Such an incredible hotel! The location was perfect — just a short walk from the night street food market. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel — wow! So many wonderful and delicious options to choose from. The staff were super kind, attentive, and very professional. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

Yok is amazing – always helpful, kind, and makes the best cocktails we’ve ever had! Her attention to detail and warm personality make every moment special. Bow, who manages the team, does a phenomenal job – everything runs smoothly, professionally, and with such grace. You can really feel her care and dedication in every interaction. We always feel welcome, heard, and cared for – no request is too small, and the service is consistently top-notch. Highly, highly recommended! Meliá Chiang Mai is simply outstanding! The hotel is in a perfect central location right next to the Night Bazaar. It has a modern gym and an excellent pool. The service is beyond amazing – truly one of the best we’ve ever experienced. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very luxurious. Highly recommended!

This was my first time doing a body scrub and I couldn’t be happier that I chose this hotel during my stay. My therapist, Kung, was absolutely amazing, and the receptionist, Neung, was so accommodating—she kindly fit me into the schedule even though it was a last-minute decision. The whole experience was relaxing, the staff were welcoming, polite, and incredibly helpful. I would do this a hundred times over—highly recommended!

Hotel location is really convenient, a few minutes walk away from markets and restaurants. Staff's are nice, helpful and very efficient. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, but the bathroom is on the small size. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety of delicious options. We had a great time staying at Melia and will definitely stay here again the future.

Hotel location is really central and convenient, staff is nice and helpful, breakfast is dedicated prepared…many good bars and night market around the hotel. I came access some issue during stay and management team take proactive action to solve the problem and they even gonna revise some internal working process to avoid this happen again in future which is really caring/professional and efficiency, I will come bake again and hope they can keep this high quality of service, better they allow me to say at the same room. Especially thanks to the customer experience lady, she made my trip a good ending.

Had a great stay at Meliá Chiang Mai! The location is extremely convenient — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around to local attractions, markets, and restaurants. There’s plenty of parking available, which is a big plus. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional — always ready to provide useful information and assistance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for a relaxing stay. The fitness center is a bit small, and the hotel can get quite busy at times, but overall, everything is well-managed and runs smoothly. All in all, I was very impressed and would definitely consider staying here again next time I’m in Chiang Mai.
