Memo Paris

This story began even before visiting the boutique. As often happens in life: you try a new fragrance in an airport Duty Free, rushing between flights, and later you can’t quite remember exactly which scent you liked so much. I thought I had remembered the name, so I calmly placed an order on the website. When the package arrived, I first tried the tester. And it turned out that it wasn’t the same fragrance that had impressed me so much in Duty Free. Yes, it was actually very good — now I’m even considering that I might need this one too. But still, it wasn’t the one! The website stated that if, for any reason, the fragrance didn’t suit you, you could return it. I took advantage of this option, and I must say my return experience was very positive. There was absolutely nothing to complain about: the entire return process was clear and straightforward. My special Merci for that. The brand did not disappoint. But I was determined to find that very fragrance! So I decided to personally visit the MEMO boutique in Paris, which I did in August 2024. The consultant was very welcoming and incredibly patient. I think I tried nearly all the fragrances in search of “the one.” While I was deciding, I was offered a bottle of water and a comfortable chair. After sitting for a few minutes, waiting while another customer was being helped, I finally made my choice! I was extremely satisfied with my experience with the MEMO brand — from the online order to the personal visit to the boutique. The deal was done!

The staff was really friendly (We visited on 9 August in the afternoon). She helped us explore and choose from a variety of scents. A Korean blogger also mentioned in a review that the staff here is kind. Thanks to her, I was able to purchase an exclusive Paris fragrance. Highly recommended.

This was my second visit. The staff member I met here was the kindest, most professional, and most welcoming person I’ve met in Paris. His service and attentiveness left a deep impression on me. I’d love to return just because of him.

THE MEMO IS FIVE STAR PARFUME

This place is for all you "Cognoscentis" out there like my wife. If you are ever in Paris, you are obligated to check them out. If not you are not a true "Fragrancista". These are high quality and unique boutique scents. Bring your big bucks because you will need them. The niche assortment of blended scents make each perfume seem magical. Magali, the store manager, is an angel. She is amazing, compassionate and attentive to your needs. She even offered to do the tax rebate form for us and explained what to do step by step. I later went down the street to the Global Blue Tax Refund Office to start the process. I scanned the barcoded form at airport days later. Refund should soon come. You will have a difficult time just narrowing it down to 1-2 choices. Good Luck selecting just a few. Too many great fragrances to pick from. Enjoy!!!

Went to Paris for a day to shop for perfumes. Asked for car diffuser, when arrived back to USA realized that there is no diffuser and only scent refill. I didn't take the receipt so won't even know if I was charged for diffuser. I specifically said diffuser and pointed at it with my finger, there is no way someone couldn't understand me
