Great Stay with the Coldest Room Ever! We stayed here during the summer, and for us, air conditioning is a top priority. This hotel absolutely nailed it! The room was the coldest we’ve ever had, which was a huge relief in the heat. Big thumbs up for that! Housekeeping also deserves praise, the room was consistently clean, towels were changed daily, and everything was well maintained. We really appreciated the effort. Now, if you're very detail-oriented, you might notice some imperfections in the carpet, a few burnt spots (possibly from cigarettes) and some visible stains. But since we could tell the room was clean, we were okay with it. Breakfast was another highlight, lots of options and everything we tried was good. The only real downside was the reception. They were polite, but always seemed in a hurry to end the call, which felt a bit rushed at times. Overall, despite the small flaws, we had a really good experience and would definitely consider coming back.

Very modern hotel located in the business area of Vienn. Short walking distance to the metro station that takes you to the city centre in 15 min. Everything seems high tech, the rooms are quite big and very elegantly decorated. The bath is also very spacious. The mattress is very confortable.||The Level area is great, with amazing views of the city. Great breakfast experience in general been seated by the window. It is also very nice to have a drink to end the day in lounge section.||Very recommended.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Melia Vienna. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I stayed on the 57th floor, which offered an amazing view over the city and the Danube – absolutely stunning! The staff were extremely polite and professional, always ready to help with a smile. But most of all, I would like to give a special thank you to Laura, who warmly welcomed me and kindly arranged an early check-in for my room. Her friendly and courteous attitude made me feel very comfortable from the moment I arrived. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Vienna!

The hotel itself is visually appealing, with a stylish design and a truly impressive view that adds to its charm. The rooms were spacious, featuring large, comfortable beds and generously sized bathrooms, which made for a pleasant stay from a comfort perspective.||However, a few aspects of the experience were disappointing. The Flow Bar and restaurant, which we were looking forward to, were not open during the times we expected—something that wasn’t clearly communicated in advance. This left the 57 Lounge as the only available bar, but unfortunately, it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which made it an uninviting space to relax in.||Additionally, the room service menu was quite limited, offering only a small selection of options, which didn’t match the expectations set by the hotel’s otherwise upscale presentation.||Overall, while the hotel has many positives in terms of design, comfort, and location, the limited dining options and poor communication around available facilities took away from what could have been a much more enjoyable experience.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely unforgettable. The breakfast was truly amazing and catered to every possible need — it was a delightful start to each day. The view from the room was simply breathtaking; every room offers a full panoramic view of the city, which makes the experience even more special. One of the highlights for me was the shower — it’s also panoramic and designed for two people. It quickly became our favorite feature of the room! The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and charming. I absolutely loved it and would return without hesitation.

The hotel is dated and dirty. There was tape used on the wall above the bed. The carpeting in the hallways and hotel rooms is stained, dirty, and smells. The air conditioning is anemic and barely able to keep a room at a reasonable temperature. The breakfast buffet is overpriced, 87 euros for 3 of us and a very typical buffet. The staff is reserved and very young. The parking is not included and is overpriced. Overall we were disappointed with our stay and would not recommend the hotel.

I was choosing between several European countries to celebrate my birthday. While searching, I came across the Meliá Vienna hotel, which impressed me so much that I decided to go to Austria again, even though I had already been there. In fact, I went to Vienna solely because of this hotel! :)) And I can confidently say it was definitely the best choice! The only thing that was quite disappointing — although it’s an issue with the building’s design rather than the hotel itself — was the panoramic view. Our “panoramic” view of the city and the river consisted of two narrow windows and two wide ones. However, the two wide windows were covered with a black metal mesh that is present on some sides of the building. One of the narrow windows was positioned to the side and covered by a curtain, so our view was basically limited to just one narrow window. So keep in mind that some rooms might not offer a perfect panoramic view. The staff were incredibly pleasant and polite, answering all our questions and helping us several times. As a lovely surprise, we found chocolate-covered strawberries, champagne, and a small cake in the room, which, in my opinion, were very delicious. The room was also very clean, and everything was working properly. The view from the window was beautiful, overlooking the city without facing the nearby construction site. I especially want to highlight the breakfasts on the 57th floor. Yes, they are not included with all rooms, so it’s important to check when booking, but paying extra for a room with breakfast and such a beautiful view is definitely worth it. In addition, we really liked the restaurant staff, the dishes, and the restaurant itself, which looked very stylish. Overall, the experience was outstanding, and we would be happy to return to this hotel again!

We recently stayed at Meliá Vienna for one night because of a problem in our booking of another hotel. From a 5-star hotel that cost 500€ per night, we at least expected a good sleep and a great breakfast. The room was spacious, but everything else was a disappointment. The air conditioning was broken (not just in our room), and because of the large windows and sunny day, it must have been at least 30 degrees inside. Apparently the technician was not available anymore in the evening, and the only thing they could do was to give us two ventilators. Windows open (which did not open much) and these ventilators running we could not sleep. This is really unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. We could also see from previous reviews that this problem has been there just some days before, so the AC problems were nothing new. Another big disappointment was the breakfast. The view was great from the top floor, but the food was below average. Just basic cold meat and cheese with breads, some yoghurt and granola, noting much fresh or special. I’m sorry to say that I cannot recommend this hotel and will not book again.
