Melanda Beach Restaurant (Tsiolos)

In this restaurant there is really fresh fish and cooked very well. I tried the mussels saganaki and the grilled octopus, both exceptional dishes, I recommend them. In addition, the restaurant is on the sea, in a wonderful bay with clear water. You can also rent umbrellas and sunbeds directly at the restaurant that also manages the beach near it. The atmosphere of this place is wonderful!

A family restaurant that takes food seriously. We had grilled prawns as starters and they were gorgeous. Then a self service salad bar with the most amazing green leaves. Finally the grilled sea bass arrived: a dream come true. Huge chunks of juicy lemons with every dish. Grilled to perfection. All washed down with a crispy white wine. We were very lucky with a table on the edge, just next to the beach and the fantastic blue sea. One of those lunches to remember. Happy days on our my first visit to Cyprus.

The location is perfect—you can literally take a swim in the beautiful clear water and come back to enjoy a delicious meal just steps away. Even the road to this place worth it! The food was amazing! Everything we tried was tasty, and the tartar was especially delicious. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, with sunbeds available just across the way if you want to lounge before or after your meal. It’s the kind of spot where you can spend hours enjoying the view, the food, and the chill beach vibe. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, scenic place with quality food right by the sea.

Melanda Beach Restaurant is a hidden gem right by the sea. The view of the surroundings and the beach is simply beautiful, and the restaurant is managed by friendly locals who make you feel welcome. The fish is fresh and delicious — and not only the fish, as every dish we tried was excellent. I would definitely go back, both for the amazing food and for the warm, friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic place! The service is excellent and fast! The food is a 5 star for sure! I recommend to try prawn pasta! Also an excellent choice is the fish of the day! Ask for it!

It used to be one of our favorite places. Now the food is worse than before. A lot of oil, meze is made pan fried instead of being grilled. The place is overcrowded in the evening. Good for visiting, but just for one time.

Great setting down by the beach with a nice view of the small bay. Welcoming and attentive and staff. Went for a small selection of starters and then freshly caught local fish chosen from the display. Fish was grilled to near perfection. Served with sides of vegetables and nice home cut fries. All elements of a great dining experience well catered. as with all high quality ingredients fresh local caught fish is never inexpensive. There are lower priced alternatives on the menu so they are able to cater to all budgets. Worth a visit.

A very beautiful view of the beach. The road to the restaurant is in poor condition—it’s unclear why they don’t fix it. The menu is decent, but the pettiness regarding the kids' menu is puzzling—only a child can order a half portion from it. The bill was €50 for three people, covering a three-course lunch plus drinks.
