Meia Praia

When we arrived, it was a bit windy and cloudy, but that actually made it perfect for a long walk along the beach. 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ The beach itself is huge, with plenty of space for everyone. Both the walking trail and the beach were very clean, we didn’t spot any litter or excessive seaweed. A really pleasant spot to relax and enjoy nature. 🏵

Kilometers of sandy beach goodness! For a city beach, you just can not top this, by foot from the Lagos center or by car, in a few minutes you are on a beautifu windyl beach! There are lifeguards everywhere, every 200m there is a bar with deck chairs and parasols (15eur for two usually), there are places just to put your towel down and enjoy your time on the Arlantic coast! Beach was clean and well maintained, but unfortunately, we did not see any showers.

One of my favorite beaches in Lagos! I’m too afraid of being at the bottom of the cliffs on the small beaches like Dona Anna and recommend this location for safety and great walking opportunities as it’s really long.

A great sandy beach, 4 km long. There are a few beach bars where you can get food and drinks, as well as sunbeds, which cost €15 for two. Near the canal, there's a small boat (Vai Vem) that takes you to the beach for €1 per person in less than a minute. It's a great option if you don't want to walk for 30 minutes.

Very clean and peaceful beach, perfect for relaxing and safe for kids to play. Great spot for sunbathing, with some nice beachside restaurants nearby. Loved it!

Really windy!!! Beautiful beach but not a place to relax. We lost 2 umbrellas 🤣

Of all the beaches to choose from in Lagos. This is my personal favourite one. Fantastic for a long walk on. It is never over crowded as the area I picked there was not many people close by so loads of room to myself. Highly recommended.

This is a nice beach, having in mind that you have some of the most amazing beaches in the world nearby!
