Meliá Punta Cana Beach Wellness Inclusive - Adults only

This resort was perfect for a needed vacation from the snow. Oliver Dominguez was our personal concierge/butler/coordinator. He made our trip so easy and enjoyable. He was a great communicator and checked in with us all the time to make sure we knew what was going on and if we needed anything. We were very impressed with this level of service. He knows how to make people feel special and vacation. The resort is perfect if you want to be active or if you just want to relax. The food was great for vegetarians as well.

I will definitely be back. Jenfry was my personal concierge/butler/coordinator/friend/photgrapher/everything during my stay in The Level section. He helped make my birthday weekend an amazing experience. He was attentive and super helpful! The food was great, entertainment was great, staff was amazing. Tomas was my favorite trolley driver and always greeted me warmly! The grounds are beautiful with lots of cute spaces for relaxation and wellness.|The room was great. Comfy bed, vitamin C infused showerhead. I was greeted on my first day by a brownie, champagne, and a nice birthday card from the hotel manager. The second day was my actual birthday and Jenfry surprised me with a cake waiting in the room when I returned from the beach. ||The only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is because on my first night my door lock had a malfunction due to a low battery. I had to make multiple trips back and forth to the main lobby at 2am for a new key thinking that was the issue. Staff members were super helpful though with accompanying me back and forth (even Jenfry and I'm sure I was texting him off the clock but he still responded to be sure I was ok), they should just be better about maintenance on the locks. ||All in all it was great, I'll be back, and requesting Jenfry!

Our stay at the Melia Punta Cana Beach Resort was truly memorable. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, a serene atmosphere, and an impressive lobby that immediately sets the tone for a luxurious getaway. The wellness areas, yoga sessions, and nightly shows were among the highlights of our visit, providing plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy.||However, what truly made our stay special was the outstanding service provided by Ronny Gonzalez. Ronny went above and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing experience at the resort. Whenever we encountered any challenges, he resolved them promptly and with a genuine smile. His exceptional customer service skills and dedication to making guests feel valued and cared for truly stood out. Employees like Ronny are the reason guests will want to return!||We left with wonderful memories, Melia Punta Cana Beach Resort is definitely worth considering!

Found this resort on google and decided to give it a try. Experience was amazing. We were level guests which gave us access to extra restaurant, private pool, 30 minutes complimentary massage, and private concierge. Jenfry De Jesus was the best. Every morning he would send us all the activity’s for the day, the meals that were at all buffets/restaurants, and made all our dinner reservations. Any questions we had he was quick to help us out. Highly recommend!

Edit to my original review☀️☀️My client is wrapping up his stay at this resort, and did not have hot water in his room throughout the duration. Even after communication with the resort, he was not offered any additional amenities or a room upgrade of any kind. Even though the remainder for stay was satisfactory, and the resort is in fact, beautiful, I will take this into consideration moving forward in recommending due to the lack of follow through, as well as the obvious issue of no warm water. For the cost of the resort and the overall reputation and outstanding quality that is typical of this brand, I was surprised. FOLLOWUP and UPDATE: On the final day of stay, the resort did in fact reach out to my client . They have a meeting scheduled this afternoon, and I’m awaiting resolution for this issue. Fingers crossed! Again, outside of the warm water issue, and lack of follow up until now, the resort has been superb .

We absolutely loved our trip, and this was the most relaxing vacation I’ve ever had. There are lots of excursions but we opted to just stay at the resort and enjoy the beautiful amenities they had. Will absolutely be returning. Be sure and book a couples massage at the spa! Worth every penny!

Great resort on the beautiful white sand beaches of Punta Cana! Besides being a great place to chill and relax, they had a variety of activities during the days and nights! Great dance parties! The food was very good and amazingly diverse. With people from all over the world, you meet a lot of very interesting people. My wife and I stayed a week and the weather was consistently beautiful, in the mid 80s and sunny every day!

Great service and spot on the beach. Resort is a little large and spread out, which can be tough to navigate at times. The bartenders at the pool, including Cesar, Julio, Ramon, and the rest of the gang were a delight and consummate pros. They made the trip for our group.
