A Haven of Light, Care, and True Hospitality
From the moment my mother, sister, and I arrived at Meluha, The Fern, we were met with compassion that went far beyond what one expects from a hotel. My mother was recovering from an injury, and later, I fractured my arm while in India — yet the entire team cared for us with such empathy, wisdom, and genuine kindness that we felt completely supported.
Every staff member — from management to the restaurant team — radiated warmth and attentiveness. They seemed to anticipate our needs before we spoke them, creating a sense of family rather than formality.
One of our most cherished memories was being invited to join the evening ritual of lighting lamps at 6:30 p.m., honouring the light within every guest and staff member. It was a deeply moving reminder that this hotel is more than a place to stay — it is a sanctuary of heart and humanity.
Our deepest gratitude to everyone at Meluha, The Fern. You have set a standard of hospitality that is both rare and radiant. 🌿
