Meliá Purosani Yogyakarta

It's been almost a week here, it doesn't feel like it, because every night we have to walk to Malioboro, the hotel is very comfortable, we stayed in the junior suite on the 6th floor, but the sound of buskers at the traffic light next door was disturbing us every day. I know they are looking for food but please don't be loud, even until late at night, starting around 7 in the morning, later until almost 10 they still stay there, the first day we were still enjoying it but it's been almost a week and it's been disturbing for a long time. For the service, I think it's satisfactory, the hotel staff are also friendly, the atmosphere is also pleasant, the hotel also seems luxurious.

Staying at Melia Purosani is truly an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My room is spacious, clean, and has an amazing city view. I really enjoy the existing swimming pool facilities. The breakfast buffet is also very diverse and delicious. The location is also near malioboro! I will definitely come back again to stay here for sure!

Large property with spacious and spotless areas. Wide selection of restaurants. Well-equipped gym. Big swimming pool with a shallow area for kids, including a slide, and a deeper section for adults.||The Level room was very comfortable — the requested twin beds were extra large, with top-quality pillows and mattress. Laundry service was perfect and punctual.||For guests staying in The Level rooms, the lounge is open until 10 p.m. offering soft drinks, coffee, and tea, with tables and sofas available. In the afternoon, The Level guests can enjoy complimentary snacks with a variety of sweet and savory buffet options, as well as an included cocktail.||Breakfast was extremely varied and abundant — the buffet was truly huge, offering everything you could wish for: absolutely impressive.||All staff were excellent and incredibly kind, always smiling, in line with the outstanding Meliá Hotels standards.|A special thanks to Amel, Ratna, and Isti — super kind and attentive — who made our breakfasts, coffee breaks, and dinners wonderful.|Last but not least, thanks to Valentina for her warm hospitality and professionalism both at the hotel and even before our arrival, for perfectly organizing the surprise I had requested.||The hotel is also very central and truly deserves its five stars — highly recommended.

Amazing Family Stay Our family recently stayed in this hotel for couple of days, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and inviting. What really stood out was the staff’s kindness and attention to detail. Every interaction was friendly and genuine, which made our stay feel extra special. Overall, we had a fantastic time and will definitely come back again.

Room wasn’t ready when we checked in at 5pm and we got stuck in the elevator without little assurance of safety. We were stuck on the 2nd floor and the emergency caller thought we were on the 4th. Good location and decently sized rooms but never coming back. Lmao.

The place is very comfortable and cool. The food is so delicious that you'll always want more. The facilities are excellent, making it perfect for a vacation with family and friends.One of the charming and interesting 5-star hotels to visit while in Jogja. The best in all its services👍👍

Fantastic stay at Melia Purosani. Great amenities and a very comfortable bed. Special thanks to Valen at the front desk. Valen was incredibly helpful when I had a last-minute change to my itinerary, assisting with a late check-out and making sure my luggage was securely stored. The attention to detail was top-notch. Highly recommended for any business traveler!

I had a great experience with my husband in Melia Purosani. The first day and night I was a little frustrated as the air conditioning was not working and it felt very warm. After some feedback, the hotel went above and beyond to rectify the situation and make us feel comfortable. I apologise if I said anything harshly when frustrated. Besides that, the room was tidy and spacious, the breakfast spread was delicious. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym. I would like to thank all staff for their warm hospitality, particularly Mr Nanang and Mr Hunang for their excellent service. I would recommend Melia Purosani to anyone who wishes to visit Yogyakarta.
