Knowing mistakes happen I recently had an appointment that I missed, due to unforeseen circumstances. They nicely called to reschedule, but upon trying to reschedule I was informed I’d have to pay for the full appointment amount of $90 as a penalty and then the same fee again for the new appointment.
I realize it’s not a great situation for a business to have people reschedule, but things happen. This was my second experience with Menari as a brand new customer. My first experience was not great( I was in excruciating pain for days post massage) and this situation solidified for me to never go back.
These types of services are a luxury for me, to be charged the full amount is excessive. Id happily pay a reschedule fee like $20-$30 but $90 makes for a terrible customer experience.
