Thank you ||For the Honeymoon treat on our 15 anniversary was a Romantic space to just relax and enjoy every minute of Love and forget about everything else just the two of us in private space and feel like Royalty , The Candles light diner and the bath ,the balcony with sound of waterfall the tranquility it is like Paradise in Pretoria ||The breakfast its delicious and abundance. ||||I didn't want it to end ||||||Its worth every money paid ||||The staff so kind attentive and Respectful. ||||We would defenetly recommend and Comeback ||||

From the moment I arrived, the stay transformed my business trip into something memorable. The staff were not only consistently friendly but genuinely enthusiastic about making every detail perfect. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality made a lasting impression. The food, while on the higher end price-wise, was exceptional. Each meal felt like a culinary treat worth savoring. This experience didn’t just meet expectations; it elevated the entire trip.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcomed. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Room service was flawless — prompt, professional, and delicious. The spa was phenomenal; despite our last-minute booking, the team communicated seamlessly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Every detail of our stay was thoughtfully handled. Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience — we can’t wait to return!

This is a hidden gem. The attention to detail in the room was excellent with luxuries that made me feel like royalty. The breakfast was fantastic. The communal areas were spotless and includes everything that you may need and more. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The only downside is the location close to the freeway. The traffic was quite disturbing for someone that is not used to it.

Nice property clean and pleasant upon arrival. Rooms are out dated and poorly supported with amenities to assist the modern traveler. 2 Electric sockets in master bedroom both were used already for other practicalities like TV and Wall heater. so had to unplug to charge phones and laptops.

We loved our stay here. From the gate to the room and the restaurant, everyone made us feel very welcome and in such a relaxed but professional way. We loved all the artwork and decor placed around the venue. The relaxed layout and vibe is perfect if you find the "stacked" layouts of normal hotels tiresome. A pity it's only one night, but we will be back. We did not take enough photos, but I did get one of my morning cuppachino, which was a fanatastic start to the day.

This was our fourth stay. As always a great experience. Lovely tranquil environment. We enjoy the restaurant that offers great food in an intimate setting. The staff are all very friendly and always willing and eager to assist in making our stay a memorable experience. This is our favourite place to stay in Pretoria. We will be back regularly in the future.

Great team of hardworking staff that were very friendly. Rooms are neat and tidy with great amenities and beds were comfortable. The food was amazing and delicious and the setting was nice to get out of the normal run of the mill hotel that i normally stay in. This is my hotel of choice for when I need to overnight in Pretoria. It is a home away from home. Thank you
