The room wasn't all that clean when we arrived and is quite worn out. However, the staff is helpful and changed the sheets when we asked. The following days the room was cleaned more thoroughly. The whole stay is inside a dirty alley so there are some rats outside and an occasional cockroach inside your room. The room is a bit moldy, but even though I have asthma, I didn't have any issues. On the positive side it's in walking distance of quite a few attractions.

The moment I stepped in at the entrance of this hotel with a very fierce welcome, made my heart flutter but because I needed a good sleep and quick break when the clock at that time was almost midnight, I decided to stay here for the night and planned to move to another hotel the next day. And guess what? I ended up continuing my stay for 5D4M hahaha...funny thing is, when I stepped out of room 508 for some reason my heart was in tears and I even promised at the door that I would visit it again...Do you know why? Because I felt like I was at home throughout my stay. A very quiet and comfortable room equipped with all the basic necessities called a hotel room. I could feel how sincere the owner and management of this hotel are in providing comfortable services to guests worth the price paid especially in terms of guest safety and privacy. In short, I feel like staying at a 5 star hotel. Thank you Vicky, Thank you also to the handsome housekeeper (i guess he's Myanmar). Today I declare myself officially becoming your loyal guest starting from now surely will return back here every month after, but for a while today, I Dr. Faizan checked out temporarily from room 508 for the calls of national service as neurosurgeon...See you guys again next month !

1 or 2 STAR “HOTEL” at the most This is more like MOTEL than hotel.. The room was bad… they don’t even have a room number on each door, you have to guest by trying the card key.. yeah ! Dirty bathroom, fungus, dirty toilet .. broken fosset ..: endless detail Room is 3 mts by 4 mts … Glass door for the bathroom ? Really ? It’s a cheap motel, lower your expectation … I don’t know how they got 4* reviews !! OMG! We are in a 3 month trip over Southeast Asia … worst hotel ever !!! We were in 3* hotel so we know how they should look like … We got a new reservation in a true 4* hotel 2 blocks away … we didn’t care about the refund or anything .. we just checked out 1 hour after the check in … The lady at the reception asked why we were leaving …. I didn’t want to share anything I kept my mouth shut but she said “it’s because of the room”?? Sooo she knew the room was bad … I said “yes, don’t worry Isn’t your fault”, she was trying to ask more questions but our taxi was already on the way to take us to our other hotel … The area is a little bit shady .. just be careful at night ..

Nice hotel to rest your head on. The location is quite noisy and the road nearby is kinda dirty due to the night market nearby. Seeing lots of drunkards passed out too. Bring friends if you planned to stay here. The hotel is safe since only guests can access it due to it being locked and can only be access by card. The room is comfy, AC is cold, TV had lots of channels, hot water available at shower, has mini fridge and a bit sound proof.

Excellent 3 stars hotel, reasonably quiet, while nearby many KTVs and clubs. Clean and good for value, especially with the great location!

Hotel is a good find for the price. It’s located pretty close to a lot of things food, malls, and just general places with a lot people. The hotel itself is pretty average. Definitely an older hotel. The place doesn’t get cleaned as much as I’d like and just felt kind of dirty. This is exacerbated by the street that it’s on. The back alleyways have rats and people being loud. Feels like a poor neighborhood. The room we stayed in was clean, had good a/c, and was quiet enough that the a/c drowned out the busy streets nearby but definitely too loud to sleep without the white noise of the a/c. Staff was friendly and had no issues with us leaving our bags before check in time. I’d recommend for solo/couple travelers wanting a cheaper room in a busy area.

The hotel enjoys a strategic location, proximate to Jalan Alor Night Market and other shopping malls. While breakfast is provided, it operates on a set menu with six options, which I did not like much, and must be ordered one day in advance. Guest rooms are satisfactory; however, the washroom lacks a lock and features bottom-section transparency, potentially compromising privacy. Staff are courteous and helpful. At night, there are always loud noises from outside.
