Mei Keng Fatt Seafood Restaurant

One if the hallmarks of Chinese food in Kuala Lumpur. The restaurant is spacious, well set up and very clean. Staffs are friendly and above all food is excellent. I had one of the best Soon Hock fish here, fried rice here is excellent and the beef here is also very good. Price is on the higher side but without a doubt its worth it with the quality of food you get. Highly recommended. Well done..! 👍

Got parking spaces. The bitter gourd dish not so nice, rest is pretty ok. Trying again the second time today. Ginger scallion deer was the best for me and only 28, squid was slightly pricey, 48. The pork lots of bones but taste ok too.

Food was delicious, had their honey chicken, loved it, their hotplate tofu was nice, their pork belly with salted fish was not too bad, but felt the pork belly slices bit too big. Parking is plentiful

The crabs is super fresh! There is a one service staff auntie ( short & black hair ) I would like to give her thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 even older however her caring for the customer is the best! Recommendation is 👍🏻 Service is 👍🏻 and we are seating in behind however there is no service staffs come & provide service because we are having crabs 🦀 hand us dirty hard to pour beer for ourselves. Lucky have her then we additional order one more big crabs 🦀

A hidden gem - Local family restaurant that has a long history and serves amazing food. Good portions and truly satisfying. On the pricey side but the ingredients are fresh and properly prepared. Worth it! They certainly deserve a higher rating above on Google. Update Dec 2024: MKF is still consistently very good.

The crab tastes good and fresh. But others' dishes may need to improve. Like sweet sour pork, not crispy enough

Finger licking good food... fast service and very attentive servers. Japanese hot plate tofu didn't have the usual egg at the bottom but meaty sauce was yummy... Steamed fish with Nyonya Sauce was superb! Ginger Onion Beef was tender and sweet I would highly recommend anyone who comes to Ampang to try this place...

Just 5 prawns they charge me rm38. Ask them y different from the picture in the menu, they said those pictures are small prawns, yours is big prawn. To be honest, i dont see any difference on it. N they said pictures r for display only. No doubt the seafood are fresh, but i think its too costly for such a portion. Amd what i ordered is the prawn with wine, i didnt taste any wine.
