Menlyn Boutique Hotel

This is a hidden gem. The attention to detail in the room was excellent with luxuries that made me feel like royalty. The breakfast was fantastic. The communal areas were spotless and includes everything that you may need and more. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The only downside is the location close to the freeway. The traffic was quite disturbing for someone that is not used to it.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcomed. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Room service was flawless — prompt, professional, and delicious. The spa was phenomenal; despite our last-minute booking, the team communicated seamlessly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Every detail of our stay was thoughtfully handled. Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience — we can’t wait to return!

Excellent service, comfortable clean rooms, love the extra cheaper choice for dinner (pizza). Checkin process so easy and seamless as you can checkin online and just collect your key. Staff are friendly and it was great that the breakfast staff recognized me as I was a return guest. This visit was my fourth or fifth and ai would definitely recommend them for business or pleasure trips

Very nice hotel away from home that is comfortable, scenic, with ultra friendly staff who are very attentive to your needs. Food offering is out of this world and the chilli con carne breakfast is a winner. ||Rooms are spacious, comfortable and a good selection of TV channels to watch from the comfort of your bed. Nice amenities. On my second day i had an issue with hot water in that there was no hot water in the room despite running the taps for over 5 minutes, so there must have been an issue but was not crucial as had showered the night before, i did inform them on checkout and they were very apologetic and said they would check.||On a whole i will definetly return, thank you for your hospitality and care

Wonderful 3 nights stay at this great boutique hotel in Pretoria. The scenery is amazing with a beautiful garden and art everywhere.|The staff from the moment I've checked in through the time I was checkout is amazing and very helpful. I would of course highly recommend that hotel if you have to stay in Pretoria.||

This was our fourth stay. As always a great experience. Lovely tranquil environment. We enjoy the restaurant that offers great food in an intimate setting. The staff are all very friendly and always willing and eager to assist in making our stay a memorable experience. This is our favourite place to stay in Pretoria. We will be back regularly in the future.

Great team of hardworking staff that were very friendly. Rooms are neat and tidy with great amenities and beds were comfortable. The food was amazing and delicious and the setting was nice to get out of the normal run of the mill hotel that i normally stay in. This is my hotel of choice for when I need to overnight in Pretoria. It is a home away from home. Thank you

Menlyn Boutique Hotel is the best place to stay.||It is absolutely the best team, and each and every person does their part to make us feel comfortable. From reception to our room, we feel like the VIP guests of the day. The rooms are perfectly clean. The bedding is beautifully white and very neatly made. There is NOTHING negative we can say about this hotel. We've been staying there since 2016 whenever we visit Pretoria, which is on average every three months.||||
