Melange Hotel Bukit Bintang

The stay was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was quick. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped; the bed was comfortable and the soundproofing was good. The bathroom was bright, and the hot water was reliable, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was plentiful and the food was delicious. It was great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

This is a cheery budget hotel. Staff are welcoming and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and functional. I booked for overnight but ended up staying 3 nights and will stay there again when I return to KL. You are literally a stone's throw from Jalan Alor food Street and a 2 minute walk from a strip of western style pubs.

The location is excellent, very close to the MRT, and there are many great food options nearby. The staff are very warm and friendly, making us feel welcome. The room was very clean, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

The room wasn't all that clean when we arrived and is quite worn out. However, the staff is helpful and changed the sheets when we asked. The following days the room was cleaned more thoroughly. The whole stay is inside a dirty alley so there are some rats outside and an occasional cockroach inside your room. The room is a bit moldy, but even though I have asthma, I didn't have any issues. On the positive side it's in walking distance of quite a few attractions.

Excellent location all are nearby this hotel. Improve and change to hotel old amenities. There are opportunities to upgrade their room services. Stayed last year for longer times.

Nice hotel to rest your head on. The location is quite noisy and the road nearby is kinda dirty due to the night market nearby. Seeing lots of drunkards passed out too. Bring friends if you planned to stay here. The hotel is safe since only guests can access it due to it being locked and can only be access by card. The room is comfy, AC is cold, TV had lots of channels, hot water available at shower, has mini fridge and a bit sound proof.

Very bad hotel , avoid booking at this hotel. The behavior of reception and reservation officer is not acceptable and professional |My flight was delayed and hotel refused to checked me in after mid night and did not offered me any compensated day . Hotel Also not in safe area.

Good service from Vicky and good location for food, massage and also shopping. Very satisfying trip, should have stayed longer.
