Great selection of draft beer, was able to find 6 I haven't tried before so I got a flight of four of them. The wife was actually able to get a flight of stouts/porters. We shared a small House Special which was plenty for the two of us. Service was great, will be back another year.

Great experience. From the food to the service. 5 in the family and we each thoroughly enjoyed the different offerings we ordered. We will certainly be returning to this establishment.

Great dinner experience. Spinach artichoke dip was so creamy and cheesy. We had the holy shiitake pie. The thin crust was recommended for this one. SPOT on, thanx.

We ate after a wrestling tournament with a small group and everything was great. Food was good service was great. Everything was awesome until my son says there's a fingernail in my ice( seem pretty unbelievable right) well there was. It just the more I think about a hundred dollar check and getting a finger nail in your drink just don't know what to think.

We had the House Special pizza. It was very good. The crust was cooked evenly across the bottom, and there wasn't a lot of grease on the top side. All the vegetables looked fresh and tasted great. The meats are great, too. Our server was cheerful and helpful, too. The restrooms could be a little neater.

Very great experience, people is always nice and pizza is wonderful.

We were at Mellow Mushroom in Paducah on our anniversary. Everything was wonderful, but in particular, our server was the nicest most accommodating person we have ever had! Faith treated us like we were in her home. She watched over us not missing a thing to make our meal and first Mellow Mushroom visit the Best! Thank you Faith❤️

I didn't dine in this restaurant because I had my dog with me. I'm not sure if dogs are allowed or not. This place was really large, and despite it being a weekday, it was bustling with people dining in and picking up to-go orders, so it's obviously a popular spot in the area. The house special pizza was pretty good and wasn't too salty which I like. The wings and dipping sauce were mediocre. Oh, next to this place, there was a brewery that seemed to be operated together.

Good reliable and satisfying pizza, sandwiches, and calzones. Had a meat calzone that was fantastic. Amazing beer selections with lots of local and imported selections. Nice, friendly service. All around above average dining experience. I'll be back.

We've been to a few Mellow Mushrooms over the years and it's usually a good meal. This one was very fun as it's located in an old Coke bottling plant so the aesthetic is really fun. The service was very good as well and we enjoyed our drinks (my wife got a cocktail and I got an IPA). My wife had a mushroom pizza that she really liked and I had a grilled chicken salad that was very tasty and very filling. There's also a brewery located in the same building so it's a good place to visit overall!

Liked The thin crust option Speed of service. Descent pre selected pizza options. Staff friendly. Meh: mushroom soup tasted un inventive. They were out of gluten free crust. .

Very cool building! Well lit and spacious, and the noise level wasn't too loud. My waitress gave excellent suggestions (even though I chose other items). The half and half pie was on a small (10") pizza, which I think is excellent they will do it on the small pizzas. Perfect choice when you're indecisive on pies! Plan to return and try the suggestions from my waitress!

Best pizza around! Fantastic atmosphere with friendly service. We are seated quickly and food/drinks were served promptly. Highly recommend!

We have been to mellow mushroom, or ordered the pizza, several times while visiting Paducah. The pizza here is delicious. Most recently, the wife and I ordered pretzel bites, magic mushroom soup and Greek salad with the niece and nephew. All of these were good. The pizzas are large and portions of other dishes are ample. The pizzas are well seasoned and quite tasty. Our nephew recently ordered and enjoyed the house special. He managed to eat almost an entire pizza on his own. He felt it was a good variety of toppings. Our niece said the magic mushroom was wonderful. I agree with her. It has a nice, rich base. My one complaint is that the server/kitchen did not have service well coordinated. Food arrived whenever it got cooked with the pizza arriving substantially before the salads and soups. The timing of service could use work. But that won't stop me from returning.

Mellow Mushroom 3121 Broadway, Paducah KY 42001 July 6, 2023 Thursday - 6:20 PM for dinner 3 Adults Atmosphere - 5 stars Food - 5 stars Service - 5 stars Background - Business trip and working in the area. Pizza and beer is always a great combo. Atmosphere - A very unique building, the former Coca-Cola bottling building Sign to get into the place could be better. If you do not know where the hostess station is with in the building it is a like awkward finding it. Their space is very unique. I love the floor to ceiling white tiling. Food Drink - The IPA I had picked was replaced with the hazy version, which I was fine with. Rhinegeist Juicy Truth. Appetizer - The Yelp check in got us free pretzel bites. The three us had plenty as we did even finish them before our pizzas arrived. Dinner - I had the 10 inch House Special pizza. A hand toss pizza crust was perfect vessel for all these toppings. I think the only thing this pizza was missing was the kitchen sink. The whole slice tomatoes were a nice suprise. Service - Lacking, so you need to order your food from one area and drinks for the bartender. The bartender did visit us at the table. She delivered the drinks and forgot about us. It took some effort to pay for the drinks that were ordered. She literally said she forgot about us. Future - I have been to a few other locations. It might be chain but their unique approach and local flair makes it feel like a mom and pop pizza joint. So yes I would come back here or other locations.

I'm am truly at a loss for words. When we walked to our table I should have left at that moment... literally it was the only place open on Sunday evening.... Filth.... Every table cover with trash from people had dined and left... splatted food and dust Everywhere... walls benches ... I was gagging... the floor had smeared cheese from pizzas long ago... it was a horror!!! The food came and of course it was gross... 60 $ later grossed out and still hungry!

While this is a chain, the building, service as well as the food is great. I never have a bad meal here. It's in an old Coke-a-Cola building.

We loved MM! It was a rainy day, but still grrreat! Great (and happy!) server! Great Salads! Great Pizza (with GF-crust for Therese H.) Great craft beers! Sure, the bathrooms weren't in that great a shape for weekday lunch. But I'll overlook that for the consumables. Thanks MM.

To start the food was immaculate. You have to try the pretzel dippers and the pizza was really good too. The rest I didn't try but it also looked immaculate. Now onto the service. The staff were nice and brought our food in quickly (shout out to the chef's). They put us at our table in record time. Overall this place was so good and immaculate.P.S I'm not meaning immaculate as clean I mean it as perfect.

Overall restaurant was clean. Food tasted good and the service was ok. Men's restroom needed some work that was the only negative

I loved everything about my visit here. It's located in a repurposed Coca Cola bottling facility. The building itself is so cool and I was in Art Deco vintage design pizza heaven. Our server, whose name I cannot remember, was LOVELY. She was perfectly pleasant and helpful, with a great smile and an engaging personality. I really should be better about getting and/or remembering names. We started with hummus and the pretzels. Oh my goodness was the hummus good. The pretzels with the beer cheese was delicious, too. We got the large order, thinking we'd "take some home." I think one made it out alive. Then I had to try to mushroom soup, which was very creamy and tasty. It was topped with dark, rich, sautéed mushrooms and it was all perfectly seasoned. I got the Havana pizza, which is inspired by the Cuban sandwich. OH MAH GAH. I'm not a huge pizza fan. In fact, I wasn't even going to get pizza. Im so glad I did. I only had one slice because, um, appetizers, but it was a great slice. It was an amazing punch of flavors - the pork, the mustard, the pickles, the crust. Wow. I want it again right now. Friends had a half meatball sub and a calzone, which was huge! Go here. Take pics. I stopped in to have a small shiitake pizza. It came out within 20 minutes. The crust was cheesy and flavored. Service was friendly. Food was great I was able to eat my pizza next door at the brewpub.

A freaking joke! My wife and I decided to try on Saturday March 2. We arrived at 7:28 and Ordered the house pizza, pretzel bites and a craft beer. We left at 8:28 being only served two drinks with a two other tables who arrived served and eating after we arrived. The waitress was clueless, the manager just said " we are all working hard". When I asked why, she hadn't even tried to figure it out. So many things wrong with this staff! Pizza looked good, but don't expect any service.

They have consistently good pizza, a huge selection of beer, and a cool atmosphere inside the old Coke building. We keep going back because it is our favorite place in town.

Worst custome service. Sat us down waited 30min never saw a waitress not one person. Won't be returning

Took another two "newbies" here, and they were blown away (as I expected). The atmosphere, staff, and food were all delicious. I highly recommend the Liquid Marijuana - it is refreshingly delicious!

We had entered our name on the Google "put you name on the list", but they couldn't find it. Nonetheless, they did find us a table pretty quickly. Pizza was excellent as usual. Our waiter went out of his way to accommodate our 4 year old's beverage wishes.

This is the 2nd time we ate here. Last night was terrible. The 1st thing the waitress told us was she was also taking care of a 35 person party. My husband asked what kind of beer they had and she handed him the menu and said, "I'm Tired". It took an hour from the time we ordered until the time we received our food. Someone besides our waitress brought out our food. My calzone wasn't even warm, the cheese wasn't melted. The Mountain dew was watered down, we had to ask for silverware. We didn't see our waitress until we were given the bill. She never asked how our meal was. She grabbed our credit card and the bill off of the table and then returning the receipt and the card back to the table without even saying Thank you or have a good night or anything else to us. I don't know if we will be going back.

Zero stars really bad service the Hosts at this restaurant need to learn customer service skills

I went with a couple of friends. It was the first time there for all of us. The place looks amazing. I loved the atmosphere. The servers were great. I got the Italian hoagie and it was just ok. If I went back I'd try something different. One friend got a calzone and it was massive! It looked very good. My other friend got pizza and seemed to enjoy it. I should have asked them to rate it! I might edit this later. Overall I didn't feel it lived up to the hype. But that's just me. Lots of people around here love it.

Ordered online. They delivered the wrong food. When I called, store said fault was on door dash. Door dash said fault was on the store. When I asked for a refund, store said take it up with door dash. Door dash said take it up with the store. Store says door dash has my money. Door dash says store has my money. The charge on my credit card says Mello Mushroom. I will never order delivery from this store again. Very poor customer service.**Update...they did call a week later to discuss the issue. The gentleman apologized and was very kind. I will try ordering from them again next time I'm in town.**

Ordered the California club and it was excellent. Not too much avocado. Service was quick and waitress was nice and informative.

Ordered online and it came out correct and was ready when I arrived. Not the best pizza I have ever had, but very good and everyone was happy.

Great food and amazing service. I had the garden salad and the kids had the pizza. Pretzel bites were great with marinara.

service took 1 hour for 2 pizza I was able to drink 4 cokes before i got my food wouldn't recommend

Great every time I eat there. Pizzas . Love their pizzas. Some sandwiches. Many of their appetizers. But yeah, pizzas is where it's at fer sure!

I have only had the chicken sub sandwich and I had it twice because the first one was so amazing! I have yet to try the pizza but if it's anything like that chicken sandwich then it'll be good!

I have to go to mellow mushroom every couple of months to get my "real" pizza fix. Perfect crust, abundant toppings, & tasty ingredients. I was pretty disappointed the last time we went on a Sunday after church where the order got made wrong so we had to wait for another one to be made entirely so 45 minutes after getting the order in the waitress stood visiting with another female, and one of the cooks while our pizza sat there, cooling to room temperature. Since we were starving by that point, it did make consuming it easier but I would prefer to choose whether to burn off the roof of my mouth, myself! Hoping it was just an off day. This was our third visit and we hadn't had any real issues till this last one. Still worth the torture for the pizza though.

Love, love, love their gluten free pizza! The atmosphere is so fun and eclectic. It's like eating in an art studio. I've always had good service. Expect to wait a bit on Friday and Saturday nights. It's a popular weekend hangout.

So good! The waitress forgot our appetizer but gave it to us for free so it was alright in the end. She definitely had a long day so no hard feelings. The pizza was the BEST I've ever tasted. My boyfriend and I love it so much.

Great food and good service most of the time. We have visited this establishment many times, and the food is always great. They can serve large crowds. They have delicious sandwiches and drinks to galore. Best pizza in Paducah. See you soon.

It pains me to give the ol' MM a three star. The last couple of pizzas I got (two separate orders) were inedible. See pics, completely doused in blue cheese sauce with uncooked dough underneath. Like completely the worst pizza I have ever seen. BUT I love the place, I love the team there, and I have had pizza from this location that was so amazing it almost makes up for the last couple orders. Get it together my friends!

It was a great old coke plant turned into a restaurant food was amazing and definitely worth the extra drive off the highway you won't be disappointed. We had pizza, salad & sandwich's !!

Some of the best food in town! The only reason I didn't give them a five star is because any of the beer off the tap has a horrible taste about it but I don't care at all because the food is incredible! Expect a long wait time often! What I like to do is sit at the bar Dry Grounds and order from Mellow and have them walk it over! They are so kind to do that and dry grounds doesn't mind at all! Perfect for a warm day! They have lovely outdoor seating. As for eating at mellow the coke factory id a timeless setting! A but echoey in there and not the best spot for an intimate date but excellent all the way around!

Omg, the pizza was amazing. This is a very unique restaurant that offers lots of history from Paducah. It used to be an old coke bottling plant. The staff was very attentive. You can create your own pizza, which we love.

The good parts? The fact that they'll do any pizza half one flavor and half another! We ordered a small, 1/2 Pacific Rim and 1/2 Holy Shiitake. Both were tasty. We used the Yelp coupon to get a free order of Pretzel Bites (nom NOM!). They have a full bar, so I was able to order a COCKTAIL while waiting for our food. The building is AWESOME! The bad: the pizza took forEVER to get served. The cheese they serve with the Pretzel Bites is kind'a icky. We requested marinara and it was MUCH better. The server forgot to not charge us for those Pretzel Bites. So, that looks like a pretty even split... I'd try them again.

The old Coca Cola building housing this location is amazing. Creating an experience you would expect in a much bigger city. The pizza was great and beer selection above average. The only downside is that the wait can be long. Strongly recommend using waitlist.

The pizza was good and the desserts also. Service was a little slow but they were busy. Overall, good experience and the the building was awesome.

Was here with a group of about 15 tonight. The food was consistent with other mellow mushrooms. The crust is a little doughier than pan crust with a large edge crust. I split the white pizza (added grilled chicken) with a friend and it was very good. The waitress had trouble keeping up with our group with items like drinks, clean plates, napkins, etc., and really looked like she could have used some help. I think there are likely better casual restaurants in town but if you want pizza this is a fine choice.

Amazing. It's the best freaking thing in Paducah makes you feel you are going to blow up after you are done.

I'm from Chicago and was visiting a friend in Murray. He brought me here. The food was great. My waiter was attentive despite the crowd. And the atmosphere was fun. I wish we had a Mellow Mushroom back in Chicago!
