This story began even before visiting the boutique.
As often happens in life: you try a new fragrance in an airport Duty Free, rushing between flights, and later you can’t quite remember exactly which scent you liked so much.
I thought I had remembered the name, so I calmly placed an order on the website.
When the package arrived, I first tried the tester. And it turned out that it wasn’t the same fragrance that had impressed me so much in Duty Free. Yes, it was actually very good — now I’m even considering that I might need this one too. But still, it wasn’t the one!
The website stated that if, for any reason, the fragrance didn’t suit you, you could return it. I took advantage of this option, and I must say my return experience was very positive. There was absolutely nothing to complain about: the entire return process was clear and straightforward. My special Merci for that. The brand did not disappoint.
But I was determined to find that very fragrance!
So I decided to personally visit the MEMO boutique in Paris, which I did in August 2024. The consultant was very welcoming and incredibly patient. I think I tried nearly all the fragrances in search of “the one.”
While I was deciding, I was offered a bottle of water and a comfortable chair. After sitting for a few minutes, waiting while another customer was being helped, I finally made my choice!
I was extremely satisfied with my experience with the MEMO brand — from the online order to the personal visit to the boutique. The deal was done!
