Meg responded to our initial inquiries promptly, which was a plus for us, as we did not find that with other organizations we contacted. She worked with our tight schedule to accommodate our siteseeing wishes, and everything was well organized and delivered as promised. We stayed in an apartment provided by Meg near the State Store, which may not be a usual overnight offering, so I'll not review it other than to say it was beautiful. Meg arranged transport for us to and from airport, and it was seamless. She picked the perfect team for us. Bunny greeted us on arrival, and saw us off on the last day. Augie, a driver for 25 years is a legend among drivers! He had friends everywhere! We had total confidence in him, and his Russian-made (quite comfortable) vehicle, during 7 days of rough, mostly off-road terrain. (And, he has a great sense of humor!) Our guide, Sagua, was so knowledgeable about history, culture, and nomadic life. He connected with us parents, and with our adventure-loving 20-something children. He offered just the right amount of information, and guidance for us so we followed traditions without insulting our hosts. We stayed in a variety of gers - some were "camps" with multiple gers and some were an extra ger next to the owner's. Meg provided us with clean sleeping bags and although we did not use them, the driver had camp pads stowed in the van. See some other reviews on this thread for some valuable travel tips. We particularly appreciated that Meg's organization is trying to be eco-friendly, as exemplified by our personalized water bottles that were refilled as needed from a large carboy. Travel in Mongolia is not easy for Westerners, but is is fascinating and wonderful. I can say we never had to make a single decision from the time we left the airport until our dropoff once again on departure, and were delighted with our trip.
