"There’s a pleasing bit of cognitive dissonance happening at Meliá Hanoi. Housed within a green-glass, part-cylindrical tower, the hotel tempers sleek European-style hospitality (think streamlined gray and cream furnishings and high-tech amenities like flat-screen TVs and satellite channels) with touches of local influence: depictions of pagodas and traditional gateways figure in giant murals along the walls and central column in the lobby, and lantern-inspired pendant lighting hangs in the guest rooms. The hotel sits in theHoan Kiem district, within walking distance of the lake and the Old Quarter, making it an ideal base for urban exploration, but there’s also plenty on site to keep you occupied, from the Mediterranean buffet and the palm-fringed outdoor swimming pool to the fitness center and Marquee Club, anighttime haunt that attracts young Hanoians intent on drinking and dancing into the wee hours."

Hi, We have recently returned from a wonderful holiday in Vietnan.|2 couples... Myself and my Husband from the UK and my Sister and her Husband who live in Australia. |Our first stop was at the Melia Hotel, Hanoi. The Hotel is beautiful and perfectly placed for sight seeing. We usually ended our busy day in the ground floor bar where the staff were so lovely and friendly. We enjoyed quite a few Expresso martinis there! | A huge shout out to Ansh who gave us some great tips and recommendations for restaurants. Also concierge Yen who was so lovely and extremely helpful and made our stay so special. Thankyou to you all.

I enjoyed staying at the Level for two weeks. The staff were friendly and professional — absolutely the best! They made me feel at home away from home throughout my stay. ||I would also like to give a shoutout to Yen, the hostess at the hotel entrance. She helped me with taxi services and constantly demonstrated genuine kindness towards hotel guests. She was always pleasant and greeted everyone with a big smile. It was a joy to see her each time I entered or exited the hotel.

Literally perfect—right in the middle of everything, so exploring the city was super easy. The room was next-level gorgeous, with classy vibes and insane views of Hanoi 😍||The staff made us feel so welcome—major shoutout to Ngan! She was super sweet, totally on top of everything, and gave us the best travel tips. You can really tell she loves what she does 🙌

We really enjoyed our stay at the Melia hotel! It was a great reprise from the bustle of the city and the rooms were very comfortable and quiet. The lobby and hotel bar is beautiful - the hotel has its own scent as well which we loved! The morning breakfast buffet was a huge plus, as there were lots of options from western to Vietnamese dishes (Indian and Chinese options too). The quality of the food was very high. All the staff we talked to were very kind, helpful, and made our stay comfortable! The location is also amazing and easy walking distance to old quarter. We would stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.
Only (small) con is the bathrooms could be a bit cleaner for a 5 star hotel level.

My stay at Meliá Hanoi was nothing short of excellent. The hotel combines comfort, modern elegance, and top-tier service in the heart of the city. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering great views and amenities. What truly made the experience memorable was the attentive and professional service, especially from Tung Do, who went above and beyond to ensure every need was met with a warm smile and efficiency. Highly recommend staying here for both business and leisure travelers.

This is an amazing hotel.
Service 10/10
Food 10/10
Breakfast buffet was the highest price in the whole of Vietnam but worth it 10/10. I am allergic to seafood, eggs, soy, wheat, flour, nuts and more and they made sure everything I ate was safe.
Room 10/10 one of the cleanest hotel I been to around the world.
Booked car service to Ha Long Bay for me.
I will definitely be saying in Melia hotel when I travel.
Room was spacious.
Only hotel that had iron and iron board in room( 6 different hotels in Vietnam). The attention to details at this hotel is a 20/10.
