I stayed at Melia regarding a conference for almost one week. The hotel is big, clean, staff are very kind and helpfull. Food is good. The neighboor ir full off stores and big streets like avenidas. You can feel completely safe in the hotel and dont need to go so fat away to buy thing, the are already a lot of stores next to the hotel including a new builed mall.

I absolutely hate it and regret being here. The service is definitely awful. They don’t even bring you water. They say that they only give one complementary bottle of water for the first night you check in while my other colleagues have three bottles of water in their rooms. And they have the audacity to tell you that one small bottle of water (basic human need) costs five dollars. They have awful Internet connection and all the rooms smell like mold and dust. It’s a no-no from me for sure. Even if you want to buy one bottle of water with your money, they make you call 4 times just to tell you they won’t bring it. This is a joke at this point that no one laughs at :D I have never hated a place this much…

Traveling from another country I have no cellular service here and they put me in a room that has no WiFi signal so I’m unable to communicate with friends or family unless I come into the lobby. Incredibly inconvenient.

Melia Caracas is reliable and provides luxurious accommodations and top conference facilities. You will experience high-speed internet. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers alike!

The hotel is old and has not been remodeled, with precarious rooms. You would never think it's a Melia. There is a musty smell, and the furniture in the rooms is old and broken. This description suggests that the establishment falls far short of the standards one might expect from a Melia-branded hotel, typically known for luxury and quality. If considering a stay, one might look for alternatives that offer updated facilities and better maintenance

This hotel is very beautiful and elegant. There are swimming pools and umbrellas for sun protection. There is Wi-Fi and internet connection. There are adequate services from the staff. This is a very good thing and access to it does not require waiting.

This is an old hotel and the facilities are not at all as described in pictures. The carpets are dirty and VERY HUMID. If you have respiratory problems avoid this hotel. The rooms are big, but lack proper water systems, the windows cannot be opened which make worse the humidity problem and lack basic things like hair dryer... The employees are not friendly which is a shame because Venezuelan are great people in general. Do not allow them to fool you, THIS IS NOT A FIVE STARS HOTEL. I would give it not more that two stars.
