what a wonderful stay where u are Being treated like a king. The moment I eneteredthe hotel was greeted and welcomed by doorman dilip then bellboy Satish took my luggage and assisted me till the reception. Ritik at the reception was well versed with the hotel knowledge and was so kind to upgrade my room. ||Rooms are spacious and housekeeping staff gawde who cleaned my room was a down to earth person. Shoaib at the tiara was well versed with breakfast knowledge and helpful. Everyone I met was very helpful and smiling and ready to help. Great management will comeback.

The best staff I've seen till date. Professional helpful and humble. My room was upgraded to suite and got 4 Welcome drinks just for being nice and helpful to the team. Would surely recommend here. ||Rooms were great and location was easy to find.

Dinesh and Tejas and otherswere wonderful. Great food and ambience. Lovely service and staff.||My friends loved the food. Sitting arrangements were great. ||Kids loved the desserts. My elders loved the indian food. Live counter was a nice touch.

We had a buffet lunch at Tiara with our family. ||It was a great time. The ambience due to the abundant natural light coming in felt amazing..||The buffet spread also had a lot of options, we were spoilt for choice. ||The service from staff was great too who took good care of us right to the end.

A good hotel in a great location, we had a very pleasant stay - the staff were excellent. The swimming pool was nice albeit it turned into a bird bath later (for thirsty birds). Check out the bar “Vandal”, despite the discrete entrance it is an awesome place - busy on some days and empty on others. I was very pleased with my room upgrade, the suite was superb! Good, small gym - functional and managed to get 5 light sessions in 👍 The breakfast was good - omelettes cooked to exactly as requested. The close proximity to various great restaurants (e.g. Foo) meant we didn’t eat in the main restaurant for lunch or dinner so cannot comment on the offering there. The hotel is also very conveniently located very close to the excellent “Independence Brewing Company” - another reason to stay if you enjoy tasting great beers. The hotel was good value for money and is now my favourite hotel in Powai. We will be returning (if it’s not already fully booked, like the following week). Thanks all 🙏
