Memel Hotel

This is a simple, clean hotel. It is in a great location -- a few minutes walk from the old city, from the canal. The breakfast buffet was fine. They even offered other fresh fruit besides apples and some traditional Lithuanian desserts. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were checked in around 2 PM. We are very grateful to the charming receptionist. The double room is quite spacious, clean, and bright. We walked to the ferry crossing and returned in the evening around 11 PM. We opened the front door with our guest card. The beds in the room are quite large and comfortable. Breakfast is standard continental. The weather was perfect for having coffee on the veranda, wrapped in a blanket. You can take a bus from the train stations. Public transportation is also available to the sea.

Excellent & affordable choice - This hotel is in the heart if the town and a short walk to everything. The outside structure looks older but the interior seems fairly modern. The room was very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, a great hotel was a great choice.

Very comfortable hotel with all services you might expect for this class .|Although, the rooms on the 3rd are situated under a sloping roof so you cannot sit upright on a bed against the headboard. This also limits your headspace so you can regularly bump your head if you're a little taller. Watching TV is also difficult. There is only 1 chair you have to share.

All was great very clean rooms, private parking. Breakfast was sufficient, good coffee ! Location was great. Highly recommend.

Good location, clean and comfortable room. Backyard view not very nice, but really silent. Continental breakfast with fresh and tasty meal. |Staff at the reception really friendly.|No issues at my 3-day stay in this hotel. |Missed the air conditioner but it was ok because of cold weather.
