Overall, the experience has been positive. I found the meat very tasty and of excellent quality. The salad, although fresh, would perhaps have benefited from a slightly more abundant dressing. A note about the burger's bread, which appeared to be frozen. Despite this small detail, the overall quality of the dish was appreciated. I would gladly return to taste the meat again. I hope that the presentation of the burger can also be improved in the future. Overall, however, a satisfying meal. Very affectionate and professional staff, fortunately bilingual, explained in detail what we were about to eat and how it was prepared.

Great place for a hearty meal! Specially good for big groups, you will have to queue but it’s worth it. Outstanding dishes: the burger!, brisket, pork belly, ribs and the loaded potatoes! Caesar salad is good too (not healthy but not the place for that) and the sweet potato. Drink options are great. Don’t arrive too late because items could be sold out and the whole menu won’t be available.

It’s funny to read angry 1 star comments since they usually have little to do with the truth. I always found food tasty, staff friendly and as for prices well maybe not the cheapest but try getting same food else where. You won’t. Overall I love coming here or ordering, my favourite is bacon and pulled pork and sweet potato.

Beautiful place. Amazing food especially if you are a meat lover The Melt is the best place to go. Certain days you dont have to book a table you have to go and wait on the queue. We had a shared platter and we couldnt even finish it.

Amazing bbq experience in Paris. Definitely on par with American bbq. Actually beats some southern bbq we’ve had in the past. Brisket, ribs, pork belly. Even the cornbread which is often the hardest side dish to get right was moist enough, slightly cakey, yet buttery and lightly sweet.

I am very familiar with MELT restaurants, but this was my first visit to the Batignolles location. It fully lived up to expectations and did not disappoint. For those seeking authentic Texan-style barbecue, from ribs to pulled pork and brisket, this is the place to go. The quality is consistently top notch. Service is friendly, attentive, and efficient, contributing to a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Considering the generous portions and the quality of the food, the value for money is excellent. A highly recommended address for true BBQ enthusiasts.

Loved the vibe and the food here. The meats are super flavorful. I highly recommend the pork belly and the pulled pork. Don't miss the Berry Blast cocktail, it was delicious! Service was quick, too. Perfect spot for a hearty dinner in the neighborhood.

As a southern American, I am extremely skeptical of international soul food concepts. However, MELT surprised me with how well they executed southern cuisine! Their pork ribs were absolutely delicious (tasted like back home) and the cornbread had the perfect amount of butter and sweetness. Next time I will have to try their actual barbecue (pulled pork). Well done!
