I have come to Egypt twice now - once in 2018 and just now in 2025. I used memphis tours both times. It is a top notch travel company. We had emad saleem both times as our Egyptologist and would never come to Egypt without him guiding my group. It was the best time for all of us, everything was perfect from the minute we got off the plane. Hotels were perfect. Egyptologist was perfect. Driver was perfect. Expierence was unforgettable both times. Highly recommend l memphis tours!!!

Nouran Fayez, from Memphis tours put together the Nile cruise and continued to plan our Egyptian trip of a lifetime. The cruise, the beauty and quality of tours, guides, and driver surpassed our expectations. The chefs were incredible catering to my allergy the quality of food was exceptional. Mohmand our tour guide spoke with extreme knowledge and passion. He added a stop in Aswan and allowed us as much time as we wanted to purchase essential oils. Our purchases were delivered back to the MS Salacia. The MS Salacia is renovated making us feel like we were floating along the Nile like in an Agatha Christie novel. There were only 20-30 passengers were on the boat. The intimate setting allowed for the international travelers to connect. Our Cairo and Alexandria private tours, driver George a 5* driver and personal guide Ehmad ( probably butchering the spelling) was so flexible on identifying our interests and insuring we received the information that made each site so exciting to learn about. We toured at our own pace and never felt rushed. I asked him what his favourite novel was and he mindfully searched for it at many sites until he found the trilogy. The restaurants provide on the tour were all top notch and again worked around my onion allergy. Yup, an onion allergy in Egypt could have been a disaster. Working with the Memphis Tour Team provided us a trip of a lifetime. We hope our paths cross again.

Many thanks to Memphis Tours for their excellent assistance with my travel plans. I spent 18 wonderful days in Turkey, and it was an unforgettable experience. At first, I had some hesitation about sending full payment online, as it's important to be cautious these days. However, those concerns quickly disappeared once the trip began. By the end of our journey, I was genuinely impressed and grateful for the professionalism and seamless coordination provided by Memphis Tours and their local partner in Turkey, Latitud. Everything was exceptionally well-organized, and the entire experience ran smoothly from start to finish. It's also worth that Latitud is TURSAB-registered and has been successfully operating for 9 years, which gave us additional confidence in their reliability. A special thanks to Fady Ayoub our travel agent, who adjusted our itinerary multiple times to match our wishes. He was incredibly responsive and always quick to reply to emails, calls, and WhatsApp messages. During the trip, I contacted him several times with questions, and he addressed everything promptly and efficiently. Thanks also to the drivers and our amazing guides in Turkey — Silay, Erdi, and Deniz — who were very attentive to our needs. They even helped us in pharmacies, translating and ensuring we got what we needed. Some suggestions for improvement: The hotel in Kusadasi — Faustina Hotel — was too far from the port and main attractions in town. It took us 45 minutes to reach the port. If you're looking for a relaxing stay, it’s fine, but if you plan to visit Samos in Greece, this location is not ideal. The hotel has modern facilities, but cleanliness could be improved, especially in the general areas and the bathroom showers, where mold was present. Extremely small shower. The hotel in Cappadoccia- Elevres Stone House Nice villas big bathroom and pool, clean. A little bit isolated from the Urgup town, it would be nice to walk in the town. The only thing we missed out on was the hot air balloon ride, which had to be canceled due to weather conditions over two days — a clear reminder that safety always comes first. Thankfully, the refund process was smooth and handled professionally, with only a minimal deduction for bank fees.

Great experience with Memphis tour! Since we start searching for the best option to our visit to Egypt, we had great communication and prompt response to all our questions. Nour was great since day 1. Very patient with all our questions. When we arrived everything was very smooth, they had a representative waiting for us to help us on the immigration process. From there was amazing service! Always in touch with us. Any doubts or concerns were answered immediately, make us feel secure and confident. They have a very knowledgeable guides that can answer any questions about sightseeing and Egypt history! Definitely great experience!

We would like to thank the entire Memphis Tours team for taking care of us during our Nile cruise. Ms. Yasmine Ashri was very responsive and available to our various requests. Mr. Taha Mohamed was an excellent guide, very motivating and patient during the various tours. He was also very present and welcoming to us during our cruise. We would also like to thank our Memphis representative in Aswan, who accompanied us on the tours, provided extensive explanations, and provided all the necessary amenities.

A group of 25 booked a private weeklong tour in Egypt. The tour was organized by Yasmeen🌼Sherif - who dealt with everything prior to our arrival. Our group was from all over the United States and she assisted everybody with their questions and payments, needless to say this was many many emails. We started with a transfer from Hurghada to Luxor where we met manager, Ahmed Alaa, and were driven in luxury bus for 5 hrs, which included a bathroom and water and a 15 minute stop. We arrived in Luxor and were met by manager, Yahya Raysn, who arranged for our transfer to Movenpick Royal Lily boat, for a 4 night Nile Cruise. He made everything go smoothly from start to finish during the Nile tour. I can’t say enough about this boat- the staff, the food, the amenities, the pool, and our suite - all were amazing! This is absolutely a five star accommodation. After our 4 night cruise, we departed Aswan by air to Cairo, and were met by manager, Nadeer Mostafa. He arranged our transfer to the Hilton pyramids hotel, and assisted with getting us checked in. Nadeer was instrumental for our group while we were in Cairo and he was available at all times. He also organized a great dinner overlooking the pyramids. Our group departed Cairo airport to go home at all different times and he accompanied us to the airport for all of our transfers. ( three different transfer in the middle of the night!!. ) Memphis Tours arranged for our private tour guide, Ahmed el Prince, to stay with us for the entire week. The tours throughout the week included : Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, hot air, balloon, Royal Cemetery, the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, Colossi of Memnon, Temple of Edfu, Kom Ombo, Temple of Kom Ombo, High Dam, Unfinished Obelisk, Temple of Philae, Abu Simbel, Aswan sightseeing, including a Nubian village and essential oil factory , drink at the old cataract hotel, spice market, Egyptian museum in Cairo, Coptic Cairo to visit the Hanging Church & Abu Serga, Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren and Mykerinus - Famous Sphinx and Valley temple facing the great statue and a Camel Ride, Djoser Pyramid. Prince was so knowledgeable in Egyptian history and had so much enthusiasm when he spoke, he made it extra enjoyable !!! he was also very accommodating and assisted with changes in the itinerary and additional tours some people in our group wanted. He made himself always available and was so friendly , with a smile on his face! He made himself available also with questions about purchasing items or tipping or just about anything. This was a very packed sightseeing vacation and I feel we did everything we wanted to do Egypt. It was great to have everything handled for you, and have someone available to take care of any issues. We had constant communication through WhatsApp for all of the Memphis Tours managers and guide . They even took care of the tipping, which is big in Egypt, and it could be a little overwhelming for a tourist. We felt very safe throughout the whole journey and at times we were accompanied by a police officer. We also had two people in our group at different times needing medical attention and they also took care of that and made all the arrangements. Top notch company I would highly recommend them organizing your vacation. To sum up this bucket list vacation : “Meia meia!!!!”
