very close friend's birthday, and this made an extremely valuable memory. The service was immaculate, but the delicious meat needs to refill fast to fill the last star up. Thanks!

Julia Z.

Yelp
So happy to see a hotpot place with such a wide variety of sauces. They have a lot of unique hot pot ingredients too! Definitely one of the better hotpot places I've been to in Florida.

Deniece W.

Yelp
I used to love the hot pot restaurant that used to be here (Nine Spices). Meet Chongqing has kept the interior pretty much the same. My bf & I came for Christmas dinner, taking advantage of the chilly Miami weather. We were quoted a 30 min wait, but it only ended up being about 10. We were sat, drinks were ordered (you gotta have a Tsingtao with hot pot), and hot pot soups were chosen. We went with the Chongqing mala soup base. I thought it was pretty bland. Maybe the Chongqing mala beef tallow soup base has more of that spicy, numbing flavor I adore. Those cute bears to add to your broth that you see in other Yelp reviews must have been a grand opening promo because they were nowhere to be seen. I really liked how the former restaurant, Nine Spices, took advantage of the revolving food belt in the restaurant. You could get almost every ingredient from there, and anything you missed, a server would happily bring to you. Now, the revolving food belt is used mostly for noodles and vegetables. I couldn't find the meat at first. Heads up, most of the meat is located in a freezer in the front of the restaurant. Then, there's an area with random veggies and assorted balls of meat that was very messy and mislabeled. There was also a messy area where you can make your dipping sauces. Overall, I was a bit let down by the experience. Hopefully, the owners of this establishment read these reviews and make the adjustments to improve. Hot pot is rare in SoFl so I'd like to see this place get better and stick around.

Alley S.

Yelp
The epitome of hidden gems. Eating here feels like you're in someone's home and they're taking great care of you. Great variety for hot pot and BBQ. I got the spicy Szechuan broth and I can handle spicy but it was HOT. The egg tarts were fantastic! Will definitely be coming back here a lot more.

Maggie C.

Yelp
It's very good and authentic! The variety of food is great, from crab meat to fatty beef! Would definitely come back again.

Vivian V.

Yelp
I love the food here! Meet Hot Pot is very consistent, has fresh ingredients and a great taste.

Ricky L.

Yelp
Nice little hidden gem. Nice hot pot place buffet style. Love the conveyer belt with items to pick from. Lots of items to choose from for the hot pot. Only wish the items are labeled property as you don't know what is what that you're picking and ends more as a food experiment and trying to figure out what you're eating lol. Also kinda sucks if you don't like a hot pot broth and want to get another one they charge you extra. Overall a nice place for a nice experience if you want to try hot pot

Michael P.

Yelp
A secret gem hidden in a shopping plaza. This place is a good time to grab a late night bite. You have a wide variety of things to pick for your pot and the food keeps on coming. I appreciate that it closes late and you can always trust the quality of the food.

Tawny W.

Yelp
I have been to many hotpot places and this one is a good one . The soup broth is tasty. They have a lot of variety of meats . The conveyor belt is a nice addition that goes around by the tables. The service was great. The ambiance was great.

Jose Y.

Yelp
amazing place very helpful staff and very very delicious food. the sauce bar had a nice variety and the seafoodbar aswell. our waitress was the nicest lady

Dalila G.

Yelp
Place is great stick to the veggie stocks and just season it a lot of great options for toppings , it is on the pricier side $31 per person.

Michelle L.

Yelp
No doubt that this is the most aesthetically please hot pot ive been to so far in south florida but i'd say the quality/variety of what you can put in your hot pot is mid. Me and my boyfriend went for dinner because we thought the bear in the other yelp reviews was how they deliver the broth, well its only chili oil just fyi. I got the tom yum which was pretty food but when they refill your broth they use hot water vs actual broth. Service was pretty decent can't complain. The sauce bar was pretty good as well nothing special though. The ice cream/dessert section was very sad though, it was straight up great value ice cream sandwiches. If someone was asking me whats the best hotpot I've been to in south fl i wouldn't say here but id tell them to try especially for the aesthetics. The ambience is clean and instragammable.
