Menorca, Agroturismo Rafal Rubí

My self and my husband had our first agrotourism experienced at Rafal Rubi for our wedding anniversary and we would 100% return! The food was divine! So simple and scrumptious. And all the team were so friendly, happy and helpful. Christina is not only an incredible resident Yoga Teacher (twice a week Yoga at Rafal Rubi) but friendly and very welcoming. Sonia and Ingrid were so caring and friendly and the evening team Niel, Damien and Alma were all laid back but still so professional and kind. The team made the place feel like home! The cleanliness was 10+++/10

A wonderful relaxing stay at Rafal Rubi. Both the buildings and grounds are beautiful, with the pool and dining areas surrounded by gorgeous fruit trees and flowers. Dinner at the restaurant was also delicious, we dined there on our first night and it was a fantastic introduction to Menorcan cuisine (still thinking about the prawns..). Staff were all very friendly and provided helpful suggestions for dining/activities. We hope to be back one day!

We've been fortunate to stay in some amazing hotels around the world, but without a doubt, Agroturismo Rafal Rubi is right up there with the best. We spent 7 nights in this beautiful, small hotel and had a fantastic time. Our room was in the main house, which is stunning, having recently been completely renovated. Our room was spacious, with efficient air-conditioning, a powerful shower and shutters and black-out curtains to ensure a good nights sleep on the super comfy bed. The location and surroundings of the hotel are also amazing, with beautiful spacious and tranquil gardens and a lovely pool, with plenty of comfortable sun-loungers. What really adds to the experience, are the staff, who were all such lovely, friendly people, that genuinely wanted to make our stay as perfect as it could be. Breakfast was a well stocked and varied buffet, we also ate at the hotel on three evenings, which was also lovely, with delicious home-cooked Menorcan cuisine, with much of the produce coming from the hotel's own vegetable garden. There are very few hotels that I would really want to revisit, but Rafal Rubi is an exception, we absolutely loved it!

I can’t recommend this place enough. My husband and I stayed here for four nights in July. As long as you rent a car it’s easy and quick to get everywhere on the island, and all the roads are picturesque. The staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating your needs and providing great recs around the island. The food nearly all comes from their garden, making all meals fresh and tasty. The grounds are thoughtfully designed to maintain a rugged but comfortable oasis. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and have everything you need. We hope to come back!

Agroturismo Rafal Rubi is nothing less than a rare gem of a hotel. Stylish, chic, yet the warmth and comfort of a trusted home. In the most relaxed setting we have ever experienced, you simply wouldn't believe you are 15 minutes from the airport and its main city Mahon. The renovation is simply beautiful in every way, for us our spacious double room, twin showers and private terrace area was our place of luxury. The design of the outside dining area and sun loungers in the garden and pool area have been concocted by a decor genius, who knows what it means to relax in paradise. The staff are so friendly and ever helpful, you really get that personal touch with advice on where to travel, what beaches are the best to frequent and what restaurants you may wish to book. Finally the food, oh my goodness, honestly its utterly delicious and so fresh (you would expect given that its grown in the farm) Couple that with a chilled glass of wine listening to nothing but the palm tree's moving in the wind, you will never want to leave. Thank you so much to all the Rafal Rubi staff, we will be back.

Rafal Rubi is a slice of paradise in Menorca. We’ve stayed twice now and hope to return again and again. The staff treat you like family, the grounds are stunning and peaceful, the rooms are clean and beautifully designed, and the pool area is a great place to relax and unwind. We really appreciated the little extras like daily beach recommendations based on wind, great restaurant suggestions, and beach umbrellas and towels. It’s only 10 minutes from the airport which makes arrival and departure really easy (but you do not feel like you’re near the airport whatsoever). The location is convenient to many of the most beautiful places on the island but be sure to make time to enjoy the hotel, too!!

I couldn’t have expected a better experience in Menorca! Rafal Rubí is a historical place with aesthetic decoration and amazing fresh food from their garden. In addition to all the natural beauty of the place, they also have the most attentive team. They are well-prepared, attentive to details, and ready to provide their guests with the best possible experience. We have stayed in other places before, but this was by far the best time we had. We wish we had discovered it sooner! We are looking forward to coming back. Thank you to Marta, Charles, the amazing chef, and the breakfast and dinner teams! It was a pleasure to meet you all.

We spent a wonderful 4 nights at this beautiful finca. It's location is ideal for exploring the island which we did and thoroughly enjoyed and yet it also a beautiful place to relax and spend time at. We had a lovely quiet room in the main house and enjoyed the freedom to utilise the downstairs communal areas. Staff at Rafal are truly lovely people who go out of their way to ensure that they meet your needs and the owner Charles takes a genuine interest in you and in making sure that you have a wonderful holiday. Rafal has a very relaxed vibe to it, a home from home experience and the fact there are tortoise of all sizes within the grounds made it particularly special for me !
