We stayed here for three nights and truly enjoyed our time. The rooms are spacious and well designed, with only minor signs of use that didn’t affect our comfort. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning, although we barely had time to enjoy it due to our safari schedule. There is a swimming pool, which looks lovely, but for me the water was quite cold, so I didn’t use it much. Breakfast is excellent in terms of quality, but it is slow — something to keep in mind when planning early safari departures. For our group of six, breakfast took around 40 minutes, but it was definitely worth the wait, especially with such beautiful views. Dinner is served in the main restaurant, with a changing menu each evening. The four-course dinner was more than enough, and we were never left hungry. This is one of those places we would happily return to.

The most STUNNING hotel I have ever stayed in. We had the best experience at Melia Serengeti Lodge for our honeymoon. The staff were beyond our expectations, everyone knew our names and were sure to greet us with a smile. Moses in the restaurant and Majid the restaurant manager did so much to ensure our honeymoon stay with them was special. Food was always delicious. We could have stayed for much longer and wish we did! The hotel arranged game drives for us around the Serengeti park which was out of this world. Our driver, Herbert, had so much knowledge and did all he could to help us see as many animals as possible. They arranged collection to and from Seronera airport which is the closest to the lodge. The front desk manager, David, very kindly upgraded our room for our honeymoon so we had a view of the Savanna - breathtakingly beautiful!!! Every morning, looking out at that was like a dream. The room was clean and spacious with no bugs! I recommend Melia Serengeti Lodge to anyone who is looking to visit the Serengeti but still have a luxury stay. A huge thank you to Jhon, the hotel manager, who also made a point to speak with us and thank us for staying with them - the hotel is amazing.

I stayed at Meliá Serengeti Lodge for my birthday, and it was truly the best choice I could have made! From the moment I landed at Seronera Airport, the drive to the lodge felt like a private safari - I saw so many animals along the way, it was incredible. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the most welcoming and genuine team. The hospitality at Meliá Serengeti is outstanding - every staff member made me feel at home from the first minute. The Hotel Manager, Mr. Jhon, was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay. The property itself is breathtaking - perched above the plains with one of the most spectacular views I’ve ever seen. My room was beautifully designed, blending luxury and nature seamlessly. The food and drinks were also fantastic - every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. On my first day, I joined the walking safari and later enjoyed a bush sundowner followed by a magical bush dinner under the stars. The ranger and the Maasai shared fascinating stories about the bush and wildlife, making it one of the most memorable evenings of my life. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations — from the warm smiles to the peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking scenery. Meliá Serengeti Lodge is truly a gem in the heart of Africa!

It was a family trip where we were welcomed like at home! The service was impeccable and exceptional. Thanks to Martin, we had an unforgettable experience, and he was very attentive. The hotel has unique and breathtaking views. The hotel security with the Maasai was also excellent, especially Mengoriki, who was very helpful and attentive. He even took us on a beautiful walking safari, and we were able to enjoy the Serengeti wildlife very close to us.

An amazing 4 night stay at the Melia Serengeti. The hotel is beautiful in a stunning location with an amazing infinity pool overlooking the Serengeti. The food is totally delicious whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner, but what makes this hotel special is the warmth, friendliness and hospitality offered by all of its staff. The staff are amazing including the Masai warriors who patrol the grounds. A special shout out to Beatrice, Esau, Nathan and Majid who made sure our stay for my wife's special birthday was made extra special. A must stay hotel if you're going to the Serengeti.

Our honeymoon to Melia Serengeti was unbelievable and truly exceeded all expectations. When you arrive, you immediately can see stunning views of the Serengeti, as well as a clean and well-maintained space. The staff were absolutely top-notch wanting to always help out. It felt so luxurious not having to plan a thing since they had it all under control. Our guide was Herbert and was THE BEST. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and adaptable. I felt so taken care of the entire time and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation!

Everything was exceptional, from the thoughtful service and attention to detail to the beautiful surprises that made each day unforgettable. The entire team went above and beyond, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. A very special mention to Tony, our wonderful guide for all our amazing activities, and to our Maasai guide, whose kindness, knowledge, and passion made every moment even more magical. We can’t recommend this place enough. An incredible experience from start to finish.

Wow... We consider ourselves well traveled, and this has been by far our favorite hotel ever! It's hard to believe that this place exists so well in what feels like the middle of nowhere. Everything at this place is perfect, from the facilities, to the food, to the location... To the people||The people that work here are amazing and really make you feel special. Special shout-out to the Manager, John (que viva Cali!), and Cha-Cha, and Stevie (Wonder) at the bar! We truly hope we have the opportunity for our paths to cross again some day; you guys and all other employees here made our stay one to never forget! Thank you!
