My girlfriend and I, along with a few of our friends, stayed here in Lisbon for a few days and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and professional. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable — everything you could want for a relaxing stay. What really stood out, though, was the personalized touch: both my girlfriend and I were celebrating our birthdays during the trip, and the staff surprised us with bottles of wine and treats. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made our stay feel extra special. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Lisbon. Highly recommended! Thanks to all the staff :)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Like the name of the hotel, FLH, my friend and I felt like home while staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly the entire time when we were staying at the hotel. Our room was clean, spacious, and full of thoughtful touches. The breakfast was also really nice with a lot of options. They also offered refreshments in the afternoon. Overall, the hotel was with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a very pleasant week here. Good location, nice rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is a little limited for us vegans but that is not unusual. A nice touch is the tea and coffee with biscuits and cake available always in the lounge.

This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at. It’s super central and close to many restaurants, shops, and stuff. MOST importantly the elevator to the lower back level is a 30 second walk - out the hotel door to your right. USE this elevator. It’s free & saves your knees and ankles 😂 It was very clean. My bathroom was simplistic and white and also very clean and large. Minimalist design but still well put together. The bed was comfortable with a big TV. And I loved the living room area on the 2nd floor with the coffee, tea, water, and cookies & cake! The staff was so nice and professional too. I would most definitely come back and I don’t normal say that. The breakfast was simple but they had scrambled eggs if you asked. And yogurt. I liked it. I also felt super safe as a woman alone bc the front entrance to the hotel locks automatically and needs to be accessed by keycard or by staff. It gives small boutique hotel vibes. Their plates & cups are also all Bordallo Pinheiro IFKYK. Loved all the small little details.

Beautiful hotel with old world charm. The best part is the stellar service. We checked in past midnight and Maria Luchesia was most helpful. She went out of the way to ensure we had everything we needed. Special thanks to Viktor, Giovanni and all the staff at the reception and dining area for their prompt help and service. This was one of the only hotels during our trip to Portugal & Spain that provided complimentary water, tea and coffee 24/7. The afternoon cakes were delicious! We booked the Premium Room, which has the original beautiful blue tiles throughout. The room is next to the breakfast room, but the sound insulation is pretty good so we had no noise issues in the mornings. The hotel is centrally located and right across the elevators that you can take to visit the Sao Jorge Castle and explore Alfama. It is a 5-7 minute walk to Santa Justa elevator and Praca Di Commercio.

Great stay. Convenient base for many attractions and lots of places to eat nearby. Had a superior room with a wonderful view of the city. Lovely clean room and beautifully presented breakfast buffet made for an unforgettable stay. Loved the lounges that offered water, tea and coffee available all day plus cakes and biscuits in the afternoon. The staff were all so pleasant and helpful.

We had one night in Lisbon after our cruise and so happy with this hotel. The staff anticipated our every need. The location was great as the elevator to the castle is just across the street, and is an easy walk to many other sites and lots of restaurants. They arranged for a cab to pick us up the next morning, who actually arrived early! Our biggest surprise was the lovely balcony outside our room. It had great views of the city and beautiful tile work. So sorry we only had one night!

We really couldn't fault our experience of the Memoria Lisboa. We arrived on a wet evening in the dark and had such a kind, warm welcome from the young, efficient staff. Our room was simple but pretty and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was excellent, the bed comfy and we loved the view over Lisbon from our window. Breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious and served in a light, pretty dining room It was such a pleasure going down to breakfast every day. The young staff were unfailingly cheerful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Lisbon. They also have excellent English which was super helpful for us. The hotel is situated in the Madalena area which is close to the Castelo Sao Jorge and many lovely restaurants, coffee shops, pastelaria, and walking distance to most attractions. We would absolutely stay here again.
