Where to Drink Guinness in Central Florida This Holiday Season | Eater

"Downtown Melbourne is a sneaky good time, where a few blocks of bars and restaurants abut a bustling arts district. Ground zero for downtown nightlife is Meg O’Malley’s, a classic Irish pub popular for after-work drinks and the occasional live band. Stop in for a Guinness this holiday season and see why the bar’s developed such a massive roster of long-time regulars. Then take your holiday cheer and explore the rest of what downtown Melbourne has to offer, like the popular holiday market or Christmas in the Park program." - Matthew Meltzer

Authentic Irish cuisine and bar. I had a house smoked old fashioned (Woodford) that was $3 off on Wednesday’s and the .18 Irish parliament bean soup (a must have.) Then I finished it off with the KilKenny (could be named kill whoever can finish it) and fries. So delicious! If I find myself back in West Melbourne, I’ll be back!

Favorite Sunday Brunch spot hands down. The Bread Basket Platter is phenomenal on its own. The Chicken and Waffles are so far the best locally that I've been able to find in Brevard and the Biscuits and Gravy couldn't be better in my opinion. The dinner menu is also very flavorful and filling in traditional Irish Style. Don't forget to try the 18¢ soup... ☘️😋

This is my second time here in years experience was good. Food was good. The service was even better. I would definitely come back. I do feel like they need a little bit more variety on their menu. That’s just my opinion, but would definitely come back.

We went to this restaurant for fish and chips. We ordered the cheese dip as an appetizer. It was very good! The white bean soup for 18 cents was delicious! We also ordered the corn beef sandwiches. Everything was delicious. Service was great! We will be back!

We had the rib eye benedict and the shrimp and crab cake benedict and both were delicious but the Toffee Sticky Cake (not on menu) was out of this world. We also enjoyed the table side magic show.

Comfort Food! -Prime Rib Sliders? They were yummy and had the best sauce to dip them into -Pub Trinity: good taste of everything traditional, my favorite was the Irish Stew -M.O.M's Bread Pudding: delicious, we got the Carmel sauce and hot fudge as our toppings

Our server was Sarah, and she combined the vibe at O'Malley and made our dinner super pleasant, and assured we were aware of all specials they had going on during 1/2 way to St. Patrick's. This pub has authentic vibes and great music! The food is way above your regular pub food.

I just LOVE Meg’s!!! Every time I go, I never have a bad experience, food is always good, hot, and fresh! Even Togo orders are fresh! I’ve had onion soup from other businesses (my obsession) and they just don’t compare. Also the onion soup to go, never is nasty and inedible like other to go onion soups. The colcannon 👌 ugh I love this place!!!
