This place is absolutely beautiful, relaxing and they have such awesome staff, from the security, waiters, bartenders, room service, and receptionists to manager. The food was great and the room met my expectations. Thank you guys for making this experience the best I've had at a hotel. If there was a rating above 5, that's what you guys would get. Plenty of attentive staff and plenty of activities if you want them. Beachfront is well kept. Food is on a well balanced rotation. Multiple restaurants to choose from. Rooms are clean and staff is good about housekeeping. Room service is pretty fast. They have different vendors come through to buy local art, and wonderful entertainment every night. 2 things we would change or update: 1. The shower nozzles are installed strangely and don’t seem to work properly or at least ours didn’t. 2. Secondly the consistency of staff attitudes. We encountered many very helpful and friendly staff. But some of the staff mainly in the sales and administrative services weren’t as friendly they helped us but we seemed to be inconveniencing they. But overall we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay.

I have to give this place 3 stars over all. There are some staff I would give 5 stars to if possible because they were that friendly and accommodating. Some not so much.. . We waited on our reservations for the 876 prime steak house , only to be told they were out of steaks. We were ask to make another selection, we chose the catch of the day, and waited an hour and 15 minutes before we left and came back to our room to order room service. The place is beautiful and I love the way it is laid out in cottages, it’s very cozy and private. The beach is a little rocky but otherwise amazing.. The staff seem to work long hard tiring hours and that made me sad for them. I Hope that the new manager they have will learn to really appreciate and respect his staff and understand without them he has nothing.. There has been live entertainment every night which has been really good.. I want to be fair in my review because I feel that there are some staff that truly go above and beyond and I know it’s not their fault that service is delayed / slowed due to the resort not having enough of something. The atmosphere of a place is set by management and their people following the lead that is set in place but when it’s not there it is very noticeable. .. I would give this place another try in the future just in case this was an off week.

We got a really good room directly facing the beach, it was lovely. Just a few steps and there we were. The kids and wife had a good time. The pool was a hit with the kids. The restaurants were mostly okay, nothing spectacular. Room service was good, room as well maintained. My only complain wad the adventure park. A lovely idea, but the operation of it is poor. The entire area is manned by one individual at a time. The zip line requires two persons to operate safely, as such it was out of commission for my 5 day stay.

The property is nice, I would rate it above average. I'm well traveled and visit many resorts worldwide. The staff are all professional and friendly. They all go about their jobs happily and respectfully. The food in the main restaurant left a little something to be desired. I found some of the flavors bland for Jamaica, perhaps they usually cater to a less refined palette. Overall the rooms looked well furnished and put together, but some signs of wear exists. It may be time for a little remodeling. However I enjoyed soaking up the Sun on the beach and having conversations with guests from various locations and backgrounds.

Overall, this is a beautiful resort. The staff are lively and friendly, and the beach is gorgeous. The food was decent for an all-inclusive resort and so were the drinks. I came here with a large group and several other travelers complained about the hot water not working. There was a lot of rain and some travelers had water coming in their rooms through windows, doors, or leaks in the roof. I did not have these issues or my rating might he lower, but I thought it would be fair to mention them.

I must say i enjoyed this place so much. Friday night street dance/party was so much fun. The highlighting of almost every aspect of our Jamaican culture was wonderful. I love the beach it was so cozy and quiet as matter of fact the entire place was quiet you could relax. The adventure park was also cool I laughed so hard at the people doing the challenges (good laugh though). The food was also great but the choices were somewhat limited in comparison. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Mika he worked at Market place. They took a special interest in the visitors from the point of entrance to exist. I didnt try all the restaurants but 876 Prime was great. Great decor and professionalism on point. I would recommend this place to anyone especially if they want real couples time and relaxation. Big up yuh self lol. This trip was in 2017
