Melrose Farmer's Market

Update: everything from Dick's farm was rotten within 2 days. To spend $35 on 4 peppers, a cucumber and two tomatoes just have them all rot immediately is extremely disappointing. I'll never visit the Melrose Farmer's Market again and would not recommend. This farmer's market has many stalls, but unfortunately this review is for Dick's Farm, the largest by far. The quality of the produce is the worst of any farmer's market this year, and I go to 1-2 different ones per week. The staff was extremely miserable as well, which takes away from the farmer's market experience.

Great market with a variety of goods. To my surprise, parking is quite easy on a weekday. Dick’s Market Garden's is so busy that people have to line up for checkout even though they have a staff of 4 or 5.

This market is very special. The fruit and baked goods are exquisite. Just look at those nectarines!!

You can buy fresh fruits and vegetables with cash or HIP money. In addition,transfer $10 SNAP benefits to $20 cash value cards to use here . These value cards can be used whole summer. But only $10/week/EBT card user is allowed.

This place is awesome! The vendors are all super friendly, talkative, and informative about there products. In general there is a good selection of fruit to choose from and the prices are reasonable. I was surprised to find each time I went different vendors that sold already made food (Ex. Chinese food, Mexican food) The food was delicious 😋. Love going, will continue to do so

Super cute farmers market with a good variety of local produce, meats, seafood, breads, pastries, spices, etc. My favorite buys were fresh focaccia bread, smoked white fish salad, frozen empanadas (WOW), and an Indian golden spice blend that I have been seasoning so many dishes with - definitely worth checking out!

Great little farmers market! I come here every week for fresh veggies. =)

Pretty good selection. Some stalls definitely charge a lot more than others for the same product so be sure to walk around before you buy. Live entertainment and stuff to do for kids. Great little area and selection.
