Hotel location is really central and convenient, staff is nice and helpful, breakfast is dedicated prepared…many good bars and night market around the hotel. I came access some issue during stay and management team take proactive action to solve the problem and they even gonna revise some internal working process to avoid this happen again in future which is really caring/professional and efficiency, I will come bake again and hope they can keep this high quality of service, better they allow me to say at the same room. Especially thanks to the customer experience lady, she made my trip a good ending.

Had a great stay at Meliá Chiang Mai! The location is extremely convenient — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around to local attractions, markets, and restaurants. There’s plenty of parking available, which is a big plus. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional — always ready to provide useful information and assistance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for a relaxing stay. The fitness center is a bit small, and the hotel can get quite busy at times, but overall, everything is well-managed and runs smoothly. All in all, I was very impressed and would definitely consider staying here again next time I’m in Chiang Mai.

Thank you very much to Ms. Thalia from the catering department on the first floor. Ms. Thalia's service is very good. She carefully helps us choose favorite food. The service is very comprehensive. She always provides good service for customers' needs. She is also very patient and nice to children. Thank you, Ms. Thalia, and thank you to the hotel.

One of the best breakfast buffet in Thailand. Good size gym with well stocked workout equipment, pool, kids pool and play area, rooftop bar and overall great amenities. You all are doing good, keep it up. Personal Experience: The bed was comfortable and my overall experience was great. Very clean and the sheets felt like brand new when slept on it. The main rooftop was closed during my visit, hope to experience it during my next trip. Areas of improvement: Could work on greeting guests upon arrival. 5 star hotels like Maladee did good for me and many others like the Taj in India do a phenomenal job at welcoming guests. A few complimentary snacks, tea and coffee would be great in the room. This could include any cup noodle or a good granola bar for guests especially the ones arriving late at night and just want a bite. You can still charge for extra amenities like the beer or other snack. There is ample staff here, a small tour of the hotel would be awesome especially when the guest request it.

Nice hotel with a great atmosphere. I truly enjoyed my afternoon tea experience at the Lobby Bar. I had the pleasure of meeting Noelia and Marcos – they were both full of energy, warm, and incredibly helpful. Their hospitality made the experience even more memorable.

An absolutely wonderful hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful interior and stunning architecture that perfectly blends contemporary Thai style with sleek modern elements. The staff were extremely warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which was such a generous gesture. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bright, cheerful color scheme made it feel even more inviting. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was genuinely kind and attentive. Breakfast was fantastic, a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The pool area is a lovely spot to relax and unwind. Honestly, everything about this hotel was perfect. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Chiang Mai!

The family chose Melia over nearby Intercontinental and Marriot because of the expansive Children's club and it did not disappoint! The kids had a great time while the adults were resting or getting a massage nearby. Throughout our stay, service was always done with a smile. I will always remember how Monica was happy to take note of us at breakfast because we often came at different times and how Fay of guest experience would walk through breakfast to greet us and make sure that we were taken care of. Hardware can be had with investment. Software is a lot harder to get right but the team at Melia were excellent. The rest of the Melia experience was also great with only some minor drawbacks (details below). Overall we had a great stay at the Melia and would not hesitate to go back for another visit. It is perfect for families with smaller children but still great for adult travelers!

I don't usually write reviews but if there's a place that deserves it it's this one. Yes, the place looks wonderful and the rooms have any comfort you may need, but folks let me tell you about the food: D E L I C I O U S. Dinner? Finest dishes that have ever blessed my mouth. Every single thing that we (13 people) tried was incredible, from the fish that literally melts on your tongue to the pasta. Breakfast? The buffet was neverending, a huge variety of options. The service? Every member of the staff is extremely sweet, kind and very professional. As soon as your glass empties a bit they fill it, and when you're done with your plate they take it away. You feel cuddled and cared for. To make it simple: any bed is a decent bed, but not any food is good food. If this hotel is one of your options do your mouth a favour and choose it.
