That this place has an official google map listing makes my heart sing. We ate here 2018 and it was one of the best things we tasted in all of Mexico. We came back all 5 days we were in Oaxaca

Absolutely delicious memelas at this streetside food stand in center of town. If you try memelas anywhere, then here’s your place! Go for lunch. 25MXN each. I liked chicken tinga most. Chicharron #2. Only need two memelas here to fill you up.

A MUST-VISIT in Oaxaca! We spent a month in the city and this might be my favorite place to eat. Memelas San Agustin is a small roadside stall serving a variety of fresh memelas. The service is always super fast, the staff is super friendly, the food is reasonably priced and everything is delicious! Make sure to try the Chicken Tinga. Veggie options also available!

Great place for memelas in the centre of the city. Local shop with fresh ingredients, all cooked fresh to order. Friendly, welcoming hospitality, you really can’t go wrong. Freshly made tacos (freshly baked from dough shaped on the stall). Really fresh toppings. Great team. Glad to have found this one!
