Great location next to Night Bazaar. Room is spacious while bathroom is a bit too small. Comfy bed. Ceiling is low since it was renovated from old hotel. Good breakfast. Very good kids club, my kid loves it.

I stayed with my daughter, my son in law and my grandchild. The service was excellent, the staff very competent and friendly. We liked the breakfast, the variety from continental Europe, to British and Asian. It was very pleasant to see families with with small children travelling, from all over the world. Thank you. We will come again.

This is a nice hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai. There are many things to love here. The staff is excellent. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. The on-site sky bar is super cool. Wi-fi was fast. My only compliant is that the rooms are not 5 star quality, nor was the breakfast buffet. The room is quite basic and the bed was a bit soft. The breakfast buffet is held in a space that is too small so it is hard to maneuver and walk around with all of the other guest. The quality of the food is good but not great.

The location is great, conveniently close to the night markets. The lobby has a welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant aroma. The room is nice and features a good shower. However, the bed could be a bit more comfortable, as it feels a bit too soft; on the plus side, the menu offering three different types of pillows is a nice touch. A small tip: don't forget to change the batteries in the weight scale. The gym is small but well-equipped.

My sister and I were treated like Queens, by Kuhn Tui, when we checked into the hotel. We has a special room with flowers and a fruit bowl. She was so welcoming and warm and accompanied us to our room in the best of Thai hospitality. She is a very special women. The housekeeping was also top notch! The staff throughout the hotel- hostess and waiters at the Skybar, the lovely front desk people, the dining room staff and the housekeepers- were excellent. A job very well done.

Meliá Chiang Mai: A Modern Oasis in the Heart of the City The Meliá Chiang Mai is a stunning hotel that perfectly blends modern luxury with traditional Thai charm. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the elegant design and warm hospitality. The rooms are a true highlight, boasting sleek, contemporary interiors and impeccable cleanliness. The comfortable beds and plush bedding ensured a restful night's sleep. One of the best parts of my stay was the incredible breakfast at Laan Na Kitchen. The spread was absolutely amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes, from fresh pastries to savory local specialties. The attentive staff made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend the Meliá Chiang Mai for anyone seeking a stylish and comfortable stay in Chiang Mai.

Melia is situated in a prime location, with the bustling night market just a short walk away from the hotel. There’s also a cozy coffee shop nearby. The hotel’s hospitality is top-notch from the moment you step inside. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the reception desk is efficient. In today’s competitive hotel market, this level of service is truly appreciated. The room is spacious and well-maintained, with clean and comfortable bedding. The bathroom is also spotless. The only minor issue is that the ceiling is a bit low, which may not be ideal for taller guests. However, it’s not a major problem for most people. Overall, Melia is a beautiful hotel with a great location. It’s a perfect place to stay in Chiang Mai.
