We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. There are five pools and even a small water park to choose from, including one really big pool — perfect for relaxing and cooling off. Our room was beautiful with an incredible view, and all the staff were so lovely and welcoming.||The hotel has several restaurants, and every one we tried was fantastic. We stayed half board, which included breakfast and a buffet dinner, but for a small extra supplement you could also dine in the other à la carte restaurants — which were outstanding too! During the day we loved visiting the Mexican restaurant by the beach pool — the nachos, burgers, and tacos were all delicious. A big thank you to the chefs!||We were there to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and the team really spoiled us and made it extra special. I’d love to give a huge thank you to all the staff. We also met Paolo from Circle, who was great — we’re already booking our next holiday with him! And a special thank you to Cristina, who was amazing — she was actually from another branch in Lanzarote and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.||When we arrived at 1am on Saturday 28th June, the gentleman and lady on reception were also so kind and helpful — unfortunately, I didn’t get their names, but their warm welcome set the tone for our whole stay.||I can’t thank everybody enough all the staff — we can’t wait to come back!

When you arrive....Wow, yes it really is. I was here with my son on a 4 night golf trip, I have played the courses before but never stayed at the hotel, would I stay again at the hotel? You bet I would, the facilities, the pools, the rooms, everything about this place is fantastic, I wish we had booked longer. Small points, check in took nearly an hour very, very slow, also rooms are not ready until 4pm so take swim gear in hand luggage. Another point, ignore the stupid queue at breakfast with one girl taking room numbers and showing people to a table, you will queue for half and hour, in the end I just went in, pretty sure people can find there own table. But on the whole this is a fantastic hotel...

Hotel is showing a little signs of wear around the edges. That said, it is immaculate and there were loads of staff on duty. The hospitality staff in general are friendly and always going out of their way to cater for you. They were always full of smiles which made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The residents lounge with free snacks and drinks is a fantastic touch. The hotel is huge and it’s very easy to find a little space if you want to get away on your own for an hour or two.

We stay in a twin room as part of the level experience Professionally checked in really love having a wristband for a key which allows you access to the room and the level lounge and dining room Surrounding exhaust in not just the room hotel we had two swimming pools near us heated outdoor pool and larger oasis pool but the overall complex is superb. Finished very well. Lots of activities absolutely stunning. Service was great breakfast was included in the food was fantastic. The level lounge superb edition to our holiday. Taxis to town are inexpensive It only takes 10 minutes or so Overall, very impressed highly recommend for short stable longer

The hotel itself is stunning. It's huge, laid out overlooking the sea with lovely views and about 45 mins or so from Alicante airport. We were here in a group of 50 people from work. They knew we were all arriving on the same day but strangely didn't decide to have more staff on check in. It took over an hour to get booked in and we weren't offered a glass of water let alone anything else whilst we were waiting. The bedrooms are huge and the beds very comfortable (in the main building) . The pools were fab but not heated (not a problem for many braver people). There are numerous restaurants and bars in the hotel but the main bar by reception, the service again was extremely slow. They would only allow waiter service but we were waiting up to half an hour for drinks order to be taken and then it was all put on the wrong tables (still our group but meant lots of beer didn't get to the right owners). We had an event downstairs one evening cocktails and food... But it was just wine beer and soft drinks and the food was just canapes. We weren't able to order any other types of drinks despite all having our credit cards linked to our rooms and wearing wristbands so had to go to the reception bar to get a cocktail to take back down. At 8pm we were told to turn our music off so we didn't disturb residents but then there was music blaring from other bars and a live band. The staff were quite dismissive, lacking in customer care. Didn't ask on check out if everything was ok, we liked it etc. we spent thousands and thousands in the hotel but didn't get the service I'd expect with that which was a real shame.

Such huge potential for this stunning hotel. I’d say the hotel itself gets a 4/5 and the other issues weigh it down to a 2. ||Constant disappointments, mainly from the staff and lack of. If you c.b.a to read the nitty gritty it boils down to rude staff at check-in, lack of staff all weekend, only one restaurant open all day with limited menu, NO ability for cocktails or ANY drinks or food poolside or room service whatsoever. Whilst waiting for our airport transfer we saw a guest get an Uber Eats of Papa Johns pizza to the hotel which will tell you all you need to know! He said “such a stunning hotel, if only they knew how to run it!”. This totally sums up our experience and only wish we had used Uber Eats too!!||It started the moment we arrived. It was my birthday so I was very excited to be at a lovely hotel and on holiday. We were ignored for a good 5 mins at an empty check in desk by 3 laughing ladies behind the desk (and this was at the LEVEL 5* reception), to a boring and lengthy check in which seemed to take an eternity (at least 20 mins checking every passport and 1,000 clicks on her computer screen, lots of talking in Spanish to her colleagues as if we were imposters). At 9:30pm with two children in tow, no offers of water etc, told to then wait outside and someone will come. We had to ask twice who and when they would collect us as there was no sign of life and instructions were extremely limited like their English. Incidentally my daughter told the lady it was my birthday (which she would’ve seen at the extensive passport check) and our anniversary the next morning but we assumed she must’ve not understood us as she didn’t comment or anything materialise in our room which we would’ve had at any other hotel on an occasion.||The family room albeit good logistically, was very basic and smelled awfully of old man cigars. I would’ve asked to move but it was past 10pm by now and we were too tired to have a battle and only here for 3 days. ||Two fire alarms sounded on consecutive days without any warning, one waking us up on our last day. I had to call reception on both occasions to make sure we didn’t need to evacuate, and was told to ignore them. Extremely inconsiderate of guests to not even inform this was taking place.||Breakfast was plentiful but somehow uninspired. I can’t put my finger on what it was as every category you’d find in the UK was covered, but it wasn’t anything to get excited about going to. Lots of fruit options but most unripe, salad looked nice, cooked food just ok, lots of cured meats and cheeses. Cereal choice mediocre, good pastry option, fresh OJ the star of the show and alternative milk variety.||The hotel is vast and pool is stunning. There is however no ability to get a drink or food anywhere other than the one restaurant by reception which had a very limited menu, even though there are apparently 5 restaurants. The bar was unmanned for all of Saturday whilst every staff member seemed to be tending to a wedding taking place (and an absolute stunning wedding it looked!). Ice cream shop CLOSED the whole time! Tiny shop had a few crisps and sweets, no drinks or shop bought ice cream. My husband complained that we couldn’t even get a water and we did get our late check out taken off our bill which was appreciated. ||Went into Benidorm old town both nights. First we found a fantastic restaurant, second not so great. We definitely had to leave the hotel at night for fear of dying of boredom. ||In conclusion, triple your staff intake and send them all on a customer service course. An expensive stay for 2 special occasions that was not justified at this hotel.

A lovely hotel set just outside the hustle and bustle of Benidorm. Designed to look like a Spanish town square, you'd never really think you were in a hotel.|Rooms are perfectly fine, very spacious and comfortable. Mini bar is too expensive but has lots to offer.|Swimming pool area is huge although pool was freezing! Plenty of sunbeds around.|Decent gym on site.|Only tried the restaurant for breakfast but there was a lot of choice and food was nice.|Hotel bar is not too bad for price. Only issue with it is you can't just go to the bar and order your drink. They want to do table service only but then don't come round often enough so you have to keep going to the bar to ask them to come over. They might as well just let me order my drink there and carry it myself.|Location is fine. Right next the theme park and a 10 minute taxi ride in to Benidorm.|2 golf courses on site, both really nice.|Would certainly stay here again.

As a conference venue, excellent. Very spacious and a magnificent plaza. Built around a 1576 residence there’s a lot of preserved architecture. For a luxury break, plenty of space and the pool complex is vast so finding your own space would be a doddle.
