Mekong Angkor Palace Hotel

We stayed here with my parents in January 2026 and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, Sarin was incredibly attentive and helpful, taking care of every detail during our stay and even at check-out. He provided us with great activity recommendations at reasonable prices and helped us book everything in advance, which allowed us to enjoy the best spots and schedules. The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and very quiet. The staff is kind and welcoming, the breakfasts are abundant and varied, and the pool is fantastic — open from early morning until 9 pm. Rooms are comfortable, with large beds and room service available. The location is excellent: close to the city center and markets (only 5 minutes away) and perfectly located for exploring the area. 10/10 — we would definitely come back. Thank you, Sarin, and the entire team for making our stay unforgettable.

Amazing hotel in the center of Siem Reap, 5 minute walk from bars, restaurants, and the night market. The room is wonderful, huge, with a large balcony, a large bathroom with a bathtub, and everything extremely clean! The pool was just the way I like it, clean and with plenty of sun during the afternoon to enjoy after spending the morning enjoying the temples! The staff were always very kind and respectful, helping us with everything we needed! If you are considering coming to Siem Reap, check the availability of this hotel, because it's really worth it!

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The only good thing is a pool at the territory, other services are really poor. |The room was spacious but shabby. Some switches were out of order, ceiling fan worked with terrible sound so it was impossible to sleep with it on. Only one towel per person in the room. The faucet in the sink was so short, that one has to squeeze his hands under it to wash. To wash fruits is simply impossible

Overall stay was okay, but I was disappointed and surprised to be extra charged for bedsheets due to unexpected menstrual stain from my girlfriend. When I told her it made her feel very bad. A guy in white t-shirt had also pictures on the phone from her menstrual stain. This is a normal situation and should be handled as part of regular cleaning it was not done on purpose, can happen to any woman. The charge felt unnecessary and left a bad impression like a cheap hotel chain even tho I’m coming every year to this hotel but i think the management and the staff had changes since last year I didn’t recognise nobody this year except one old lady . The house keepers were very very friendly Unfortunately due to this situation I’m not coming back.

What's best about the Mekong angkor palace hotel siem reap Cambodia!, a peaceful place for your stay, very lovely friendly staff, But most a all managed by Mr Sarin, what a superstar and a gem this man is.|From the first time we arrived at the hotel, he was there to help out if there was a small problem with the room, like the fan or water shower pressure, change our room straight away, he was there for the cheapest tour's around , so so generous and genuine man, he goes beyond his roll in this hotel.|We booked a Cambodian dance night and went with Mr Sarin and his beautiful wife Mrs Samret Sokunthy, fabulous entertainment and food was had all round only $20 each, |We would highly recommend this hotel managed by Mr Sarin.|Hotel is not far from pub street only $1 in tuktuk , but I personally recommend going to Sok San road instead of pub street, as Sok San road have far better restaurants and bars cheaper than tourists trap of pub street, and you don't get scammed in Sok San road, than you do in pub street.

Its very difficult to rate hotels in Asia as they are way cheap than Europe but always can get deals. The hotel is in a good location ,rooms are big but pretty old. The breakfast is good enough (may be better than similar budget hotels) the swimming pool is also good enough. Over all for the price its Ok.

Really enjoyed this hotel! The location is super central walking to pub street, mini marts, ATM, money exchange, massage, and anything else you need! ||There is construction going on next door which is a real eye sore and mood killer from the noise while you're at the pool but hopefully once that it finished it will be lovely.||The laundry here is really cheap at $1US per kilo. Although the mud marks on my pants were not removed and I ended up with someone else's clothes (I did return them and hoping they got back to the owner).||The fan in the room was extremely noisy so don't use that.||There is a pool bar which is great.|The hotel is located down a laneway so not visible from the street so just be aware of this.

Very comfortable and clean. Free buffet breakfast and omelette bar, delicious! Staff are very friendly and efficient. Lovely pool. Very good location, less than 5 minutes walk from Pub St. Wifi had some hiccups but was always good for email and social media
