This story began even before visiting the boutique. As often happens in life: you try a new fragrance in an airport Duty Free, rushing between flights, and later you can’t quite remember exactly which scent you liked so much. I thought I had remembered the name, so I calmly placed an order on the website. When the package arrived, I first tried the tester. And it turned out that it wasn’t the same fragrance that had impressed me so much in Duty Free. Yes, it was actually very good — now I’m even considering that I might need this one too. But still, it wasn’t the one! The website stated that if, for any reason, the fragrance didn’t suit you, you could return it. I took advantage of this option, and I must say my return experience was very positive. There was absolutely nothing to complain about: the entire return process was clear and straightforward. My special Merci for that. The brand did not disappoint. But I was determined to find that very fragrance! So I decided to personally visit the MEMO boutique in Paris, which I did in August 2024. The consultant was very welcoming and incredibly patient. I think I tried nearly all the fragrances in search of “the one.” While I was deciding, I was offered a bottle of water and a comfortable chair. After sitting for a few minutes, waiting while another customer was being helped, I finally made my choice! I was extremely satisfied with my experience with the MEMO brand — from the online order to the personal visit to the boutique. The deal was done!

The staff was really friendly (We visited on 9 August in the afternoon). She helped us explore and choose from a variety of scents. A Korean blogger also mentioned in a review that the staff here is kind. Thanks to her, I was able to purchase an exclusive Paris fragrance. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend made an order at Memo (in April!!!) and got a leaking liquid soap (there was a tiny hole in plastic bottle), which damaged other product (box and wrapping) and he was sending emails to Memo's customer support since then. And never got a reply (and it's already the end of August)!!!! I personally texted to the official Memo Instagram account and got a reply, that someone will contact us, but no one did. After that Memo Instagram account started ignoring me. Quite disappointing experience. Even though I love L'eau de Memo perfume, i don't like when company treats its customers like 'nothing'. /// Half a year later Memo replied to one of the emails me and my boyfriend sent, and sent us replacement products (soap and set). The only question is why it took so long?😔

You'll be hard pressed to find anything better in quality, craftsmanship and style than that of Memo Paris. Of my 300+ bottle collection, African Leather is my all time favorite fragrance. Reason i find myself owning three bottles!

Extremely disappointing for a luxury store. The service was shockingly poor, with staff who seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting customers. For the prices they charge, I expected far better treatment and attention to detail. The atmosphere didn’t live up to the luxury label at all. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place.
