Meia Praia

Beautiful, extensive beach with great views and is never too crowded. It’s Windy, but enjoyable so angle your umbrella. Do NOT fall for the scammers asking for parking money. They’re lowlifes preying on tourists and acting like they’re supporting local kids football clubs; Read the parking reviews of the same area. They take their fake signs down after 2pm. Public beach with public/ free parking.

Terrifc beach. Easy access and parking. Restaraunt for food and drink. We got charged $15 euro for a umbrella for the day.

Meia is on my top 5 best beaches, because it is very wide, it is very clean, and the waves are fantastic. I got a feeling here that will stay with me for a very long time! Peace and the ocean!

Beautiful large beach with access to the water and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the water. Usually never overly crowded and a great place for those long walks in the water.

Of all the beaches to choose from in Lagos. This is my personal favourite one. Fantastic for a long walk on. It is never over crowded as the area I picked there was not many people close by so loads of room to myself. Highly recommended.

Long beautiful stretch of beach. Lots of families with kids. Cold water. Very busy, so good for people watching or if you want an audience. A few top less ladies had some dads entertained while the wives looked on with angry eyes.

Simply beautiful beach. Cold water but really clear and refreshing. Recommend a dip followed by a relaxing lay in the sun. We also went to one of the several little beach restaurants along the boardwalk and had a refreshing beer - highly recommend

Very nice long beach but bring an umbrella if you want to hide from the sun. They did have also paying areas where you get beach chairs and umbrellas but they are at the beginning of the beach so you will have a long and painful walk to the water. Great for surfing around lunch time as the waves tend to be higher at that time.
