Upon our arrival, the staff was very nice. Explained everything in detail, even stuff about the city and the surroundings of the hotel. Location is great, touristy stuff is close, walkable distance. We weren't too happy about the rooms though. A bit too cold, air-conditioning wasn't very effective at heating. Bathroom super weird - it had a pseudo translucent door which didn't close completely. It was always damp, it didn't dry properly. There was some noise from the street. Curtains were decent, but it wasn't 100% dark at night.

Great value for money. Very near to the castle, Rossio square, Commerce Square, etc. The room had a nice view. The breakfast was good and there was coffee and water available all day. Perfect for a short stay.

At the top of a hill in one of the main areas of Lisbon, Memória is a great hotel. We arrived a little early, but Giovanni at the front desk was very accommodating. The hotel is boutique but beautiful. The dining room and the tiles throughout are fantastic. Good room. Will go back (but take a cab there).

Wonderful staff. The breakfast was fantastic! 5 star meals. The afternoon coffee and snack was so appreciated. Location central to everything. Food, entertainment at our fingertips. |The room was clean and modern with a view but small. I had to open and close my suitcase when needing something. No chair to sit in. That said, I would stay there again.

My girlfriend and I, along with a few of our friends, stayed here in Lisbon for a few days and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and professional. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable — everything you could want for a relaxing stay. What really stood out, though, was the personalized touch: both my girlfriend and I were celebrating our birthdays during the trip, and the staff surprised us with bottles of wine and treats. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made our stay feel extra special. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Lisbon. Highly recommended! Thanks to all the staff :)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Like the name of the hotel, FLH, my friend and I felt like home while staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly the entire time when we were staying at the hotel. Our room was clean, spacious, and full of thoughtful touches. The breakfast was also really nice with a lot of options. They also offered refreshments in the afternoon. Overall, the hotel was with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, very well situated for sightseeing and access to transport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean. The breakfast is varied with lots of homemade options. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Memoria Lisboa as it was my first time travelling to Portugal. What seemed to be a nice hotel completely changed when I washed my hair using the shampoo and conditioner and was left with clumps of white chunks ALL OVER MY HAIR that was so hard to get out after (thankful I had my teasing brush with me). I immediately showed the staff, then to the manager on site and they refused to take responsibility even though it was evident all over my hair. I also wrote an email detailing the incident and received NO RESPONSE. Due to their lack of customer service and horrible products provided in the hotel itself I would not recommend this hotel to anyone planning to go to Lisbon.
