Thank you to the Mekong team for last night’s outstanding service. From the moment we walked in, the vibes were immaculate—warm, friendly, and effortlessly cool. Every staff member, from the hosts to the servers, made us feel right at home. I’ve been meaning to try for the last year but never had the chance or lined up with schedule but def worth. But the true standout? Head chef Bonnie. Her energy, passion, and personal touch took our night to another level.
Every dish we tried was phenomenal, melting in our mouths with each bite. The skewers and pad see ew were unforgettable, but the real showstopper was a surprise chef’s creation of scallops from Bonnie herself—pure magic.
To top it off, the Thai iced tea hit perfectly after a long, sunny day on the lake. Bonnie, you made my date night feel extra special. You’re the heart of Mekong, and it shows.
