Memoire D 'Angkor Boutique Hotel

I would give it a 5 for the room because it's a nice large room, with a good bed and a good mattress (not too hard), we just had a bit of trouble getting hot water in the shower. The service is very good, very friendly and helpful staff. We loved their laundry service, not cheap but very well done, worth the money. The pool is lovely, we only had one time we had to wait for a sunbed or chairs. Sometimes they run out of pool towels. All small details. The breakfast buffet is extensive and has something for everyone, even my glutenfree husband had food that he could enjoy.

An excellent hotel near the centre of Siem Reap (Pub Street). The staff is super friendly highly professional and generally interested in your day or how the breakfast was for example.We booked a one hour massage. I‘m really happy about it. The massagers were highly trained and friendly.We really liked our stay here and we would absolutely come back!For us, we had only one point of improvement, we really chose this hotel also, because of the gym. But unfortunately the gym is the only thing that does not meet the hotel standard. The equipment is old and many of them don‘t work anymore. The lat pull down missed the safety locks. I would not consider this gym as a place where I wanna gym.However the gym experience didn‘t downgrade this hotel for me and the hotel was besides that above expectation. We also found the laundry a bit expensive, but the results of the laundry were absolutely excellent.

This was my first time in Siem reap and honestly, I couldn't have a better experience! I cannot emphasize this enough but the hotel location is AMAZING! it is only a short walk away from the old market, pub street and the Riverside. It's also right next to a very cool supermarket, so that made things very easy! The atmosphere is gorgeous. They have a swimming pool in the back with little cabanas and the restaurant right at the entrance at the hotel is just gorgeous. You feel like you are having a very authentic experience both ambiance and food wise. The only thing I can say is that the rooms are exactly like they seem in the pictures. They are very spacious! So you definitely get value for your money. Even though it is right at the centre, the noise level was not that high and I had good sleep. That is also a lot of thanks to Thwart, shout out to her! She has been amazing with everything, super helpful and simply the best. I had to change rooms due to AC noise, she was right in top of it. When I needed recommendations, she and all the other reception staff was amazing. Also, Ky, she was amazing every day! The breakfast is also really good and I highly recommend!

We had a lovely time in Memoire. The staff were extremely friendly, always polite and smiling but with no exaggeration. Something to look up to and maybe even emulate. I think it’s especially the people that won me over. Breakfast was served long enough to satisfy both early birds and night owls. The room was well taken care of and always clean. The pool was clean and quiet, open at convenient times. If I were to go back, I’d definitely stay in Memoire again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Memoire D’Angkor Boutique Hotel in Siem Reap. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out the staff were warm, attentive, & genuinely caring, always greeting us with a smile and ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a charming boutique style that blends comfort and elegance. Our room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities required for a relaxing stay after long days of exploring Angkor Wat. The location is perfect & close enough to Pub Street, markets, and major attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Transport and tours were easy to arrange through the hotel.

Very helpful staff and affordable laundry service. The rooms were large, but could be better appointed (a desk would be nice). Definitely needs some minor repair, but overall a nice stay. Breakfast was amazing, with both western and intersting Cambodian options; maybe the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The on-site restaurant is also very good, and good Cambodian food options. Pool area also looks very nice.

This is well located close to the river, night market and Pub St but slightly quieter. It offers the usual and expected friendly greeting and welcome drink etc. my room was on floor 5 which required one flight of stairs after the lift terminated at floor 4. I was not told of this and there was no signage so I wandered around for a while before deciding to see what happened if I reached the lift at floor 4. Floor 5 was obviously the victim of water damage with badly stained and worn carpeting. My room was fine but lacked some of the amenities my fellow travellers had in their rooms eg slippers, laundry list and bag. Their laundry prices are ok- it’s cheaper outside and in many other hotels in Siem Reap. Breakfasts are good and floor staff are obliging. Staff are friendly and somewhat helpful but not proactive for example four staff watched me carry my luggage down the staircase. Thus is a slightly dated and worn hotel in a city that has a lot of competition.

Really friendly staff, we loved the service. Rooms were clean but bathrooms were dilapidated. The bathroom design wasn’t great for families. We had a family suite but the master bath didn’t have full privacy, just a partial screen. There were worms in the shower but the water pressure was great. The best part was breakfast with lots of local and American options including a delicious omelette bar and lots of mango
