Menjangan Dynasty Resort

We have just returned from one of the most comfortable resort experiences we have had. The resort is both beautiful and well maintained. The service and the food excellent. We could not fault the resort or the service you provided. Unfortunately the dive shop subtenants did not perform to the standard we enjoyed at the resort. The guide was not at all interested in us as customers despite our booking a week's diving with him. He was sloppy with our gear and on return home we had half a cup of beach sand drained from our second stages, the result f careless handling across the beaches by the guide. He did not always adhere to expected diving safety standards. It may be helpful to the overall reputation of the resort if another dive operator were engaged.

World-class natural beauty with local cultural wisdom :) I admit that Menjangan Dynasty Resort has top-notch natural beauty. Furthermore, its well-maintained facilities and the quality of its food are a definite plus. My biggest disappointment was the staff's friendliness towards local guests (I guess this is a common attitude of hotel staff in Bali, where hotel staff are much friendlier to foreign tourists than domestic ones) Although 1) we booked directly and 2) we always tip for every service we order, the service from the restaurant staff, security, and receptionists was very different.We did not request a discount with the reservation. We paid the rate you provided. The restaurant staff were always ready to serve foreign guests, but they were lazy in serving us, and the security guards seemed to be following us around, even though they knew we were hotel guests.

Amazing hotel! The staff was truly wonderful and gave off a warm, welcoming vibe. They also seemed very peaceful and happy working together, which made the atmosphere even better. Everything was well taken care of, very clear, and perfectly organized.

The glamping stands out vs the large overcrowded hotels in the south. Immerse in a green and lush garden the hotel respects the privacy of its guests while pampering them with a gorgeous pool, a great restaurant and needless to say, a stunning view. I consider the breakfast a-la-carte ( included) served on a beautiful and spacious terrace directly on the sea the best way to start the day. Bungalows are well maintained with a brick private bathroom, fan, AC and frigobar. All in all….the best choice of our vacation!!

Very luxurious hotel with excellent service, the room service was super fast and always responsive to our needs. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, which makes it a perfect place to relax. However, the location is quite remote: you can’t really do anything on foot, and you need a car to get around. Scooters could be an option, but rentals are not easy nearby, and for families it’s not very convenient.

Glamping experience was beautiful and a unique experience.|Food was very good, although limited breakfast options compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Bali|The sirloin steak was beautiful and the dessert was really nice.|Staff were extremely welcoming and kind. The jungle outfits worn by staff really added to the experience.|The massage was divine! One of the best I’ve had in Bali.|Only negative is that the tv does not have any channels or apps like Netflix to watch something as there is no evening entertainment so after dinner there isn’t much to do.|Great easy pick up right at the hotel for snorkelling and the little shack at the end of the beach a few minutes walk served a really nice nasi goreng and very cheap!

Very nice place to spend some days at Menjangan. Exellent facilites, outsanding staff and good food and views. The room was beautiful and very clean and the activities Such as snorkeling at Menjangan island were a very nice option to spend the day. Thank you!!

Lovely location, nicely decorated (except for the dead animal on the floor) and comfortable rooms. Pool is amazing. Restaurant staff so friendly and service-oriented. Food delicious. However, the reception staff can barely speak English and can therefore not help. We ended our nice stay with a discussion around a 200k bill that the hotel had missed due to the lack of English, which is a very unfortunate and bad end. The gym is without fans in a very odd location so not nice to use.
